Great stay. Perfect location, lovely little house perfect for our needs and really quiet.

The consistency of reviews led me to book and just says it all. 3 generations, all very happy....we usually eat out a fair bit but enjoyed the space so much we barely did. The feeling is of a huge, comfortable house with an immediately homely and easy air. The kitchen is as at home...every utensil..even a baking cupboard..not treading on eggshells in a cold corporate space, but sharing a family home which has clearly been a haven for generations. Thank you to Joy for her lovely proactive tips...we slept soooo well....and made the most of every moment...the sign of a week well spent in the most comfortable of places.

The house itself was perfect and just as described, lovely from start to finish. Great hot tub and spa & swimming pool facilities are amazing. Great location and reallt helpful welcome back with all useful information. The house had lovely personal touches like fresh flowers, Easter egg (as it was Easter), coffee, milk and hot cross buns. Really felt like it was a personal stay and we will be back again.

Just returned from a wonderful stay at Hewas Water House. The house was beautiful and catered for all of our needs for a group of 10 for a family members 70th birthday. The games room provided so much entertainment for all (from 2 to 70 years old) and the hot tub a much needed retreat by the time the kids went to sleep. Communication was great with anything we needed to get in touch for. Would definitely recommend

We had a lovely 2 night stay at Caroline’s place! We loved the freshly baked scones, clotted cream and jam on arrival. Check in was super easy as the key was just left in the door. Our little boy Myles loved watching the alpacas too! Overall very pleasant and refreshing stay I would recommend!

Had an amazing stay at Birch Studio, it’s in a great location right next to the cove which is stunning. The facilities were great and I especially liked the dome window on the sauna. Would highly recommend!!

Had an enjoyable and relaxing stay at Lisa's accommodation. Very spacious, plenty of room for me, my husband and our dog. Comfy beds. Lovely to find milk, tea, coffee, Cornish biscuits and fresh flowers on arrival. Site very peaceful and friendly staff at pub. We easily travelled to Lands End and St Ives while staying here and not far from the coast. Tesco short drive away. Would stay here again and would recommend to others wanting to visit this part of Cornwall.

Nicola and her husband are such welcoming hosts. It was a truly wonderful place for a break a wholesome experience. Has so much to offer from dog walks, animals, night log fires, relaxing

What a wonderful apartment! The Crows Nest is gorgeously decorated, incredibly clean and perfectly located; a 5 minute walk back after dinner in one of the delicious restaurants in the harbour, and a short drive from all the beautiful places we visited during our stay – Pedn Vounder beach, the Minack theatre and the Jubilee pool, amongst the many. We’ve been home for nearly a week and I still miss drinking my coffee on the balcony in the mornings, and soaking in the hot tub in the evenings.

Brilliant place. It’s remote but we wanted that. The beach below is beautiful and quiet, a lot of steps so you need to be fit to use regularly! The house is otherwise so spacious and each room having its own en-suite is a huge bonus if you are a big family. It’s also really soundproof so was handy to be up with my young kids and not wake the rest of the house up. If you surf it’s a brilliant spot as Gwynver is a great spot that works well when it’s small everywhere else. And the footpath over to sennen cove is about 30-40 minute walk and completely stunning. All in all a really incredible home, perfect for an active family of wanting to be among the beautiful nature of the far south west. Thanks so much for a really memorable trip

Lynn was an excellent host, super responsive. The place was very welcoming, a great home base for a few days with lovely views. Has everything we needed for a baby too. If you’re not driving note that it’s up quite a steep hill!

Had a fantastic week-long stay for our West Cornwall holiday. Alice's house was pristine clean, very homely, spacious and had everything we needed for a very comfortable trip. We felt right at home and it was a lovely place to come back to after a long day out exploring this amazing area of Cornwall. In terms of location, the house is on a fairly narrow street at the top of a hill and there are a few steps leading up to the property - something to keep in mind if you have mobility issues. And like so many places in Cornwall, local parking can be a challenge. We decided to pay the £26 weekly fee to park in the Harbour Car Park to save ourselves the hassle of finding a spot on the street. Overall, the house is in a great location - a short walk to the seafront and plenty of great eateries and places to drink and explore in the centre of Penzance. Alice is a really helpful host and we appreciated all she did to help us have such an enjoyable trip. Would happily stay again.

