Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Neukölln

Everything was perfect. One of my favorite airbnbs that I’ve stayed in. Location was perfect and apt itself was in this wonderful secluded courtyard. Apt better in person than even the great pictures show. Will definitely be back here next time in Berlin.

Meine Freunde und ich haben uns in der Unterkunft super wohl gefühlt. Matthias hat das Haus sehr geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet und es gab vor Ort wirklich alles was wir brauchten, zB in der perfekt ausgestatteten Küche. Alles war sehr sauber und die Anbindung zu dem Haus ist wirklich gut, vom Berliner Zentrum ist man mit der U-Bahn und dem Bus schnell beim Haus. Die Kommunikation mit Matthias war einfach, freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir bedanken uns für die schöne Zeit. Ich kann das Haus zu 100% weiterempfehlen.

初めてAirbnbを利用しMattの家を使用させていただきました。泊まった家の周りは静かで自然が豊かです。彼の家はとても最高です。最高なインテリアと広くて素敵な庭があり、寝室やリビングは温もりのある自宅でした。ベルリンの市内からは少し離れていますが、私はMattの家を選んで正解でした。バス停やスーパーマーケットも徒歩圏内で近いです。 私は一人で初めてのベルリン旅行でしたが、ホストのMattはとても親切でたくさんコミュニケーションをとってくれます。彼とのティータイムは最高の時間でした。私は英語があまり得意ではありませんが、翻訳アプリを使いつつゆっくり分かりやすい英語で話してくれてたくさんお話ができました。何か困ったことがあれば柔軟に対応してくれる優しいホストです。私は彼のことを父親のように思っています。日本からのお土産も喜んでもらえたようでした。 私はまたベルリンに行く機会があれば必ず彼の家に泊まります。素晴らしい自宅と最高なホストでした。最高な思い出を本当にありがとう。

Wir waren super zufrieden. Patric hat unsere Anliegen schnell beantwortet. Das Haus ist super. Bus um die Ecke. Sehr gute Verbindung in alle Richtungen. Wir haben die Unterkunft schon weiter empfohlen. Gerne wieder.

Surely one of the best airbnb experience I have ever had! Nice place to stay to feel yourself peaceful in nature. Cozy guest house. Ozgur is very friendly and helpful, really enjoyed my weekend there! Highly recommended :)

Hans-Joachim hat uns direkt begrüßt und herzlich empfangen. Super lieber Gastgeber. Das Haus ist ein Traum, der Pool und jacuzzi einfach ein perfekter ruhiger Ort zum entspannen. Wir waren auf Geschäftsreise gleichzeitig haben wir unsere Flitterwochen verbunden. Kann und werd ich jedem nur empfehlen. Das Pool und der Garten ist von den Seiten komplett undurchschaubar. Einfach wohlfühlen☺️

Hotel quality! Even better, perhaps. Everything was clean and functional, and the space was plenty 1-3 travelers. Just a short walk to the train station (Bahnhof Marlow) and super easy to zip into Berlin. Marlow is a really lovely little town, and everyone was super pleasant. I highly recommend staying with Olaf and Kerstin!

Ich habe die Ferienwohnung von Susnne und René geschäftlich für einen Mitarbeiter gebucht. Mein Kollege hat sich von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles war schön sauber und ordentlich und auch der Check-In klappte einwandfrei. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und mein Kollege konnte sich gut selbst verpflegen. Gern buche ich wieder, wenn wir in der Nähe sind.

Bardzo miło wspominam pobyt w Berlinie w mieszkaniu Philippa. Mieszkanie jest przestronne i piękne. Położone w spokojnym miejscu, a jednocześnie bardzo blisko jest stacja metra, skąd jest kilka przystanków do atrakcji miejskich. W mieszkaniu było wszystko, czego potrzeba w trakcie pobytu. Było też bardzo czysto. Philipp jest przemiły, pomocny i bardzo kontaktowy. Bardzo gorąco polecam to miejsce!!!

Gran alojamiento, quisiera vivir ahí. Tobias fue súper amable y siempre estuvo al pendiente, hay muchísimos locales por la zona y la conexión con el metro y autobuses espectacular. Recomiendo!!

