Amazing place - really recommend. So close to the beach and pool is great. Super comfortable bed, very tidy and lovely outdoor space. Fairly remote part of the island so if you want to explore easily might be worth getting a car (taxis are expensive).

Timothy was a great host! He was quick to respond when we needed something before and during our stay, and the Airbnb itself was just like the pictures and clean!

The space was way better than the pictures. It was very clean and gave a nice home feel. Will definitely book again

Fabulous stay at Peo|Annie’s! They were incredibly responsive, but also gave us lots of suggestions as far as things to do and how to get around! Highly recommend!

Felicia's place was ideal. The bed was comfortable. The A/C worked A+. The area is walkable, close to the beach, close to attractions like "Fish Fry" , food store and restaurants. Convenient location to explore the island and fell safe. Felicia was generous and responsive. I have a great time. I will stay here again, when I am in Nassau. I highly recommend here place!

Great place to stay! Lots of nearby restaurants including a store. Very responsive and helpful hosting I really appreciated all of the information provided. Very easy to catch a bus to downtown, and walkable to paradise island however it may be more beneficial to rent a car due to the busses stopping and limited taxis during the late evening hours. A perfect place to stay! Thank you!

Tina's place was very esthetically pleasing and spacious. I was very comfortable and at ease being a solo traveler.

Home and stay was amazing, would recommend this to anyone staying in Nassau for vacations or getaway nice view and ambiance, will definitely book again.

Gina was very responsive in making sure to call and text to see if we made the flight and that she was waiting outside to pick us up. She made life easier by providing a rental car through her so transportation could be smooth and stress-free. Gina made sure our driver to take us back to the airport was on time. Her place was great.

What a beautiful Island Oasis! Andria and Edwin were lovely hosts! The space was cozy & clean, with such a beautiful outdoor ambience and space! Authentically Bahamian decor and design, such a lovely safe get away.

Great place to stay away from the touristy areas. Located in a safe gated community, made it easy to explore south side of the island. Great neighborhood to walk and explore. Apartment was as expected, neat and clean. Hosts were very friendly and helpful, provided snacks and all the essentials. Water pressure in the shower was quite low, however, which could be a slight negative and hot water did run out quickly in the winter time. Otherwise this was a very nice place to stay, highly recommend!

Wendy was an excellent host. All information was laid out prior to arrival. Very responsive and friendly. The place was beautiful! Very clean, all the amenities you could need. TV with all streaming services. Outdoor area was also gorgeous, the pool was a bonus. Just a 15 minute walk from the beach which is perfect to watch the sunrise. Great location, quiet neighbourhood, gated home. Also an area to do your laundry which is helpful. Wendy had some water bottles, tea and coffee ready for us on arrival. Would definitely recommend!

Stacy was very accommodating and understanding . Place was clean and easily accessible.

Edwin’s home was perfect for us- we stayed a night before chartering a boat and it was a great price and very close to the Marina. Edwin went out of his way to help us with our travel and made the experience really easy. The place was clean, simple and had everything we needed.

Natasha was very helpful with any questions we had. The entrance was around back and the space was private. She recommended a car rental, although we decided it was best to add on insurance for our own peace of mind. We made a few recommendations about items for cooking and the bedroom pillows to improve the stay for future guests. Having towels for the beach was a bonus plus having a washer and dryer. We enjoyed visiting the national park and had the beaches to ourselves at times.

Nice quiet budget friendly place

Host was very responsive and helped me a lot with setting up reliable transportation to and from places for a good price. Better to get set up with transportation with host because taxi services will charge way more than transportation services through host. They checked on me to make sure I was okay everyday, which made me feel very safe. Super close to a beautiful beach, Montagu Beach. But you definitely want to get a rental or have a plan for transportation support

This place felt very private and secure in a safe part of Nassau. Apt was very comfortable and the bed was great. The AC worked really really good as well. Didn’t get a chance to use the pool but overall def worth the price. Easy taxi or 30 min walk to main areas.

Extremely well presented property in a good location in a lovely neighbourhood. Beautiful pool and garden in a very tropical setting. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and the unit was very clean throughout. The owner Wendy was friendly and very helpful with recommendations on places to see and visit. Wendy was great in helping with the car hire and also with late check out Would highly recommend and would not hesitate to return.

My friend and I had an amazing time staying at David and Daphne’s Air BnB, they made us feel so welcomed, gave us everything we needed and went the extra mile to make things easier for us during our stay. The location was beautiful and we felt very safe. We can’t thank them enough for their kindness during our stay and we really recommend anyone to stay with them!We hope to be back again one day 😊
