Great house for our girls weekend. Jamestown is so cute and we decided to eat out for the weekend but the kitchen was stocked if we’re to stay in. SteveO is a great host and great communicator. The hot tub was perfect. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend to anyone visiting the area.

We had a wonderful stay at Leann’s! The home was absolutely lovely—clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. The amenities were just what I needed for a relaxing getaway. Leann was a great host, and we truly can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend!

I loved this space so much. I felt at home and comfortable as a solo traveler and only wished for more time to enjoy and explore the area! ❤️

We had a wonderful stay at Tyler's home. It was exactly as the pictures showed, and the view was spectacular! We walked to several restaurants and it was a short 20 min drive to Newport. I would absolutely stay here again. Tyler was helpful and responded quickly with any questions I had. One of my favorite Air B and B's

From the minute we pulled into the driveway, our family was highly impressed with the views from Kristen's home. We ended our 2023 summer with a bang. This beautiful home had everything you could ever need on vacation. We enjoyed the backyard with nightly fires. Our teen daughter rarely left the bunk house. We loved the fact that our own private beach was just a few steps away & the public beach was less than ten minutes away. The kids and adults enjoyed the beach trampoline. Kristen was delightful to deal with. She was a SUPER host. So many little details and extras she puts into her beach home. Already thinking of our next visit.

My husband and I booked Brady Cottage for a week at the end of May to take a break from our very hectic lives. The pastoral setting in quiet Little Compton was exactly what we needed. We enjoyed woodland hikes on conservation land, cooking at the cottage, Grey's Daily Grind in Westport (amazing baked goods!!) and the amazing Polled Hereford cows and calves behind the cottage. We had a few nice meals out in Tiverton. Check-in and check-out were seamless. The cottage was clean, cozy, charming and comfortable for us and our little dog.

Cute, quaint and quintessential New England cottage. A perfect place to rest, relax and unwind. A very quiet, private and peaceful retreat from the craziness of everyday life. Richard was extremely responsive and helpful for the few questions I had. I did not get the chance to meet him but maybe next time, I’ll certainly be back! If you love the proximity to the hustle and bustle of summer in Narragansett but prefer to be a few short minutes in the quieter bubble of Bonnet Shores, this is your place. 7am walks to the beach and 6pm wine on the patio for sunset. Pure heaven!

Stayed at Johnna’s cottage for my daughter’s URI graduation. I bought the property a year in advance and once o found out that her graduation was scheduled for Sat at 9am I contacted Johnna inquiring if I could cancel the second night even though the posting said that there was a two night minimum. Johnna immediately replied that there would be no issues with editing the reservation. The house was immaculate and had everything we needed for the night. There was a sign when we first walked in welcoming up and congratulating our graduate. What a great touch! I wish that I had found this property four years ago. Would 100% book again. Thank you, Johnna!

My family and I really enjoyed Taiji’s place. It was exactly as was described andTaiji took the time to be very communicative with me before and during our stay. I would definitely stay again!

This was our second stay at Rebecca's Cottage. It was wonderful! Great, central location! Good layout and pet friendly. Off street parking is a plus especially during summer season. Close to everything including the water walk, shopping and restaurants. Quick drive to the beach. We will be back again!

My husband and I stayed in this lovely cottage for 4 days while visiting for a wedding. I myself LOVED the quint and cozy comforts of the cottage. It was private, quiet, and really just lovely for a little weekend (I could even do a week) get away. My husband, however, did not enjoy the stay as much as I did. He felt the value for the cottage was overpriced some. My sister and her wife were set to sleep on the pull out couch (this was a back up plan) and opted not too b/c they felt the space was humid and the pull out did not appeal to their comfort. BUT I could seriously live here! If was charming and lovely. It took me right into the environment of the region and made me feel like a local. The kitchen had everything you needed. The fridge is smaller, but local restaurants and groceries make it easy to buy food every other day or so. While my husband and family may give it more a 7/10; Personally, I give it a 10/10!

The cottage was clean and comfortable and the location/neighborhood was terrific. Air conditioning would have been great to deal with the dampness at times but the fans kept the place comfortable enough. We will return next vacation! Loved the area as well and the guide book that Norm provided was a great help/addition.

We had such a lovely stay at Fly Fisher's Cottage! It was really easy to get to local restaurants and places to visit from here, and just as nice to walk around the neighborhood and visit the beach. The house was spotless and had everything we needed, and is very stylish to boot. Clare was super accommodating too. I would happily stay here again if we're in the area! P.s. Definitely visit Rome Point Cafe just around the corner, and try their griddled banana bread!

My first time in Newport and can’t imagine a better place to stay. As others have mentioned, the place is super cute, cozy, and has everything you could possibly need. I did not have a car and walked to most places, including cliff-walk, restaurants, coffee shop, Thames street and a lovely theater that’s just under a mile away. Donna was super nice, always quick to respond, and gave multiple recommendations on things to do and places to eat. Thank you again Donna for a wonderful stay! Hope to visit again soon.

This is a very well equipped house with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms all on one level - something hard to find. Dana was exceptionally professional and responsive. The neighborhood is super quiet and only a few blocks walk to the small beach on the Narrow River. We kayaked almost daily! The local RI beaches are spectacular and the biking is also great. The house and environs met all our expectations. We highly recommend this property and Dana and hope to return again!

This is a sweet house in a great location. Comfortable and functional, with herons fishing all day in the pond across the road. Would love to come back in warm weather to take advantage of the screened in porch overlooking the marsh!

Mary’s place was great! Everything was clean, the place was walking distance to the beach, and it was the perfect size for 2 people. Would stay here again! Note: Make sure to bring your own shampoo and body soap. It says on the listing that soap is included but when we arrived there was only hand soap and nothing for the shower which wasn’t a big deal since we had packed some.

We rented this house for our daughter’s URI graduation weekend. The house was easy to find, in a quiet neighborhood, and was well maintained. Furnishings were very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with newer amenities. The back deck was great for relaxing with morning coffee or drinks at the end of the day. There was plenty of off street parking for 4 large vehicles. Jennifer, the host, made sure we had all the info we needed for check-in and answered all our questions. Narragansett beaches and restaurants were only minutes away. We would highly recommend this house for a family vacation.

This cottage was BY FAR one of the prettiest and most peaceful places that we have ever stayed! The place was equipped with every amenity you could think of. Our favorite part was the backyard where we spent most of our time grilling, sitting by the fire pit, and just relaxing with the sounds of nature around us. This was our first time visiting the Newport area and I can confidently say that we will be returning!

This was our third year staying here, and once again it did not disappoint! The house is recently renovated and attractively furnished and has everything we could need. We especially appreciate having access to all the beach stuff- towels, chairs, boogie boards, etc. The location on a very quiet street within walking distance to the beach is also a big plus. Richard responds quickly and is easy to communicate with. We will be back next summer if they'll have us again!
