We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It surpassed expectations with its location on the Una River. Three swimming pool was perfect and the apple trees full of fruit. There are a number of good restaurants nearby and the service in them is quite good. We could not have asked for more. Please consider this location if you are going to Bihać. It is quite close to the town but sylvan, quiet and private. Perfect. Think also about driving to the Una National Park which follows the river and has the most beautiful of waterfalls. What a place to walk.

We had a wonderful stay. But you definitely need a car. The place was spotlessly clean. The kitchen was also super equipped. The bed is super comfortable and smelled great. The pool has a relaxed size and was also super clean. All in all, it was a wonderful stay and we would love to come back 🥰

We were warmly greeted on arrival with a lovingly arranged ham and cheese platter, snacks, beer and wine - a great start to the holiday! The accommodation itself was beautiful, modern, very clean and in a fantastic location. The pool was rather knee-deep and more reminiscent of a large whirlpool, but still pleasant for cooling off. The hosts were extremely friendly, helpful and always available. We felt completely comfortable – absolutely recommended!

This place was THE MOST BEAUTIFUL house I have ever been to. There is a private beach/river boat and backyard that has full kitchen and barbecue capacity, and it just feels so surreal to be there right on the riverside. Jasmin was so kind, responsive and accommodating. The house was so clean and spacious. It was perfect for us to have a basecamp to travel to Plitvice. I highly recommend this house to anyone who will be visiting the area. The neighborhood itself is so peaceful and beautiful as well. Please don’t hesitate to book this place!!!!! Absolutely amazing.

Great experience, Vladimir is a great landlord, always present, responsive and proactive in recommending places of interest and alerting in case of parties or closures in the area The area is far from many things, let's say it's ideal if you plan to visit several places in Croatia, not just one area. We had a wonderful week in the beautiful villa of Smilja. Everything was super clean and although we were only able to arrive late at night, check-in was no problem. We even received a welcome greeting, thank you very much. The contact with Smilja was great - as well as in advance, very fast and very friendly. We liked it all around. The children especially liked the great heated pool and the playroom. And that there was a smart TV in every room ;-). We will definitely come back, we still have some excursion destinations on the list. A rental car/car is definitely recommended, although Privlaka can also be reached on foot. Thank you for the wonderful stay!
