Thank you very much! We felt very comfortable in the villa and nothing was missing! To get to the beach, however, you need a bike or car. You should also try out different beaches in the area to find the "right" one for you (e.g. sand, stone, café, sports facilities...).

First of all Neven was the best host i have ever encountered. In all those years i have been using airbnb i have never met a more welcoming, more helpful and well organized host than neven. The House was perfectly clean, didn’t lack of anything you would need in a house. He offered me his netflix account, he gave me insider tips where to go and where to eat. He made sure i was having my privacy respected at all times. All in all it was worth every euro that i paid for this airbnb. If i could i would have given him 10 instead of 5 stars!

We were 4 adults and 3 children in the beautiful house of Margita in Sukošan. Margita, who had prepared homemade Croatian delicacies for the reception and Zoram, who checked the pool every day and is very nice, are loving and honest people. In the house and on the entire property with pool and many relaxation possibilities, nothing was missing. Margita's excursion tips were very helpful and for all questions, there was immediately a nice answer. Thank you for everything, we will be happy to come back...

The accommodation even exceeded our expectations. The pool creates a relaxing atmosphere. We spent every morning and evening by the pool.

We felt very comfortable from the beginning. The studio is very nice and cozy. The hosts are very friendly and helpful and make a lot of effort to have a nice garden. Right outside the door is a pool that can be used at any time during the day. There are tables and chairs outside where you can eat. Everything was very clean and tidy. It is 30 minutes on foot to the city center. With Bolt or Uber pro, it's about €7 (5 min). Thank you for everything.

Cannot recommend this place highly enough, we stayed for a week at the end of May and had a fantastic holiday. The weather was lovely and it was fantastic to have the pool which was cool this time of year, and having the sauna and hot tub to warm up in again was fantastic. The pool is shared, for our stay the apartment adjacent wasn't occupied so we had it to ourselves, there are plenty of loungers and space so sharing would be easy. Our kids (aged 4 and 7) had such a great time between the pool, trampoline, toys and playground it was lovely to spend relaxing days at the house. There is a local bakery van visits daily with fresh tasty bread. The area is lovely to explore, would recommend having a car - we visited plitvice national park (highly recommended- stunning!), Zadar old town for sunsets and pakostane beach. Antonia is such a thoughtful host, we were greeted at the property and she had provided a platter of local cheese, fruit and cured meats with local wine which was great.

The house, the garden, the pool, everything is beautiful. There's a lot of effort in this. We arrived and felt right at home. It's all there, great furnishings and we didn't miss anything. Table football, darts, table tennis... here you can relax or be active. Filip always kept in touch and gave us a lot of great tips. Janja welcomed us very kindly and showed us everything. She always asked if everything was okay or if we were missing anything. The house is secluded in a quiet location, exactly to our taste. By car, 2 minutes to get bread and 20 minutes to go shopping. Perfect. Beaches and cities are just a short drive away. We loved it. Thanks

Marijana is a warm and likeable host. The place was very clean, the location simply fantastic! From the beautiful balcony direct sea view, on foot the sea can be reached in 3 minutes. Very quiet location!

Very clean, modern, practical accommodation with good bedding and everything you need in the accommodation. Small flaw, it is in the village and not with sea views, and maybe a certain proximity to the neighbors of the mobile home opposite. Unfortunately we did not have one at that time. Maja was a very pleasant and responsive host even at a late hour, we thank her. Very good stay at their place.

Ana and her husband were very nice from the beginning. The house was beautiful, especially the whirlpool did it for us. The location is great, you walk 5 min to the supermarket and 10 min to the beach and also have a great bus connection to Zadar. Overall, it was a really great trip!

The apartment was renovated,the bathrooms were completely new. Another thing we were missing were rowiacs to hang towels in the bathrooms and a small storage space in the bathrooms. The kitchen is poorly furnished for the arrival of 9ludi,but the owner said that she would go to the future to fix it. There is no air conditioning on the rooms, but there were fans. We also had a great vacation thanks to a really big terrace where we spent almost all the time together. The apartment is pleasantly very close to the sea,in a dead-end street,where not many cars. I highly recommend it also for families with children.

This accommodation is really something very special, extremely large, especially the huge terrace, which offers every support. If you want to learn about the country and its people, you've come to the right place. You immediately feel at home. We especially enjoyed the different attentions, sometimes there were free eggs, from the free-range chickens, then freshly harvested cherries or garlic. We will definitely come back again.

We had a wonderful stay at Martin's place! On the first day, we were warmly greeted with an etagere full of meat, ham, cheese, fresh bread and donuts - a great gesture that immediately made us feel welcome. The entire complex is very large and perfect for a stay with four people. We especially liked the opportunity to cook in one room and eat in the other, which gave us an incredibly homely feeling. For barbecue fans, there is also an outdoor barbecue, which we were happy to use. Shopping is very easy in the neighboring town of Benkovac, which makes the stay even more pleasant. In addition, we had plenty of opportunities to keep ourselves busy on the grounds in the afternoon, because there is a small mini golf course, a dartboard, a table football table and a refreshing pool, which provided a lot of fun and variety. Overall, we can only recommend Martin's accommodation!

We stayed at the apartment for a week and enjoyed every day. It is super quiet and the pool you can relax very well. Due to the private parking, it is perfect for people who want a mix of relaxation and active vacation as there are a lot of national parks nearby. Highly recommend!!

Beautiful and quiet accommodation in a mountain village 10 minutes from Primosten with a great pool.

Katarina and Predrag are extremely friendly, warm and uncomplicated hosts. Although we only booked at 12:30 pm on the same day, we were able to move into the house in the evening in perfect condition The house was very clean and Predrag cleaned the pool every 2 days, always taking care not to disturb our privacy. In case of problems, they were immediately available and took care of them immediately! At the end of our holiday, they invited us to a barbecue, which unfortunately we could not attend, as we had already planned other activities...a week is far too short. Inventory, kitchen appliances all great! Our dog was also welcome. For him, the fenced and large property and also the adjacent field paths to the walkway were wonderful!

Perfect place for a couple to stay near Zadar. The studio apartment itself has all the necessary things. Anna is just amazing, she was awake and helped us checkin at 02:30am as our flight was delayed by 3 hours. Very rarely people care so much for their guests. She also recommended us restaurants, grocery stores and sightseeing places. Overall the experience was great. I would recommend this place without any regrets!

We enjoyed our stay very much at the house. The terrace is very nice, you can reach the small port in 5 min walking. The hosts are very nice people and help you with many things. Very much recommended. Thanks!

We enjoyed waking up to the view of the sea and sound of the waves, really beautiful location that is not far from a couple of restaurants and cafés. The apartment and kitchen had everything needed, and the hosts were flexible with the check-in and check-out time :))

We have been to this cottage for the fourth time - and each time we are even more enthusiastic! Everything is sparkling clean, the bed linen fresh, the bed super comfortable and there is really everything you need for a nice stay. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming – a real little paradise! Great place with everything you could want for a relaxing holiday. Hosts were super helpful and even provided a travel cot and highchair for our little one. Would recommend having a car to get to town but can easily/cheaply park to get into the old town. Ubers were also very available and good value.

super beautiful place on the water. easily walkable to many markets and restaurants, a short drive to the national park for hiking/climbing. has everything you might need for a stay.
