This cozy apartment is located in the basement of a brick villa by the lake and has its own entrance with its own beautiful, sunny, enclosed terrace. The 2 most important S-Bahn lines S1 and S7 are within 5 minutes' walk. There is a bedroom with bed (1.60 m x 2 m) and a sofa bed in the living room.

Our apartment is barrier-free and is located directly at the Adlershof Landscape Park. A supermarket and a bakery are about 200 m away. The BAB highway can be reached in a few minutes and BER airport is about 15 minutes away by car. Still the apartment is quietly located. It is located on a cul-de-sac and a charging facility for electric cars is right outside the door. There is always a parking space in our residential area. A highchair and travel crib are provided.
