Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Newport County

We absolutely love the accommodation provided by Van - spacious, clean, and fully equipped. The terrace and courtyard are both so delightful! It’s very convenient to walk to Brown from here, and the surrounding environment is comfortable and quiet. Most importantly, Van’s communication with us has been timely and thoughtful - we can say he’s the most considerate host we’ve encountered in all our years using Airbnb! We will definitely be back!

Really easy to book and S kept communication simple and easy. We have a seen a lot of bait and switches with the other owners of Wyndham properties in Newport. S was upfront and got us the space we wanted. The property is under construction so there were some issues with that, but it’s ending in September so future renters should be able to enjoy renovated pools and common spaces. Overall a great stay at a nice property. Thank you S!

This loft type apartment was out of the ordinary for us but was so much fun. It had a great vibe to the building and super secure. Everything was clean when we checked in and had no problems.

Maxx’s place was perfect for our weekend getaway! It has everything you need all in one place. You can completely walk into newport and find more to do or walk across the street and watch the sunset. Will definitely recommend Maxx’s place to everyone!

Excellent location with a lot of restaurants in walking distance. Highly recommend Rue Bis, which is right around the corner, for breakfast. Chung-Han met us and showed us where to park and how to get in the building. He's very friendly and communicative. He also allowed us to check out an hour later. Highly recommend if you are in Providence.

Excellent location, we are in town visiting our son, easy walk to College Hill, and things around Providence, also nice restaurant around the neighborhood, Starbuck right across street. Love our stay! The house exact what it show in the photos, strongly recommended!

The home was clean and comfortable. Loved the deck and patio. Just wish it was warmer went in November. Great drive along the ocean. Only 5 minutes from Newport. Jamestown has lost to offer. If you like to hike there is Fort Wetherhill to look over the water. Would definitely recommend you stay.

Andrew was great to work with. He was very responsive. I would rent from him again. The unit was really nice and in a great location! Beautiful views from the balcony. The furniture was modern and the unit was very private...only 2 units on the floor. *There were 3-5 of us at a time (depending on the night) staying there very comfortably for my daughter's wedding weekend. On the morning of my daughter's wedding, we had the girls getting ready there for a few hours. We had enough room to move around :) I hope to rent there again for a relaxing get away :)

We are so pleased with our stay which has a beautiful water view! It was so nice to see all the activities and beautiful boats passing by. The condo was clean and spacious and the bed was so so comfortable! We were in the heart of the downtown and were able to walk to the many shops, restaurants and fun activities happening around us! So much to do! We absolutely loved our stay and will hope to book this again. Marc thank you for being a great host! Very easy to check in and accommodations were excellent! :)

Perfect location to Thames St. and very walkable to all the water front locations. Great parking, easy check in, beautiful views, lovely beds and bedding. Worth the price. Only disappointment was uncomfortable seating, but we dealt with it! Two thumbs up!

Bre was a great host. Several of us were traveling to Providence for my son’s graduation. We were a large group and had an 18 month old with us too. Her home was comfortable, meticulously cared for, and she provided all the amenities needed for us to enjoy our family time together, cook regularly, and sit down to eat together. It felt like we are at home. She is detail oriented and her home has many great touches. The home is kid friendly with plenty of toddler toys and books. When traveling to the area again, I will always remember our stay fondly and look to stay here if available. Thanks Bre!

Clean home came as pictured and described. As previously noted, more kitchen items (utensils, coffee cups, etc) would be helpful but not a major problem. Bedrooms and bathrooms as well as house were clean. Easy transit to Boston, providence, Newport and the cape. Ha was immediately responsive to questions or messages.

This property was in a perfect location for our family to celebrate a graduation. Plenty of space and it felt like home. Peter and Leslie were great hosts.

Great home! Beautiful and clean- super comfortable and Rachael has truly thought of everything. Loved the hot tub and appreciated the easy access to laundry and a gym.

I worked hard to feel like I was a good guest. Sarah told me I went above and beyond by the many cleaning tasks I undertook, triggered by my boyfriend getting cut by glass on his foot trying to fold towels. That does not take away from Sarah or the property as a whole, because I believe these were overlooked tasks by the cleaning crew and therefore maintenance staff were unaware of it. It was almost immaculate until I started realizing that it was not as as tip top as the standards of cleanliness at “Top down housekeeping”, who’s owner and staff are thorough, honest & flexible with pricing.

Great house for our weekend soccer tourney nearby. Had all you needed - downstairs does not have AC - the upstairs cooled downstairs enough as long as you kept doors open for the day. Could use a fan to help circulate the 2nd bedroom downstairs- all else was great would stay again

It is a very quiet place . Neighbors are nice. The house is very beautiful and clean. It is very close to Cliff walk and downtown. My family has a nice vacation here . Tks a lot!

This was the best Airbnb experience we’ve ever had. The host was incredible. She cooked full and delicious breakfasts (and one full dinner) for us that were served for us privately in the cozy dining room. Any wish we had was fulfilled immediately. This was really a lovely, lavish B&B experience worth $200/ night for the price of a room. The host Sophia is just lovely. She had so many resources and responded within seconds to anything we needed over the 4 days we were there. The location was quiet and the bed and room cute and super comfortable. We were there on a hot day and the AC in our room made it comfortable. I cannot say enough good things about this Airbnb.