I had a fantastic stay! The space was spotless, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. Everything was exactly as described (if not better), and the host was responsive and welcoming throughout. The location was perfect — close to everything I needed but still peaceful and quiet. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen. Das Atelier ist so zauberhaft und genau das Richtige für eine Person ein paar Tage in Berlin. Ich habe es sehr genossen und mich total wohlgefühlt!

We had such a great stay at Nadim's! The apartment is really bright, spacious, and nicely decorated in a way that feels like a home away from home. The bed is super big and comfy. Lots of room to store your clothes in the bedroom. Small but decently equipped kitchen (with Nespresso machine). Nice comfy living room for collapsing at the end of a long day of exploring Berlin! And the laundry machine was a lifesaver! Being situated right in lively Neukölln was awesome. We were close to two subway stations, big parks, and lots of great late-night eats around (delicious shawarma, falafel, baklava, chicken...). Nadim was a wonderful host, he is very kind and responsive. I would definitely stay here again. Please do note the apartment is on the fourth floor (up five stories) so bring good shoes :) But it's so worth it, the light comes in beautifully and looks down on a peaceful tree-filled courtyard.

Die Wohnung ist fantastisch: sehr sauber,sehr gute Ausstattung, wunderbare Lage direkt am Park. Es gibt Verdunkelungsvorhänge,was ich sehr schätze und die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll. Die Kommunikation mit Uwe verlief einwandfrei und er ist sehr freundlich. Ich kann Uwe als Gastgeber absolut empfehlen.

Simon is an exceptional host, very friendly and responsive. He even went out of his way to make an early check-in for us. Would totally recommend his beautiful place.

Nazanin's apartment is as cozy as advertised and made me feel right at home. Very quiet and it felt very Berlin-like. It truly has everything (extremely well-equipped kitchen); the bath tub is a treat; very well located, easy to get everywhere and full of atmosphere near the canal, very easy check-in, and Nazanin communicated very fast, warmly, and efficiently. I stayed for two weeks and it was perfect for that. It works for short- or long term stays. I would stay there again any time.

I could not have been more delighted with my stay at Gérard's adorable flat. The location cannot be beat, just around the corner from Schönleinstraße U8, and with so much to do, see, and eat just outside the door. Gérard is a consummate host who gave me great local tips, and was so easy to communicate and coordinate with - he also very kindly helped me with my bag up all those stairs! The apartment itself is brighter and airier than the photos show. Even on some scorching hot Berlin days, it remained cool and pleasant with the windows popped. The patio is also a lovely extra. I will certainly be returning next time I am in Berlin!

C est la deuxième fois que nous résidons chez Simon, nous adorons cet appartement, spacieux, calme, très bien équipé, propre et très bien situé! Simon est un hôte sympathique, réactif et arrangeant! Nous reviendrons l année prochaine sans hésitation! Nous vous recommandons ce logement!

Lovely, peaceful apartment in a great location. Plenty of great cafes and restaurants within walking distance, and close to multiple public transportation lines for getting around the city. Florencia is a great host and very responsive. I would definitely stay here again!

This is an excellent apartment in the middle of Berlin. It is in a beautiful building. The hosts were always available to help and add to our vacation experience. I would stay here again and strongly recommend it to my friends.

Asian’s studio is lovely - perfectly laid out, with everything I needed readily accessible within the apartment and an easy walk to transport!

Die Wohnung ist besser als so manches Hotel! Sauber, geräumig, voll ausgestattete Küche und Bad. Auch eine gewisse Grundausstattung von Nahrungsmitteln (Essig, Öl, zweierlei Kaffe, Zucker, Milch, Cola...) geht über das übliche hinaus. Am meisten schätzte ich die absolut ruhige Lage inmitten eines sehr lebhaften Bezirkes, das hatte ich so bisher noch nirgends. Da es im Erdgeschoss ist, ist die Wohnung im Sommer auch angenehm kühl. Apostolos war sehr zuvorkommend und hat uns einen ersten Überblick über den Bezirk gegeben. Wenn wieder Berlin, dann nur hier.
