The cottage has a very nice atmosphere with its large wooden windows and is tastefully decorated! It is all on the outskirts of the village, almost in the middle of the nature. 5 minutes to walk to swimming lake! Britta is a very friendly and always helpful host with a high level of expertise in plant science with application in the healthy diet!

We were completely satisfied. A great house with comprehensive amenities in a great location. And the communication with the hosts was personal, fast and always accommodating.

The apartment is 10 minutes walk from the beach and 5 min from the forest. Just wonderful for walking. The center of Koserow can also be reached quickly. Important, especially for the children, also Karl's strawberry farm was within walking distance. The apartment was well equipped. The only drawback: the mattress in the lower bedroom was much too soft.

The space is a quiet, soothing oasis. It has everything you need to relax. The sauna, as well as the hot tub are of course the highlights of the accommodation. Just nice to watch the snow drift from the warm at -3 degrees. Particularly noteworthy is the communication with the landlord - shortly before arrival, we were offered a "larger" accommodation, as we arrived with the dog and had a larger garden to romp around. In addition, a little attention to the dog on site awaited us. Everything was taken care of. The beds are comfortable, the premises clean & everything essential in furniture is available. The location is very quiet & secluded - except for the neighboring dog, which probably would just have to be hugged. We had a very nice, relaxing time & will be happy to come back!

Great location right in nature and individual swimming spot 5 minutes away. Many opportunities for nature lovers and self-catering (well-equipped kitchen). A lot of fruit collected on walks and baked delicious cakes.

We had a wonderful time in the captain's decks and were delighted with the premises, the location and the uncomplicated check-in/check-out! The communication with Conny went smoothly and we always received detailed and quick answers to all the questions that came up. Thank you for the great time!

There was a small problem at check-in, unfortunately we were not announced, which was very quickly resolved by the friendly reception. The accommodation was clean and of the size completely sufficient for 2 persons with dog. I would not recommend it to more people. It was very clean and lacked nothing! The location was great, a few minutes to the promenade and plenty of shopping to take care of yourself! The spa in the house is definitely recommended, for 25zl ( incl. Towels) the hour you can relax there well.

We spent a fantastic 2 days with you. The entire short trip was simply beautiful, from the booking, through intermediate communication with dearest Johannes, arrival and departure with a super nice colleague☺️😍. We ran our half marathon route, drank enough iodine and return home full of new energy. Thanks to the entire team for super service-oriented performance✋ great location, good price, great service.

The old rectory is totally idyllic, wonderfully quiet and great for relaxing. To welcome us, eggs from the chickens in the garden were waiting for us. And Johanna does great woodwork, which you can buy in the shop next door. We enjoyed our long weekend here to the fullest!

We were 3 couples with a dog and were looking for a quiet cottage over New Year's Eve to escape the hustle and bustle of Berlin. That worked out perfectly. My dog didn't even flinch. With its numerous rooms, the house also offers enough retreats, as we spent most of our time indoors in winter. We also all slept great in the beds and loved the fireplace in the living room. The kitchen was also quite well equipped compared to other apartments, so you didn't need to buy everything new. A little more waste separation would be great and a later checkout would have been great because it's a bit hectic for 6 people in the morning.

We had nice relaxing days in the accommodation and felt very comfortable. The hosts were very nice and the communication in advance and on site was great. The place is super nice and is in a quiet location close to nature. The property is not fenced to the street, which is important to know if you arrive with a dog. However, the road is not very busy and the apartment is not delimited directly on the street but by a elevation. It was a great stay at the place and surroundings and we definitely recommend it:)

A very nicely furnished, private apartment very close to Greifswald with a blooming garden (in May). Generously sized, very bright and cozy. I would particularly like to highlight the friendly and uncomplicated communication with Sarah, for example, a check-in in the morning was possible after consultation. We had wonderful days at Anita's house. The house is cozily furnished and it has everything you need. The small sauna is great and we used it every night. The fenced garden is also great. So our dog also got her money's worth. The surroundings are beautiful and you can walk directly and are on the Achterwasser. Communication with Anita was super straightforward and fast. We will be happy to come back!

Very nice accommodation and the host was very friendly and proactive. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, far from stress or any loud activity. We can definitely recommend!

We were on vacation for the first time on Airbnb. The accommodation at Carsten's in Heringsdorf already interested us in the holiday search and we were not disappointed. Just as described, you feel at home and don't want to leave. Absolutely quiet and yet so close to the sea and its beautiful beaches and also in the middle of the hustle and bustle, if you want that. I felt very comfortable from the beginning. An initial small problem was immediately resolved by Tom and accompanied by travel tips for the stay. Very likeable. The place is very cozy, located in a nice little village in the hinterland of the Usedom Baltic Sea coast. I particularly liked the proximity to the mill (about 300 m), an absolute feel-good place for me, which I visited daily. It is recommended to be motorized as a guest. I'm sure to come back again :)

The place is ideal for a family with children, where children can enjoy fun in the garden with a playground and undisturbed sleep in a separate room. Tim and Pauline are very friendly, helpful and always immediately resolved all our requests. great 2 week stay.

We could have easily spent several days here. Apartment and especially garden invite you to relax, socialize and get into gear - at the same time there is the opportunity to experience the area (by car). A beautiful house in the green where you can dive all the way. Great house, great garden, barbecue, table tennis, fantastic sunsets and sit by the fireplace on both floors. Wonderfully lots of light, we immediately felt comfortable there and would have loved to stay.

It was a mega nice stay, especially with infants. The property directly on the water, the indoor pool, the terrace on the first floor. We will certainly come back! Thank you for a great stay.
