Beachfront holiday rentals in Nettles Island

The Mint Manatee was the perfect spot for a visit to Jensen Beach. The home itself is beautiful and it was fun to watch the goings on in the canal from the massive windows or back deck. The ocean side pool surrounded by palm trees was an oasis. The dog area is just a quick walk away. Pam was a friendly and always quickly responsive host.

As advertised! Veronica communicated in a timely and thorough manner. The place is clean and very well organized. Short walk to the pool and small gym/right next to pier/water. We also walked a mile to downtown Jensen Beach restaurants. It’s about a mile. Quiet this time of year.

We had a great time, even though it rained a lot. There is a lot to do in the area. A kids museum, a mall with a game room and lots of restaurants nearby. Of course, on nice days the ocean is very close and there is a pool and club house at the resort. The home is fairly new and very modern! Kids had a great time!

The property was well-equipped, and just a short walk from the ocean—a true paradise for beach lovers! The check-in process was seamless, and we appreciated the clear instructions provided. Carri was the best to interact with!! We felt like welcomed guests! The condo, location and all of the extra touches (coffee/tea bar, snacks, beach supplies - including sand brushes - never knew they were a thing! I need some now! lol) were fantastic!! Morning sunrises are worth setting the alarm clock for! The bed/pillows were super comfy!! Definitely looking forward to going back!

This was honestly one of the best vacation homes we have booked! Simon was so quick to respond and made the entire week super easy for us. We had the most relaxing time doing all the water sports we love all within a mile from the house. The home is spotless and has brand new interior, crisp, white and clean. We were not able to pull our boat up to the dock due to the low tide/muck but that was not a problem at all since there are super nice boat ramps less than a mile away with tons of parking for your trailer and easy in/out. With fresh fish markets nearby we ate a different fish every night using the charcoal grill and the well equipped kitchen. The beds are wonderful and comfy. We slept great the entire week. The neighborhood is nice and quiet as well. Thank you so much Simon for a great vacation! We will be back!!

Best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed at! The house is equipped with everything you need—clean, cozy, and incredibly comfortable. The mattresses are amazing! Having heated water in the swimming pool made a huge difference. Thank you! We will definitely be coming back!

If you are looking for a place to stay, THIS IS IT!! The location and views are absolutely stunning. The condo is immaculate, easily the nicest place we’ve ever stayed. Michael is an incredible host. He was quick to respond and has thought of and provided everything you might possibly need during your stay. Really truly worth every penny!

Gina is a great host. The unit was scheduled for an external maintenance by HOA without exact schedule dates. When the work was begun Gina voluntarily arranged a new unit nearby to move in fear of noise and obstruction of the view for us. The remainder of the stay at the new unit was equally fantastic. She even refunded a portion of money for the inconvenience!!! Amazing and very responsible host! Highly recommend!

We loved the comfort & cleanliness of the property as well as the beautiful surroundings. It was also nicely decorated & contained all the equipment needed to make & eat meals. We also enjoyed its proximity to the beach and the pool/snack bar. The host was readily available to answer questions or provide assistance.

Beautiful condo, plenty of amenities as listed. Pools were spotless, She checked in on us shortly after arriving. Left a manual with answers to every question possible. 1 would definitely stay here again.

This was truly a home away from home. The condo is so well-stocked that you could literally just arrive. Not only this, but when I say well-stocked, that extends to beach chairs, towels, wagons, umbrellas, etc. To top it off, Lilliam was so well communicative and ensured we had all our needs to make it a wonderful stay. This was meant to be a couple of days of total relaxation and a getaway from busy city life, and it could not have been more perfect. The community is lovely and you don't even need to leave the grounds if you don't want to. We will definitely come back the next time we need to recharge our batteries in a very quiet and comfortable place.

We were so pleased with our condo, all of the amenities, cleanliness, comfort and pure beauty. The bed and linens were very comfortable. We had everything that we needed and more. We had several people that came and stayed in different condos and none of them were offered the amount of things such as toilet paper, paper towels, kitchen utensils, pots and pans, beach items and towels like what was supplied in our condo. Angela had it all!! It is one of the closest units to the beach, hole 1 on the par 3 golf course, tiki bar and restaurant. It is in a great location for everything. We had such an amazing time, felt right at home and we cannot wait to book again. There are many nearby restaurants that had amazing food that we were able to get to easily. The beach is private and hardly ever crowded. We rented a pontoon and also visited some of the public beaches that were close by. I would 10/10 recommended this place over all! Thank you Angie and Bobby for an amazing place to stay.

Jameli's place provided an exceptional getaway from home. The pool and beach, situated within walking distance, were visually stunning. External restaurants and activities were easily accessible by car. Although the air conditioning functioned well, its extreme loudness required elevated volumes for music and television. The instructions for the beach chairs were somewhat vague, indicating they were in the closet, whereas they were actually stored in an outside storage. Furthermore, one of the extra blankets appeared unclean, leading us to utilize the spare comforter. In spite of these minor issues, the property's overall excellence made it a superb choice for our stay. The pool and tiki bar were particular favorites, while the beach offered a secluded atmosphere. This property is highly recommended for those seeking an outstanding retreat.

Gregory is a great host. He communicated with us in a timely manner and was clear and concise with all of his messages. His unit is beautifully furnished and fully stocked. He made our stay completely comfortable and worry free.

Bob was great with communication before we arrived. The golf cart rental and use of bikes was really nice! We had a minor glitch with getting in the gated community and user error with a new door lock but Bob handled it well and was very quick to respond to calls/texts. The House is very nicely equipped and we felt at home. You won't regret staying here!

The view from the balcony is hard to beat. The ocean through the palm trees made for a very relaxing view and enjoyable balcony experience. Condo had everything needed for the week, including chairs and an umbrella. Very easy and private (just for building residents) beach access. Pool was clean and very warm

Our stay at Frans exceeded our expectations. The home was cozy for our family of five and had an awesome beach theme (the pullout couch wasn't super comfortable it worked). The community was full of fun activities that could keep your family busy for weeks. The kitchen was fully stocked and had everything you might need. Also Fran had all the beach gear including a umbrella and beach chairs and toys as well. Fran was super friendly and accommodating. She was able to suggest a neighbor who rented a personal golf cart which was brand new and litterally saved us hundreds of dollars. The neighborhood is quite large and the ocean is across the road (not a long walk) and I would suggest a golf cart to get the best out of the experience. Unfortunately our kids came down with a nasty cold at the beginning of the trip but Fran allowed us to extend our stay another night to allow us to recover a bit for the long trip home. 10/10 we would absolutely stay here again when we return. Danny's cottage was very clean and comfortable-got lost a little at first (the number system is very strange) but got acclimated quickly. Nettles Island is quite close in a crowded sense. Quiet relaxing nights with everything I needed, and there is a fantastic restaurant (Saunders) right down the street at the marina. Very airy and light during the day and a little deck outside to sit on in the morning sun with a coffee and the paper. A lovely little place.

This was me and my husband's 2nd year in a row staying at this cottage! We have loved our stay both times! The property is exactly as described, easy to find, clean and close to everything you could need! It was definitely the perfect getaway for us and we thoroughly enjoyed our week together! The host was excellent, friendly, and fast responsive. We highly recommend this cottage!
