Thanks for checking out our listing. The guesthouse is approx 800sq ft and fully fenced in. The house is on 5 acres, furnished with local New Mexico finds as well as antiques. From the top floor you get incredible views of the sunset and at night you can see all of the amazing stars including the Milkeyway. The Thunderbird tiny house is located on the Thunderbird Ranch about 13 miles west of Mountainair, New Mexico. We are surrounded by the Cibola National Forest on all four sides. The property is owned by the Wester's and has been in their family for almost a hundred years. We also have other vacation homes for rent so if you want to bring another family we can accommodate that.
