Chic Downtown Designer Apt ~ 750 sq ft.

Trendy restoration in this lovely, clean farm style Victorian. Contemporary luxury at its best. Foyer, One bedroom, Large living room, dining room, Very Contemporary new bathroom with Waterfall Shower and Deep Soaking Tub. There is no Kitchen, however we do have a mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker with coffee pods. No off street parking. 2 minute walk to downtown boutiques and restaurants, live entertainment. This is the front half of my home, we do share a wall, but separate units.

The cabin was such an amazing get away. The location is perfect — 10 min from the Yuba and Nevada City. The cabin is cozy but with everything you could need. And the sauna, tub, and outdoor shower made it feel like we had our own private spa. Will definitely be back again!

Truly a hidden gem! Booked with Elena for a graduation trip. There is so much historical attractions in this area so we were never bored. The location is perfectly close to town while still being surrounded by nature with privacy. The pool was larger than expected and the waterfall definitely pulled it together making it the perfect peaceful getaway! Everything was super clean and the the bed was very comfortable.

It’s easy to see why Julie and Richard’s place has earned such glowing review as our stay was exceptional. This cozy, artfully curated home was the perfect retreat for our family of four. Every detail, from the distinctive architecture and thoughtfully chosen furnishings to the eclectic artwork and inviting book collection, reflects the character and creativity of this unique property.The kitchen is beautifully organized and stocked with artful dishes making even simple breakfasts feel special. After exploring the charm of Nevada City and hikes, the spacious main bathroom has a spa like bathtub which was the perfect way to unwind. Nestled among the trees, this home really mirrored the creative spirit and natural beauty of its surroundings. Julie and Richard were gracious, responsive hosts who clearly put a lot of care into both the home and their guests’ experience. If you’re fortunate enough to stay here, consider yourself lucky.

Family-Friendly Forest Retreat | Walk to Trails

The cottage is in the woods about 10 minutes outside of Nevada City and exactly as pictured. There was a large bedroom downstairs and two bedrooms, a kitchen and a living room upstairs. There was a bathroom with a tub/shower upstairs and a bathroom with large shower downstairs. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything you might need to cook. There was a nice deck outside the kitchen and another picnic table and a fire circle at different locations on the property. The driveway is a little steep. We figured out that it is much easier if you swing the car to the left just before you turn right into the driveway. The air conditioning works well. It was a very comfortable stay for our party of five adults.

Bright, clean studio

I came to this place leaving a toxic relationship. And I just recently achieved 30 days sobriety. I tell you just because maybe someone out there is like me and needs some help. Once I walked into the room, I was just checking back by how peaceful it was and the vibration was all about healing. Joy was nothing short of amazing as far as communication. It turns out she’s a holistic therapist as well. Her husband was a cool guy and her son was friendly too. And their dog is rad just a cool dog and my dog Scarlet and he played together for a little bit and it was cool. I really needed this place and I look forward to staying here again when I need to just go somewhere decompress I would recommend a spot to anybody. And if you like books, there’s so many books to read I mean it’s awesome and I’ve been a great job of building out the room to look amazing and feel amazing. Don’t hesitate to grab this up if you need to.
