Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Pasco County

This home was very clean. There were so many small touches such as Keurig pods for the machine, a welcome basket, and even floaties for the pool located in the garage. We were provided very clear instructions and the host was proactive and also responsive with any questions. The fridge even had the ability to play videos on YouTube. It’s an upgraded home and the decor puts you in the mindset of a beach vacation. The neighborhood is quiet and the home is peaceful. We will definitely be staying here again it is available when we come back to visit. There are multiple grocery stores within a 10 min drive. We spent most of our time in the outdoor screened in patio area and pool. I’m sure there are things I’m forgetting but it was worth the price and we would recommend to anyone who asked.

My family had a great time staying here! Everything was beautifully decorated and equipped with everything you need. There were 9 of us staying here - including a baby - and we all fit comfortably. Love that there are three FULL baths. That is a rarity and very much needed with so many people. The backyard is big and the pool is an excellent touch. We would definitely stay again and recommend this house!

I rented it for someone else but the guest felt the place was safe and comfortable. Bryan is very prompt to communicate and attend the guests needs.

Rich's property is awesome and yes we did see the gator only once it did honor us with its presence, many restaurants and endless business to shop from went to the state fair and many other activties to do not to mention the beautiful weather, would greatly appreciate to stay at the this beautiful property when in this area. What a beautiful location. Right on the Gulf views are exceptional. Apartment was as advertised very nice clean and functional. King bed was a bonus and comfortable .Stormie was a great host and real quick to respond to our inquiries. Beautiful place the shower was amazing and the local springs are amazing! The snow park is 30 minutes away and so nice!

We had a great stay at Kim’s place. Nice decor throughout. We felt comfortable and the bed was very comfortable to sleep in. Kim was always available if we needed to text her and she was very pleasant and helpful. Good location, close to restaurants and Highway. Condo had everything we needed for our stay. I definitely recommend Kim’s place.

Great spot for a copules getaway

We very much enjoyed our stay in this lovely home. The area is nice and quiet with a real strong community feel which we liked. The house is very spacious and clean with everything needed for a modern family home away from home. The pool was clean and warm enough without the use of any heating. The view from the pool and the house over the golf course is beautiful and gives a real feeling of spaciousness. We are familiar with the area so know our favourite eating places and shops are just a short distance away. In short, we would highly recommend this lovely home. Until the next time Bob!

The homeowners were fantastic. They were responsive to all my text messages. Had an issue with the AC freezing up the first day. And they were out right away within an hour of he reached out to him to fix it. That was back up and going within an hour. I had a family emergency and I had to go back and they were very accommodating. I would recommend this house anymore and I will stay there again.
