Great location. Clean and well equipped. Comfortable beds. Only short walk to grass market area, where there are plenty of bars and restaurants.

We stayed 2 nights at the beginning of our vacation in Scotland. The location was perfect for walking to all the best spots in Edinburgh. Michelle was the person I communicated with upon arrival, she was extremely helpful and very prompt in returning my texts. I would definitely recommend this rental.

Enjoyed our stay at such a creative and beautiful airbnb. It was a new experiencefor us staying in the countryside enjoying the sunset, BBQ, bathtub and feeding the animals. Sandy was a great host. She showed us around and helped us alot with our transportation. Much appreciation.

I absolutely loved this serene little guesthouse tucked away just outside of Edinburgh. It was very nice, clean, and functional for our family group. It was easy to navigate from there to surrounding areas by car. Ali was so personable and friendly! Truly a pleasure to stay here, and we would gladly stay again!

We had a lovely few days, staying at Appletree Cottage, with our two grandchildren aged 6 and 3. The cottage was very comfy and well equipped, and ideally suited our needs. Good location for many attractions such as Blair Drummond Safari Park, Falkirk Wheel and the Kelpies. We were lucky to have good weather so the excellent play area and hot tub were much enjoyed each day. Would definitely recommend booking.

Had a wonderful time at Hanne’s place! Location was pretty unbeatable - it may look a bit far from the centre on Google, but it’s really only a 15 minute walk and it’s WORTH IT to be in Stockbridge. Everything was clean and the beds were very comfy!

Our stay at Roland’s Airbnb was an absolute delight! The location was perfect - incredibly walkable to all the tourist spots. The bed was super comfortable and the space was very cozy. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

A home away from home ❤️ The house was lovely, beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. I was travelling with parents and a small child - so split levels meant everyone could have their own space and a big communal area on the ground floor which was perfect for us all. Location was great. A short cab ride into town, but walkable too. Close by to Arthur’s Seat, which is a must to do while in Edinburgh. Karen and Carina are amazing hosts, very responsive and went above and beyond for us. Would highly recommend! Thank you.

Craig and Holly were extremely responsive and went above and beyond. They even ordered us a second booster seat highchair for our two babies. They had a healthy supply of toys for the children, and the house was very baby proof. The flat is beautiful, close to everything (pubs and restuarants), and just overall so peacefully to be in. It hosted 7 adults and two children very comfortably. Each room was very soundproof so it made it feel like each couple in each room could truly retreat into their own space. Overall, just a great a great experience overall with the hosts, the space and location.

We had a lovely stay and were blown away by the location. It is directly by the Holyrood palace which wasn’t even on our list of places to visit but quickly became a favorite and walking distance to all the major sights! Deborah was a wonderful, responsive and very accommodating host. This place had everything we needed and was surprisingly quiet for being in the middle of the city.

Stuart’s place is lovely and in a fabulous location! Lots of space, well equipped kitchen and felt like home. Stuart was wonderful to communicate with as well. Would recommend his place as long as guests are comfortable with the four flights of stairs.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely Airbnb! The location is perfect since it is nestled in a quiet, peaceful, and upscale neighborhood, yet still walkable to the main attractions of Edinburgh. The space itself is large and comfortable. I especially enjoyed relaxing in the serene backyard with my morning coffee. One of my favorite parts was the owner’s sweet cat who would visit which made the experience feel even more homey. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a calm and comfortable getaway!

The house is spacious and well-furnished, providing everything you need for a comfortable stay. Ronnie is a friendly and helpful host who responded quickly to our inquiries. He is also very generous, offering plenty of biscuits, cereal, tea, and coffee. Additionally, he kindly returned an ear pod that we accidentally left behind after checkout. We highly recommend spending time at his house when you visit Edinburgh.

This apartment was perfect for our family of 8. Great location with many restaurants in the area. Easy access to bus service for city center. Facilities had everything we needed. Perfect place.

Lovely host, very amenable and flexible. I booked for one day and ended up booking another day because of the place and surroundings. The host went out of her way to get me refunded the extra days cleaning fee. Would definitely recommend. Only had one bad point which is there was a spiderweb above the bed. Overall lovely host, lovely home, and beautiful area with lots to do and explore.

Karin's place was great. It was right off the Royal Mile near Holyrood Palace and Arthur's Seat. It was walkable to everything. Well stocked kitchen, lots of restaurants and coffee shops, and we really appreciated the washer/dryer!

The place is very clean, beautiful and cosy! There is a nice ocean view. The kitchen amenities are very complete and clean, and the hosts know what the guests need. Would come back again!
