It was a great stay

We stayed at this lovely 2 BHK apartment in Candolim, Goa for 3 nights. The property is clean, well maintained and located in a peaceful residential complex with swimming pool, security and stilt parking. It felt very safe and comfortable for our family. The apartment has all the required home appliances and utensils, which made our stay easy. There are also two balconies where you can relax and enjoy the greenery around. The beach and good restaurants are just 8–10 minute walk away and food delivery apps work well in this area. A general store is right next to the complex gate, which was very helpful for daily needs. The host, Mr. Gurpreet and the manager, Mr. JP, were very supportive and helpful during our stay. Daily cleaning was also provided, which kept the place neat and tidy. We had a great time here and would happily recommend this place to anyone visiting North Goa.

We stayed in A1. The place was clean and matched with the images provided. Raja ( Care taker ) was super cooperative and really helpful. Totally recommend this stay.

From the second we booked the place all the way up until checkout, Rupesh was always responsive and he also gave us a great welcome gift! 100/10 place, location is too good if you like the chapora lane vibe. Everything worthwhile in north goa feels like a stone throw away. Blinkit has a dark store right there and it makes living there super convenient. We would definitely visit again!

Everything was as described infact something’s were even better. Raju was super helpful. Due to being off season jacuzzi and sauna were not operational but just because we wanted to experience these things he started sauna and jacuzzi just for us. The local recommendation were top notch. Zomato Swiggy was available in the location 24x7 but would’ve still preferred a microwave to reheat the food as there was no dedicated kitchen. Overall loved the stay, will definitely book again.

My experience at Coral Stays was absolutely outstanding. From the moment I booked, their commitment to service shone through, The check-in and check-out process was seamless, and the gated society provided a reassuring sense of security with round-the-clock surveillance. The rooms were not only impeccably clean but also thoughtfully designed. Every appliance worked smoothly, enhancing our comfort. The host, stood out for his humility and politeness, ensuring we felt truly welcome. Ordering food online was a breeze, and the well-equipped kitchen made dining in equally convenient. The highlight, though, was lush green surroundings, the expansive swimming pool and approximately 1 km walk to Calangute Beach - a captivating spot for families.

Had a wonderful stay at Sunaina’s place. We love the location because it’s in a quieter area but very close to everything in Calangute, making it accessible to the beach, bars, and restaurants. We have stayed in this building before at another unit and loved it so much that we were excited to come back. The staff is also extremely friendly. There’s 24 hour security and the cleaning staff comes daily. The apartment is very comfortable, clean, and has all the amenities you will need during your stay. We cooked a lot and we had all the tools we needed. The bed is also a king size and extremely comfortable. Sunaina was very responsive whenever we reached out to her. The gas tank in the kitchen ran out halfway through our stay, and she had the replacement delivered first thing the next morning. She was quick to respond and kept open communication throughout our stay. Overall, I would definitely recommend Sunaina’s place to anyone looking for a central location in Goa in a superb apartment!

We had an amazing stay at Mirashya Homes! The property is located in a very convenient part of North Goa — clean, peaceful, and close to the famous beaches and local markets, which made exploring the area super easy. The rooms were neat, well-maintained, and cleaned daily — huge shoutout to Prasonjeet, the housekeeping guy, who did a fantastic job keeping our space fresh and spotless every day. What truly made our stay special was Arun Naik. He was incredibly warm and thoughtful — he called us personally to congratulate us on our recent wedding and even decorated our bed beautifully as a surprise. He kept checking in to ensure everything was perfect and made us feel genuinely welcomed. We loved the place so much that we decided to extend our stay, and Arun was kind enough to offer us a great discount. Honestly, he was the highlight of our experience — such a wonderful and caring person. Also, Pappu, the caretaker, was always around to help with anything we needed.

The place exceeded expectations. Elvina was super responsive. The entire stay was hassle free. The flat was in top notch condition and well maintained. Cleaning was taken care of on a daily basis and utilities were accessible easily. Would definitely recommend this place.

Lembranca Studios struck the perfect balance between comfort and class. The room was exactly as advertised - tastefully done and clean. Most importantly, it gave us that holiday feeling of being well taken care of, especially with their lovely breakfast every morning. It’s not a splurge like a 30k-a-night luxury hotel, but it also doesn’t cut corners like those disappointing budget stays with plastic chairs and flimsy furniture. You'll walk back neither with the regret of over-spending, nor with the guilt of under-spending, and so this is surely a place we'd highly recommend!

The rooms are incredibly spacious, air-conditioned, and spotless, which made our stay super comfortable. The entire place is well-maintained and exudes a relaxed, beachy vibe that’s perfect for Goa. The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of all the action and just minutes away from some of the most happening beaches in Goa. Whether you're looking to explore, relax, or party, everything is easily accessible. A special shoutout to Zubin’s breakfast—it was fresh, delicious, and the perfect start to our mornings. Plus, the high-speed Wi-Fi made it easy for us to get work done during our workation without any hiccups. Mani and Zubin are truly wonderful hosts, thoughtful, warm, and always available if you need anything. Highly recommended.

Stayed with spouse and my 10months old baby. Tried Airbnb in Goa first time. Must say that it was worth trying. Found it very helpful and playful for my baby. He just crawled and explored the whole place. He just enjoyed his space to crawl. Making his baby food got easier due to availability of Gas Stove. Falon as host is very helpful and informative. Looking forward for my next visit to Goa and at Falon’s place.
