Marija was such a great host and very accommodating. The place was very clean and had such a great location everything was in walking distance. I would definitely come back and stay again.

Séjour très agréable dans un petit coin calme a l'abri des touristes. La terrasse et le barbecue sont un vrai plus de la maison qui est par ailleurs toute mignonne ! Le jardin est équipé d'un filet de volley, d'une table, d'un hamac et de balançoires. La maison est agréable à vivre même si elle manque de quelques équipements. C'est un régal de passer du temps dans cette maison !

Der Aufenthalt in der Villa Matea war echt schön, wir haben es sehr genossen. Die Ruhe und der Pool waren super, wir hatten sogar den Pool für uns alleine. Der Gastgeber war sehr gut erreichbar, sehr freundlich und äußerst Gastfreundlich, uns wurde sogar ein leckerer Kuchen gebacken, danke nochmal! Uns wurde schnell geholfen, wenn wir Tips oder Hilfe brauchten. Die Ausstattung war, besonders in der Küche, echt gut und mehr als ausreichend um für 4 Personen zu kochen. Einziger Minuspunkt: die Umgebung, ohne Auto ist man aufgeschmissen, hier ist nur ein kleiner Supermarkt (hat die Größe einer Tankstelle) und sonst ist hier nichts. In 10 Minuten waren wir mit dem Auto am Strand, wir haben eine kleine unscheinbare Bucht gefunden, an der wir ganz alleine waren. Wundervoll! Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt :-)

Vielen Dank es hat wirklich sehr gut gefallen, insbesondere der Whirlpool auf der Dachterrasse mit Blick auf den kleinen Hafen und der Sonnenuntergang waren einfach traumhaft. Eine gelungene Auszeit.

We stayed for 10 days in what can only be described as a unique, stunning and peaceful villa in a beautiful location. It was so lovely I could have stayed longer. Sandra was the perfect host, available to answer questions if required but otherwise we were left to enjoy our holiday ( she attended on our last day with a bottle of home made wine for us which was a lovely surprise). This was the perfect holiday to take time out, relax and visit the variety of restaurants in Sukosan.

A lovely house, undersold by its photos. Excellent value for money. If you're considering this for a small/medium group I wouldn't look any further, unless you value being central to Zadar. Even then, its doable. The outdoor area and ground floor are the real selling points. Abundance of seating. Marta was responsive to any queries or issues, and had some flexibility with our check in/out times to give us a little more time to get up and out. Marta's mother lives next door, and attended to the property early each morning to clean the pool, etc - which was a nice touch. ______ Only a couple of drawbacks, but none with the property directly: We had some issues with the speaker that was provided, so recommend bringing your own if you want music. (Thankfully we did just that). Taxis seem to take a long time to get to the local area, for when we wanted to go into central Zadar. Normally 20mins+ wait. Just bear this in mind. Also - bring bug spray/repellant!

Der Aufenthalt in Dijanas Ferienwohnung war einfach fantastisch! Dijana ist eine unglaublich nette und zuvorkommende Gastgeberin. Sie war immer hilfsbereit und stand für alle Fragen zur Verfügung, wodurch wir uns sofort wohl und willkommen gefühlt haben. Die Wohnung selbst war perfekt – besonders der atemberaubende Meerblick war ein Highlight! Alles war sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und komfortabel. Wir haben die Ruhe und die wunderschöne Umgebung sehr genossen. Vielen Dank, Dijana, für diese wundervolle Zeit – wir kommen definitiv wieder!

We loved our stay at Ivana’s place. A very clean, spacious apartment with a balcony overlooking the sea and a private beach! A short drive to great restaurants and Paklenecia NP! Ivana was a great host, very kind and communicative. Highly recommend.

My stay at Irene's was fantastic! Everything was clean, lovingly furnished, and exactly as described. Irene is an incredibly friendly and helpful host—you immediately feel welcome. I definitely recommend it; I would come back anytime.

We've had a great stay at Damir's place. Damir turned out to be a fantastic host, super nice, friendly and very helpful. He welcomed us personally and showed us around the appartment. He provided us with a lot of tips concerning the area, places to eat and things to visit, showing us all on the map. There were even some snacks prepared and cold drinks in the fridge. The appartment itself is extremely clean. It's located in a beautiful and calm area with bars and restaurants nearby. The beach is just around the corner. There's also a supermarket a few steps away. You can reach the old town in a few minutes by taking the bus or have a nice walk along the coast which will take about 30 minutes. The bus stop is just 2 minutes away from the appartment. The apparment has a huge balcony where you can have your morning coffee or use the grill in the evening. It's very well equipped with everything you might need during your stay. It's very bright and spacious. We really felt like home.

Internetes szálláshely foglaláskor nagyon ritka és kiemelkedően jó dolog amit itt tapasztaltunk: a szállás leirása alapján (fotók és szöveg) elképzelt helynél egy sokkal csodálatosabb ingatlanba érkeztünk. Minden úgy volt, ahogy le volt irva, csak még jobb: látszott, hogy folyamatosan gondozzák, fejlesztik a helyet, mind bútorzatban, mind a kertben és más kinti terekben. Egy kis gyémánt ezt a hely egy nyugodt, békés öbölben a vizparton. A házigazdánk nagyon segitőkész volt, mindenben segitett és nagyon kedvesen, türelmesen tűrte kérdéseinket, problémáinkat, mindent megoldott. A környezet rendezett, a szomszédság csendes és békés, itt tényleg lehetett nyugodtan pihenni és relaxálni. Külön kedvesség volt a házigazda által tulajdonolt vizi sportszerek felajánlása használatra tartózkodásunk alatt (pl. SUP), erre nem is számitottunk. Mindent köszönünk, csak igy tovább!