This was our second time staying at Porthcurno Barns, and the Big Barn did not disappoint! Beautifully furnished with a homely feel, and super spacious - would be ideal for larger families or friends getting together. The short walk to Porthcurno/Minack/Pedn Vounder and the coast path is a huge perk, and it's great to beat the crowds and not need to deal with the car park! We came with our 2 year old who had a fab time playing in the large grassy field next to the barn. The place was really well equipped for kids with high chairs and stairs gates provided. Thanks Harriet and Sylvain for a great stay!

Beautiful fisherman’s cottage in picturesque location just off the harbour. A larger than expected, well-fitted property with useful annexe space featuring additional bathroom. Set over three floors, the rooms are relatively small but comfortable, if a little warm in the summer heat.

What a glorious find! We loved every second of our stay at the Piggery. Both Ali and Gary were extremely lovely people and we felt immediately welcomed. The surrounding land that belongs to the hosts was also ours to roam in whenever we wanted, everything about the accommodation was perfect, immaculately clean, beautifully designed and extremely comfortable, we can’t recommend this place enough. Obviously we would love to come back ..but having left such a good review we might not be able to get a booking in the future !!!

Thanks so much for such a beautiful stay in this incredible home! The rich history on display in the chapel made our stay so exciting, we barely wanted to go out! There was so much art in all sorts of surprising places in the house, and we had the best time exploring the various nooks and crannies. It is pretty essential to have a car as the country roads are maybe too fast to walk along, but we were still able to walk to pubs. We really hope to come back!

A beautiful cottage in the heart of the idyllic town of Mousehole, a perfect base for our young family of 4. Parking’s not great but this something of a feature in these picturesque Cornish villages! We had some questions prior to our visit but the host never responded which was a shame and a concern should there have been any issues during our stay. Thankfully everything was great and we had a lovely time.

We were very comfortable in this great studio apartment. It was spacious and had a lovely outside area. A plus for us was the location, both close to public transport links and to great cafes and eateries. We'd be happy to stay again.

Fabulous roomy but warm and homely house, very well equipped. Quality appliances, everything in excellent condition and plenty of kitchen crockery etc. Great location providing easy access to Carbis bay beach ( be prepared for the somewhat steep uphill on the way back) and coastal path walk to beautiful St Ives. Orange Roofs provided an abundance of pre holiday information, places to visit/eat, so we were prepared with ideas. Had a fabulous holiday, thank you Orange Roofs. Highly recommend Porthia, Carbis Bay (and St Ives!)

Beautiful place! Would 100% stay again! We requested decorations to be put up for arrival as it was my mams 50th birthday. We sent decorations but they weren’t put up when we arrived. We spoke with Malcolm about this and he came straight over the next morning to do this while we were out and left some beautiful cupcakes, helped us rectify the heating as it was very hot, and was available at all times when we needed! Beautiful place! Very local to lots of shops and very close to the train station: beautiful views!

We had a super time in Newlyn. Alicia's home couldn't have been better: beautifully appointed and with everything we could possibly need. Alicia responds very quickly to messages and is a great host. I hope we'll return!

A stunning house in Mousehole with brilliant views of the sea, particularly from the bathroom! We were especially impressed with the kitchen which was fully stocked with everything you might need. You could do Christmas dinner in there! The rooms were comfortable and we slept very well.

We had two wonderful weeks in Jan's cozy cottage. Everything you need is available - even milk, eggs, sparkling wine to welcome you. The kitchen is extremely well equipped. Parking is not a problem. Paul is a quiet little village, from which you can quickly walk to Mousehole. Even the bus to Penzance and other places stops there. Jan was a very attentive host. He inquired several times about our well-being and was very generous with the check-in and check-out times. I can fully recommend the property.

Had a fabulous stay at the Net loft, duck st. Central location minutes to harbour beach, restaurants and shops. Very clean and no clutter. The bed was super comfy. Very quiet tucked away. Space outside to store beach equipment. We have visited Mousehole for many years so realise the parking is usually on the road or in the harbour car parks and the need for booking restaurants. Wi-Fi was good. Also Steve was easy to contact.
