Holiday rentals in Newlyn

Corri’s cottage is fabulous, beautifully decorated with comfortable sofas and beds. Kitchen was kitted out with everything we needed to cook on the few evenings we didn’t eat out. Lovely garden with sofas/chairs to lounge on which we did get to enjoy despite some mixed weather. Mousehole is a perfect place to set off on some stunning costal walks which is what we spent our week doing. We also enjoyed dinner at 2 Fore Street, Mackerel Sky & the Tolcarne Inn.

I had the most wonderful stay at this beautiful, peaceful and cozy cottage. It was everything I had hoped for and felt like home. Little sanctuary with sounds of nature wrapping you like a warm blanket. Not to mention the amazing location, perfect for exploring to different directions. Felt sad to leave at the end of my stay.

We had a great 3 night stay at the Vicarage Studio. Very stylishly done and lots of thought has gone into setting it up with everything you need , and it’s of a high quality. Very responsive and helpful hosts . Perfect for a couple, lovely setting in really interesting Newlyn , walkable to loads of interesting places and very close (short walk) to lots of great restaurants and pubs. Really recommend it .

We have just had the best week at Bowjey Hill. Adam was very friendly and showed us around the property when we arrived and made lots of local recommendations which helped us plan for the week. We visited a lot of the recommendations and they did not disappoint. The property is beautiful and spacious and there was nothing more we could have asked for. The kitchen has all the cook books you can imagine, along with with all the equipment needed. So we had some evenings in the property cooking and playing games which were found in the cupboard. The house is decorated beautifully and feels like a home away from home. The garden is a great space for the family, unfortunately we didn’t use the pizza oven but the area in the garden was amazing. The beds were very comfortable. Adam brought coal for the bbq and said he’d bring any wood etc around if needed for the fire. Loved our stay and would recommend the host and property. Once parked up we just walked, got the bus or train. Very easy.

Loved our stay at this lovely bungalow. The host was responsive and friendly. The place itself was immaculately clean and I also appreciated the excellent utilities in the kitchen (which may have been my favourite room - so perfect for preparing dinner and eating together as it is very spacious as well as so cosy!). The bedding and linen felt luxurious and everything in the house felt newly done. The space is very airy and bright so was uplifting as well as cosy. As for the view and the terrace - stunniiiing. Please try to wake up for sunrise if you can you won't be disappointed :) Just a note, that view can be seen from almost every room. Location wise, it's in a residential street right next to pubs restaurants and shops and was close enough to other beautiful areas of Cornwall if you were looking to explore. There was ample space, beautiful view. Comfortable stay for our family. Heating, hot water etc was all as expected. The home was nice and clean as well. William was very responsive.

We received a very warm welcome! The hosts were incredibly kind and friendly, and supported us with everything we needed. They had prepared fresh milk, cookies, beautiful flowers, and even a personal welcome sign for our arrival – so thoughtful! The house was beautifully decorated and very clean. The location is quiet and peaceful, with easy parking, and it’s just a short walk (5-20 min) to restaurants in both Newlyn and Penzance. Definitely one of the most beautiful and friendliest places we’ve ever stayed – we would come back any time. Absolutely recommended!

We absolutely loved our stay at Alicia’s Air B&B in Newlyn. The whole house was beautifully presented and had everything we could have ever asked for available to us. We are a family of 4 and have a 15 year old and a 5 year old, and both their needs were also well catered for. The view across to Newlyn Harbour and the sea beyond from the lounge area was beautiful. We were very surprised at how peaceful it was, especially as Newlyn is an active harbour. It was a short walk into town where there was a bakery, chemist, multiple pubs, a butchers and a local coop. So we couldn’t have asked for a better location. There seemed to be a regular bus service into Penzance and Mousehole at the bottom of the road. We took a few trips around nearby beaches and sights of Cornwall and loved every minute of the beautiful scenery, with locations such as St Ives, Penzance, st Michael’s mount and Lands end being a few of the trips we made. All were fantastic experiences.
