Waking up to the sounds of the waves, sitting on the balcony and enjoying the view we couldn’t have had a more enjoyable stay. Thankyou Benny and Lucy for having us. There were both great communicators, easy to work with and both provided clear instructions. We enjoyed the close proximity to our event at Pukekura Park as well as a 1 minute walk to city restaurants and bars. The accomodation was clean, clutter free. The kitchen was also well resourced. Id recommend this airbnb to whanu and others. Nga mihi nui Benny and Lucy.

Had a wonderful weeks stay, the location is amazing and right at Fitzroy beach and the place has everything you need, is very homely comfortable and relaxing. Great to have the washing machine to be able to use. Highly recommend to stay here.

Blue Haven On Belt - seconds to coastal walkway

The house is in a great location, opposite the sea and the walkway. It's also walking distance to the main shops of New Plymouth. Just a note that it's an extra $32 per night for each guest after 2 people. I got caught out because I originally booked for 4 people and then 2 of our guests ended up bringing their husband's. I thought that was expensive considering they were sharing a bed. The big beds were really comfortable but the single beds are small. The kitchen is very well stocked (no real coffee provided but there is a plunger). If you are a big group then this house is a great accommodation for New Plymouth.

Very comfortable accommodation in a perfect location with great views of the sunsets and sounds of the sea. We were blessed with very good weather so we’re able to take in some great views and walks of Mount Taranaki. A great Pekaren Pizza place 5 mins away. A particularly comfortable bed too!

We loved our stay. The house looks out on beautiful trees with a lovely garden. The beach is only a 2-3 minute walk away with a great pizzeria restaurant (booking needed in summer peak). The loft space bedroom was good for our teenager. The house is an interesting design and is compact, but has everything you need. The lounge furniture was comfortable and table area on deck was great for dining. It looked better than in the photos and overall exceeded our expectations. I’d highly recommend a stay and would book again if/when we return to the area.