The little stone house was a charm! It feels off the grid, even thought the next supermarket is located 5min by car, the ocean maybe 10min. You can enjoy the silence as well as a beautiful night sky, while chilling on the Veranda and making BBQ.I enjoyed every moment in this little paradise. Would definitely come again and recommend it to anyone who does enjoy a simple yet charming accommodation like this.

Das Haus Idro ist eine Insel der Ruhe. In der gesamten Bucht sind nur wenige Häuser. Wir waren Anfang Mai dort, es waren außer uns kaum anderes Haus belegt. Das Haus hat alles was man braucht, die Betten sind bequem, die Küche gut ausgestattet. Wir hatten immer heißes Wasser und ausreichend Strom. Es war sehr sauber und die Kommunikation mit den Hausbesitzern war sehr freundlich. Die Straße zum Haus ist wie beschrieben nur sehr langsam befahrbar. Wir kommen wieder.

Ein tolles Apartment mit wunderschönem Blick auf das Meer, das man in 1 Minute zu Fuß erreicht. Super ist auch, dass man ein Stand-up Paddle ausleihen kann. Die Kommunikation war freundlich und herzlich. Schade war, dass wir erst am Abreisetag erfahren haben, dass wir für die Hunde einen Aufpreis bezahlen müssen. Als wir gebucht haben, gab es darüber keine Information.

Das Haus, der Garten, der Pool, einfach alles wunderschön. Hier steckt viel Mühe drin. Wir sind angekommen und haben uns gleich wie zu Hause gefühlt. Es ist alles da, tolle Einrichtung und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Tischkicker, Dart. Tischtennis …. hier kann man sich entspannen oder aktiv sein. Filip hat immer Kontakt gehalten und uns jede Menge tolle Tipps gegeben. Janja hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und alles gezeigt . Sie hat immer wieder gefragt ob alles passt oder gefragt ob es uns an etwas fehlt. Das Haus ist abgelegen in ruhiger Lage, genau nach unserem Geschmack. Mit dem Auto 2 Minuten zum Brot holen und 20 Minuten zum Einkaufen. Perfekt. Strände und Städte sind mit dem Auto gleich zu erreichen. Wir haben es geliebt. Danke

Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Studio ist sehr schön und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und geben sich sehr viel mühe einen schönen Garten zu haben. Direkt vor der Tür ist ein Pool welcher Tagsüber zu jeder Zeit genutzt werden kann. Es sind Tische und Stüle draussen an welchen man essen kann. Alles war sehr Sauber und aufgeräumt. Zu Fuss zum stadtzentrum sind es 30min. Mit Bolt oder Uber pro weg ca 7€ (5min). Vielen Dank für alles.

Die Kommunikation mit Dina war von Anfang bis zum Ende sehr gut und angenehm. Schnelle Antwort. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Ich kann Dina, ihren Mann und das wunderschöne Haus nur empfehlen. Ich würde das Haus sofort wieder für einen Urlaub buchen.

Excellent accommodation with a fantastic outdoor space in a peaceful village location. Milan is very friendly and kind. A car is needed to explore the area of Zadar and further afield but you could easily enjoy your time staying at the property relaxing and enjoying the outdoor facilities.

Wenn man Erholung sucht, ist Denisas Unterkunft perfekt. Durch den beheizten Pool kann man selbst bei etwas kühleren Temperaturen seine Bahnen ziehen und die Ruhe genießen. Das Haus und das Grundstück waren sehr sauber und wir fühlten uns sehr wohl. Ein Mietwagen/eigenes Auto ist auf jeden Fall von Nöten, da es fußläufig keine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten etc. gibt. Wir haben noch nie eine so tolle Gastfreundschaft erlebt, wie mit Denisas Eltern, die sich während unseres Aufenthalts um uns gekümmert haben. Vielen Dank für diesen schönen Urlaub!

We had a wonderful stay! The beds were very comfortable, and the beautiful terrace offered a fantastic view of the harbor. The apartment was spotless and very well equipped with everything we needed. The pool was great for swimming and relaxing. Communication with Goran was reliable and fast – he was always quick to respond and helpful. Highly recommended!

Great place with everything you could want for a relaxing holiday. Hosts were super helpful and even provided a travel cot and highchair for our little one. Would recommend having a car to get to town but can easily/cheaply park to get into the old town. Ubers were also very available and good value.

Die Unterkunft war sehr gepflegt und in einer angenehm ruhigen Lage. Der Pool und der Jacuzzi waren immer sehr sauber und es gab genug freie Liegemöglichkeiten. In der Wohnung war alles wie beschrieben vorhanden und alles top gepflegt. Radovan war ein sehr sympathischer Gastgeber mit guten Englischkenntnissen, der Austausch war jederzeit problemlos möglich. Wir werden sicherlich wiederkommen!

Lorena's houses are AMAZING. We had a trip for 5 days with 2 kids under 2. Two separated rooms was perfect for us. Houses are geniously equipped, you will find there everything whats needed. The dishwasher and laundry is an additional detail which was very good to have. Houses are perfectly located, nearby the centre and bus station (where you can go eg to Split or Krka national park). Close you will also have a supermarket where you can buy totally everything. Definitely we will recommend this place to friends and maybe go back to Zadar again in the future.
