Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Neukölln

A lovely house to visit Berlin but to relax after a long day. The area is green and tranquil. For a combined travel group ideal that the house has two bathrooms. Lidl is around the corner and a nice Greek restaurant also nearby. Nice big kitchen with a lot of utilities. Definitely a recommendation.

Pratical checkin, friendly owner, clean, central location

We were there with our two small children and dog for a little over a week. We had a nice time and were able to use the apartment as a starting point for some excursions. Among other things, thanks to the fenced garden, we were also able to endure it very well at home. Only the noise of the departing aircraft was unusual for us land people, but still bearable. If it works out, we'd love to come back!

Surely one of the best airbnb experience I have ever had! Nice place to stay to feel yourself peaceful in nature. Cozy guest house. Ozgur is very friendly and helpful, really enjoyed my weekend there! Highly recommended :)

Everything is perfect, the only thing to pay attention to is the postal code 13055, there are two streets in Berlin with the same address but with different codes. However, reported by the owner. Thank you for everything.

We spent 6 wonderful days in Cathleen's vacation home. It is wonderfully quiet in a beautiful residential area a few minutes' walk from the beach. The garden is an idyll, and Robby or Schaf, the lawnmower, ensures a very nice lawn. We made daily use of the terrace either at the table or on the comfortable lounge. Everything works perfectly and we can highly recommend the vacation home. Our four-legged friend also liked it here very much.

I had a fantastic stay! The space was spotless, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. Everything was exactly as described (if not better), and the host was responsive and welcoming throughout. The location was perfect — close to everything I needed but still peaceful and quiet. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

We had a fabulous few days in Berlin. Excellent location to see all the sights, local / varied restaurants, plus bars and clubs. The flat is spacious, light, clean with all the required facilities. Hardy was extremely communicative, helpful and responsive. A wonderful few days away.

We were very happy with the place. Everything was clean and as described in the pictures. The only thing that shocked me a little was the location of the luggage storage area before check-in. It could be said beforehand that this is a basement in an apartment building. Otherwise, everything was great and Daniel was also very, very sweet and the communication very reliable. Regarding the location, I would say that you should definitely inform yourself beforehand that Neukölln is not entirely without its problems and that you should be aware of which part of Berlin you are in, especially in the evening hours. This is a great neighbourhood - a few mins walk to the train and just a wee bit longer to the bus - but that's also where there are heaps of shops and a great supermarket. The local Saturday market was a highlight and we enjoyed the local cafe with jazz we stumbled across on Sunday night. The apartment is well designed and equipped - I loved it. Beautiful linen on the beds - big comfortable beds, fresh flowers, good range of condiments. The location and being on the ground floor were the deal breakers. Im already planning my next stay (and will remodel my pwn bathroom based on this very funky one). We stayed 7 nights and the weekend (Fri/Sat) very noisey lots of street noise - however otherwise very peaceful. I'm already planning on how to come back.

The host was very accommodating. The apartment is clean, well located, very close to the metro. Check in was very flexible. There are nearby supermarkets, restaurants, etc. I recommend the place for a stay in Berlin! Thank you so much for hosting.

It’s a wonderful place. We all really enjoyed it. I wish we had time to use the pool more because my three year-old grandson had a great time in the pool. The nearby park is great for kids and has an interesting history. The only suggestion I have about this Airbnb is the glass table legs are really a hazard. My daughter in law and I both hurt our feet. I ended up wrapping towels around the legs. Also could use a hook or two in the guest bathroom there is absolutely nowhere to hang a towel. The nearby beer Garden with dozens of birds is great fun as well.

Hans and his partner were exceptional hosts, offering a serene and beautifully maintained space that provided the perfect backdrop for relaxation and creativity. Their patience with my late check-in was greatly appreciated, making my arrival seamless. The peaceful surroundings and thoughtful touches throughout the home created an environment that was both welcoming and inspiring. I was able to write quite a lot. Thanks to the calm and comfort of their lovely spot. I highly recommend their place to anyone seeking a restorative and productive getaway.

Our stay at Ralph’s place was impeccable, the apartment is astounding with lots of sun coming and every amenity one can think of. Ralph was very communicative and let me check-in 5 hours before the original hour. Only con I can think of was the kid upstairs who kept on running endlessly. Thank you Ralph for this wonderful experience!

Super nice contact with the host. Uncomplicated check-in, on request a slightly later checkout was also possible. The accommodation is very well equipped, everything you need for the stay and a super comfortable bed and a nice quiet terrace. I would be happy to stay again on my next visit to Berlin!

Great stay! The area was very walkable. Theres a beautiful park, shops, and things to do right around the corner.

I had a great stay at Gérard and Cinderella's place. The studio is facing the backyard, the bed/ pillows were very comfortable, and there were thick curtains, which all made it easy to sleep well. The studio is located right next to an U-Bahn station, which makes it super easy to access various locations in Berlin. Gérard and Cinderella were both great at communicating and answered any questions promptly. They also generously allowed me to check in early, which I really appreciated. I would absolutely recommend their place!

A cozy apperment. Quietly located and yet one of Berlin's lively neighborhoods. Right on the border of Kreuzberg and Neukölln. You can't get more Berlin than this. Tastefully furnished. Inside an idyllic Kreuzberg backyard.

Spent 2 night at Simon’s house. Everything was as described. The house is right behind a bus stop. The kitchen had everything we would need. It was warm inside the house but there were fans. Would recommend to my friends.
