Holiday rentals with breakfast in Newport County

Karine’s house is very charming, clean, and we just love the friendly cats too! She’s an incredibly welcoming host and very easy to communicate with. Great location in Newport too.

The Royce was a terrific find! Walking distance to everything and such a unique property! So well provisioned it had everything that you needed or wanted. The beds were incredibly comfortable and everything was very clearly thought out as they furnished and provisioned the space. The backyard was super cool looking and we can not wait to come back when it is warmer to use the outdoor spaces more. Having an electric charger onsite for our car was also a HUGE plus. As a seltzer fan, the complimentary San Pelligrinos were also fantastic. Shane was also super communicative and helpful to help us work around our timelines, all at 9:30 at night as we were booking! We will definitely be back!

Joan was an excellent host. Home is beautiful. Lots of space for a large family. Walkable to restaurants, clam shack, beach area. wonderful stay.

This was a last minute reservation and at first we were just happy to find anything to accommodate our extended family close to my son’s URI graduation. However, upon arrival, we found that not only was the beautiful home in an ideal, quiet location, the home was incredibly clean and well appointed with anything and everything we could possibly need. Justin was prompt in answering the few questions we had, and he and his wife took extra steps to make sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed beautiful mornings on the spacious and sunny deck and (as we opted to dine-in both nights) we found the kitchen, updated appliances and outside grill provided everything we needed. We even decided the first night to play cards, which were provided and easy to find, for a fun night in. If you can reserve this beautiful property, grab it! 10/10 would recommend! Staying at Steve and Sue’s home was like visiting longtime friends. The back deck is amazing, whether you spend the afternoon or evening drinking wine there, or in the mornings enjoying a cup of coffee or breakfast. They even left us a delicious blueberry and pineapple loaf, and plenty of coffee, along with a lovely table setting in the kitchen. You can choose to have more or less interaction with Steve and Sue—they do mention that—and you basically have the entire downstairs to yourself. The bedroom and bed are very comfortable, and the shower had great pressure and plenty of towels and toiletries. Steve was very helpful in providing places to visit in Newport (where we spent our only full day), and we loved our time there. Plus, Wickford is a wonderful village close by, and there are many restaurants from which to choose. I do wish we had the chance to stay longer to enjoy the beach, but maybe next time. It was one of the best experiences I had with Airbnb, all thanks to Rebecca's kindness and predisposition. My husband and I were treated like kings. The house is beautiful, super cozy, with a great view and the neighborhood is very quiet. Perfect location to visit Newport (30 minutes by car). The breakfast prepared by Rebecca is great and her talks very interesting and enjoyable! She took the trouble to go and buy us delicious fresh strawberries. We will miss her! Hopefully we will be back soon!

We had a great stay in Narragansett. The home was exactly as described and worked well for our small family. The home was cozy and clean, had everything we needed for our stay. The hosts were very responsive and communicated well. We would certainly come back.

Todd and Ann were wonderful hosts and their place was amazing! It was a shorter visit than anticipated due to the weather but we'd definitely stay here again!!

Tara is a wonderful host. The apartment is beautiful and has great decor. The fenced in yard is awesome, we lived out there! The neighborhood is very cute and walkable. We felt right at home. Be sure to check out her yoga studio if you're in town & like hot yoga!

This is a charming place that Nadine has right in the heart of Norton. Close to everything you need. I arrived just when the Fall leaves were bursting with color. Star watchers will see amazing views every night. Nature lovers have so many choices to pick from. There’s beautiful parks and hiking trails very close by. Nadine is great communicating as well as making great suggestions locally.

Absolutely love our stay here!! Felt right at home! What a treat it was to stay at his home 🥰🥰

Martha was a wonderful host! She has been nothing but sweet. It is a wonderful location if friends and families are visiting for graduation. The parking is easy and there are many restaurants and cafes in the area! The space was beautiful and so spacious for our large group. It has been a wonderful stay!

Monica & TJ’s listing is exactly as pictured and described. It is spotless and well appointed. The extra little touches such as quality shampoo, conditioner, shower gel (not Wally World brand), snacks, and of course the pastries upon check in- are so nice. These things tell me that they care about their guests and their experience. Great binder on the “How to use” + suggestions of things to do, restaurants, etc. Very helpful! The best part was how close to the beach this rental is! 100% would stay here again; experience to value ratio = A+ !

We had a wonderful stay here! Bethany was incredibly attentive and we actually got to meet her & chat while on the property. The location is great, just steps from the waterfront and walking distance to a local park. Very private & quiet area, and the unit came supplied with everything we could’ve needed. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

We had a lovely two nights at Jeffrey and Christine's place. We did not want to stay at a hotel and this was the perfect home and location for our travels. The meticulous care and thoughtfulness that went into preparing for guests was very apparent and the addition of a light breakfast and snacks made it feel like we were transported away to a countryside manor home in England... We were lucky to have a nice chat with Christine who filled us in on some local history and Jeffrey's furniture making craftsmanship is unsurpassed. Highly recommend.

Our stay was perfect! Alexis was a wonderful host, providing tons of history about Newport and Rhode Island during our three breakfasts there. Super interesting! (And yummy!) Check in could not have been easier, and Alexis was attentive from start to finish. The location of her B&B is super convenient. We almost walked everywhere for our 3 1/2 day stay. The Broadway area has tons to do but the downtown area is super easy to walk to and where we spent most of our time! No need to worry about parking downtown! We jet out car at the bnb nearly all weekend! We have been staying in Newport for years and absolutely loved our stay with Alexis.

We had a very nice 1 night stay. the room was clean and comfortable. Heidi the innkeeper is super nice and knowledgeable about the area. Breakfast in the conservatory was delicious with a fantastic view.

Wonderful place, good location, very friendly staff!

What a delightful stay. The room was spotless and adorable. And private! Though it was attached to the house, we didn’t hear a peep from anywhere inside or out. We like to walk and went into town several times a day for shopping, sight seeing and restaurants. The neighborhood was beautiful and safe, with plenty of sidewalks and courteous drivers. We even walked over to the grocery for snacks. The room had coffee, cream and sugars as well as cutlery and plates for our snacks and the bathroom was clean with plenty of towels and a nice shower. We are so glad that we got to meet our hosts in the yard upon leaving and had a wonderful conversation. It was the perfect little spot for the two of us.

Connie and Frank’s house is in a great location in the middle of Jamestown with easy access to the local restaurants and close to the different state parks on the island. The top floor suite is a very nice space. Very clean. Connie is a great host. The baked goodies she provides are very nice!
