Holiday rentals with a patio in Neukölln

Nice apartment, very well located. Well equipped and pretty clean for us and our two small children. Playground in front of the door, supermarket around the corner. A few minor things could be improved: For 4 people, 4 chairs should also be available at the table. There were only 4 glasses in total and, for example, no corkscrew / waiter's knife. Not suitable for people who like to have it dark in the bedroom because there are no external blinds. Unfortunately, the curtains are only 90 percent lightproof, which can be annoying in combination with the numerous street lamps in front of the door.

Very bright apartment surrounded by greenery, in a quiet area well served by public transport. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Holger was very kind to also provide us with the high chair and the cot for our little girl, and was very flexible with both check-in and check-out times. We felt right at home.

I was very happy to meet Martin. He is a very honest, kind, and reliable person. His house was absolutely perfect — very clean, tidy, and well-organized. Martin was always helpful and responded quickly to any questions or needs we had. This was honestly one of the best holiday experiences I’ve ever had. The place was beautiful, with easy access to the lake, and we had a wonderful and relaxing time there. Thank you so much Martin! I wish you all the best and happiness wherever you are. Magdalena's apartment is very well located for the S-bahn and it is close to a neighborhood with many cafes and restaurants. The apartment overlooks a courtyard and greenery. We were happy to be in the apartment, and it was a perfect starting point for experiencing Berlin. We'd love to come there again.

We stayed for two weeks while visiting family. It was the perfect place -- clean, quiet, lovely spaces and delightful garden views. Many fine shops and restaurants and a very good grocery store are about a 12-minute walk. The S3 U-bahn runs into the city centre, ant it's also a 12-minute walk. We've already booked a return trip! The apartment is as described and very tastefully decorated- it even exceeded our expectations. Two couples or a family can be accommodated there very well. It was all very clean and above all quiet as it is an apartment in the backyard which is very nice and quiet. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes in the immediate vicinity where you can have breakfast and eat well. We would book it again and again and were extremely satisfied.

We spent a week here as a group of 6 friends and had a fabulous time. The house was generous in size, well laid out and beautifully decorated and furnished. We made full use of the fantastic kitchen which had everything even a demanding cook might desire, and shared great meals in the gorgeous dining room (which can comfortably seat 10 or 12). Having two supermarkets (Aldi and another one) within 5 minutes walk was a real plus.) The three bathrooms were great and the beds very comfortable. (The 'toddler bed' is in fact a full size single bed.) Re location: it mostly took us close to an hour to travel by public transport to destinations in the centre, something to be mindful of. We'd warmly recommend this place for larger groups.

We immediately felt very comfortable in this special accommodation. The cottage is located in a very quiet street on the edge of a forest area and close to the lake. You first pass through a natural garden, where there are various resting places. The pallet chill-out corner right next to the entrance is particularly beautiful. Upon entering the cottage, you immediately land in the open living area, in the middle of which is the fireplace, for which a lot of wood is available. A steep little staircase leads to the upper sleeping area. Everything was very cozy and tastefully designed. We enjoyed our stay very much, which was also helped by the sauna. We highly recommend the accommodation, but also point out that it would be advantageous to have a mobile support, as it is already a bit off the beaten track.

The home was perfect for a vacation to the outskirts of Berlin. we stayed with a group of six. The kitchen was well equipped and the house was very clean. We enjoyed the patio outside and the neighborhood was beautiful and family oriented. Highly recommended.

Very nice accommodation, everything newly renovated, in a quiet location. Approximately 45 minutes from Berlin city center, also super accessible. Landlord was always easily accessible. Flexible check-in times after consultation. I can only recommend it, I'd be happy to do it again.

We spent 6 wonderful days in Cathleen's vacation home. It is wonderfully quiet in a beautiful residential area a few minutes' walk from the beach. The garden is an idyll, and Robby or Schaf, the lawnmower, ensures a very nice lawn. We made daily use of the terrace either at the table or on the comfortable lounge. Everything works perfectly and we can highly recommend the vacation home. Our four-legged friend also liked it here very much.

The apartment is spacious and very comfortable. We really felt at home. We loved the location and found it easy to take the U Bahn or S Bahn everywhere. A great neighbourhood and quiet street. Definitely recommend.

We loved this apartment. Very serene interior. Loved the light and space. Lots of living space. Good facilities and a wonderful kitchen.

As someone who has stayed at dozens of Airbnb’s, I can say that this was definitely in the top 1%. My husband and I stayed here for a month in May, and it was wonderful to “come home” every day to such a comfortable, pleasant and expansive space. In addition to the elegant and creative design, we loved the light and views over the rooftops. I slept like a baby on the super comfy bed, lounged on the comfy sofa, and worked comfortably at the large dining room table. Two large bathrooms were a luxury. A huge walk-in closet. Delightful rooftop patio. Well-equipped kitchen. The apartment is on a quiet and bright street, close to multiple forms of transportation, cafes, restaurants, and shopping (giant supermarket across the street). Easy to get anywhere. Our host, Eric, was extremely helpful, a font of information, and a delightful and charming human being. He was very responsive both before and during our stay. We would definitely stay here again, not to speak of moving in forever!

Great place! So close to public transportation. The flat is on the top floor, so there are a lot of stairs (no lift). I wouldn’t recommend for anyone with limited mobility. But otherwise, everything is definitely worth it! Absolutely gorgeous view from the balcony. Hosts are very responsive and helpful!
