Holiday rentals with a fireplace in New Port Richey

This home was very clean. There were so many small touches such as Keurig pods for the machine, a welcome basket, and even floaties for the pool located in the garage. We were provided very clear instructions and the host was proactive and also responsive with any questions. The fridge even had the ability to play videos on YouTube. It’s an upgraded home and the decor puts you in the mindset of a beach vacation. The neighborhood is quiet and the home is peaceful. We will definitely be staying here again it is available when we come back to visit. There are multiple grocery stores within a 10 min drive. We spent most of our time in the outdoor screened in patio area and pool. I’m sure there are things I’m forgetting but it was worth the price and we would recommend to anyone who asked.

The host staff was excellent- very responsive and informative! The property was very private, clean, and comfortable. The host provided every basic amenity needed - coffee, coffee filters, silverware, cooking utensils, pots & pans, etc. There was plenty of toilet paper & paper towels, regular towels, & beach towels. There are also most of the toys you’ll want to- fishing gear, pool toys, & swim gear. We enjoyed our stay!

Rafal place is exactly what an Air b&b should be. Clean fully stocked w/bathroom necessities also washer, dryer Pool area is perfect ,beach & pool toys in garage for guests to use. we rented this home because it was 4 houses from my cousin. It was myself & my husband so we didn't need a 3 bedroom home. I'm not sure if we were charged per person or by bedrooms. Everything was perfect. Raphael's place was a convenience booking for my husband and myself my family lives Four Doors Down Everything you would need from towels to pool toys to beach toys are available for all. This place is better than the pictures! The place was super clean. It looked like the inside had been newly renovated and it was beautiful. It was bigger than we thought. Having the kayaks was a big plus! We met a few neighbors while kayaking and they were super nice which added to our overall experience. The bed upstairs (the only one we used) was super comfy as were the pillows. We were in the area for my niece’s high school graduation and plan to stay here again for any future visits! Highly recommend this place. Also, Jennifer was an amazing host and was always quick to respond. We did not need much from her as everything was self explanatory thanks to the thoughtful notes! My fiancé and I along with our dogs had a great time staying at Elaine’s place! The house & views were beautiful. We will definitely be back.

We loved the backyard and made use of the clean pool and barbeque. The beach chairs and umbrella were helpful as we visited several beaches during our stay. Check-in and out was quick and easy. Everything went smoothly and as expected. Elzbieta is polite and helpful in communication. Her home is spotless, modern, and tastefully renovated.

Sandra!!! was an amazing host. The home was very accommodating literally had anything and everything that you would need if it were your own home. She was very responsive and anything we needed or suggestions on places to go. She was there for us. We will definitely be staying at one of her properties again highly recommend Her!

Cascade’s place was perfect for our stay for my daughter’s lacrosse tournament. It was only 15 minutes from the venue, close to grocery stores, and less than what a weekend at the hotels would be, with more privacy. The owner was very responsive to our questions or concerns, and she was easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again!

What a beautiful location. Right on the Gulf views are exceptional. Apartment was as advertised very nice clean and functional. King bed was a bonus and comfortable .Stormie was a great host and real quick to respond to our inquiries. A beautiful group of cottages tucked in off a slightly busy road. Easy access to the bike trail access point. Approx 2 mile drive to downtown. Definitely had all the essentials for a comfortable stay

This place was idyllic for the five kiddos 6 and under and 4 adults we had for a fun kick off to summer vacation. They thought of everything at this house to make it very family friendly: step stools, kid sized toilet seats, playroom, changing tables, noise machines, child locks on cupboards, pool toys, etc. We were blown away! And the location was perfection. 10 min and you’re at the serene Honey Moon Island; not much further to downtown Dunedin and then Clearwater beach. Truly the best stay for our summer beach vacation.

The house was a little smaller than expected, but still had everything we were looking for. We had a slight problem with the lights in the bathroom during our second day, but Eric was quick to respond to our concerns and helped us resolve the issue. The hot tub was an amazing added feature which we utilized every night and the instructions for check-in and check-out were clear and concise and easy to understand. Overall we had an amazing experience and I would highly recommend any couple to stay in this Airbnb.

The homeowners were fantastic. They were responsive to all my text messages. Had an issue with the AC freezing up the first day. And they were out right away within an hour of he reached out to him to fix it. That was back up and going within an hour. I had a family emergency and I had to go back and they were very accommodating. I would recommend this house anymore and I will stay there again.

Cheryl’s place was perfect for our U of Tampa graduation celebration! We were within 2 miles of all our favorite spots, SOHO, Hyde Park, the River walk, Downtown, U of Tampa, and my daughter’s apt! Also, very easy access and jump on 275. Davis Islands is a cute spot on its own as well. Very walkable for exercise and/or into the cute little town with bars, restaurants and a coffee shop. Cheryl’s place is great for a group. There’s space to hang out in the family room, as well as outside at the pool! We loved our time at the house, as well as when we were out exploring! I would definitely recommend Cheryl’s place. It feels more like a home than a rental! Thank you again! We hope to return!!

Amazing lake house, loved it

We felt right at home at this place. From the minute we walked in the door, we felt at home. When my family comes to visit again, I will rent this place again.

We stayed at this Airbnb for two nights with a group of 16. The home looked exactly like the photos, and the host had a very fast response time. We really enjoyed our stay. The hot tub was a favorite, and the game room added so much fun to our trip!

Fantastic stay! The 3BR/3BA home was beautifully decorated and fully equipped with everything we needed. Perfect location—just a short walk to the beach and all the restaurants and shops in downtown Clearwater Beach. We especially loved the rooftop seating area and firepit. The host was excellent and very responsive. Highly recommend!
