Thank you very much! We felt very comfortable in the villa and nothing was missing! To get to the beach, however, you need a bike or car. You should also try out different beaches in the area to find the "right" one for you (e.g. sand, stone, café, sports facilities...).

If you don’t like overcrowded hotels and locations, this I a place to stay. Private, quiet yet in a walking distance of the beach and restaurants in close by villages. Our host helped us with everything we needed. Definitely recommended!

Villa Ursa is located right in the heart of a small village. However a tall fence provides a sense of privacy. We visited at the beginning of June and there was almost no people in the village which for us was ideal as we enjoy peace and quiet above else (Lana informed us that during summer season it is a completely different story so have that in mind if you are visiting during July or August). You have a heated indoor pool and as the posting mentions a beach bar with a nice coastline just 10 min walk from the Villa (for us the sea was warm enough to swim in but a lot of people did not go into the water). Inside of the Villa looks modern and traditional at the same time which gives it a nice aesthetic. Lana was a kind host who welcomed us with a local wine bottle, freshly baked bread and a meat platter. We really enjoyed our stay and it is highly likely that we will visit again.

We had a wonderful 2 weeks with our family in this house. Had super nice weather and everything you can think of was present in the house of Natalija and her family. Close to Labin, I think one of the best located places in Istria! We enjoyed the beach in Rabac, good restaurants nearby and from here very exploring Istria, Rovinj, Pula etc. Also seen the plitvice lakes and that is 5 hours up and down but worth it. Had a very nice time! Thank you!

Wonderful visit! Very comfortable place to relax and unwind. Restaurant options are close (driving) with a couple within a walk (but along a road and not much of a sidewalk). We enjoyed the beautiful scenery, the layout or the home, and just simply everything about our trip. Fred’s assistant who met us at the home was a very lovely introduction to the Croatian scene. He was friendly, laid-back, and a great first encounter for our stay. Absolutely recommend.

We were on site with a group of 10 people. Everything worked out great and the owners are very nice.

As a family of five, we spent 14 days in the beautiful Villa Sentona. The house is beautifully furnished, with great taste and many useful details. It is bigger than it looks in the photos. The beds were very comfortable and everything was exceptionally clean. The garden has grown in the meantime and offers not only privacy but also a relaxing ambience. The pool was amazing and was cleaned several times a week. Everything was perfect, we absolute reccomend Villa Sentona and Boris, he is a very nice host.

We had a wonderful time at Villa Botanica. The house and the surrounding garden is very beautiful. You can definitly see and feel the love Piero and his family have for this place. It is indeed a little paradise.

This place has best terrace and the calm marina where you can refresh yourself anytime. Lovely small beach is just 3 mins walk and is not crowded at all. We loved this place!

Our second stay here and once again we loved it! Well equipped and everything you need. Great friendly hosts. Beautiful location with plenty within a short drive. Would happily return again.

The location of the place is perfect - a private beach is right next to it, you can walk to the place in 5 minutes and wonderful walks are very close. The hosts were easily accessible and when something didn't work in the apartment, the problem was promptly resolved. The kitchen is very, very well equipped - everything you need for cooking is there. Sveta Marina is a very quiet place and you can relax here well. We would happily come back.

Had a lovely holiday in the beautiful house in the fantastic surroundings. The house is located with indescribably beautiful views. Idyllic with birds chirping. The associated pool is large, beautiful and clean. This is the most beautiful place we have stayed in Labin/Rabac. 😍 Hope to return to Romana's lovely place.

Petra and Peter are experienced and very nice hosts. The place was as pictured, super clean and in a great location. Day check-in via key box was super easy. On the second day, we met briefly and got some local tips. We will be happy to come back!

As others have already written, the path from the parking lot to the accommodation is long and connected by stairs. You will be rewarded with a wonderful view and absolute privacy. The house is very well equipped, we didn't miss anything. You don't need a minute and you can go swimming at one of the many places in the sea. Below the house, a path runs directly along the sea. If you go to the right, you will reach Gonar, where there are restaurants. If you walk to the left and at the end over the mountain, you will reach a place with a marina after about 1 km. There is a supermarket and also restaurants and bars. A small tip, place the WLAN box, which is equipped with a SIM card, outside in front of the window, as the reception is poor in the room.

A great destination for those who long for absolute peace. Arrival: From the supervised parking lot at the port of Mali Lošinj (12 euros/day) a ferry runs 1-2x daily. Since you can't shop on the island, we had a lot of luggage and were glad to have a cart for water bottles. The ferry takes three hours. Book jadrolinija in advance. Communication: Outstanding! If we needed anything, Antonija immediately organized support! Thank you! <3 Location: Beautiful, shady garden, 2 minutes to the rocky coast. With a little sure-footedness, you can get into the sea easily and flat - you have that almost to yourself. Amenities: Cozy, good WiFi, air conditioning, mattresses rather hard; water pressure of the shower is great! To take with you: We needed 2 liters of water per day per person (tap water is suitable for cooking), mosquito spray (number of mosquitoes but absolutely okay), (washing) sheets for washing machine, coffee maker :-) We are glad to have spent our honeymoon here.

Our stay in the villa was completely successful. The accommodation is excellently equipped and left nothing to be desired – especially the large, beautiful pool was a real highlight for us. The villa is tastefully decorated and very well maintained, so we felt comfortable from the first moment. A big praise also goes to the hosts: They were extremely friendly, always available. The location of the accommodation is ideal - a fantastic beach is just a few minutes' walk away. We would come back anytime and can absolutely recommend the place!

We really enjoyed our stay. Just a little warning about the scorpions (who are not really dangerous) would have been great haha.

Amazing apartment right next to beautiful sea access. Very comfortable and private house and grounds. Robert is super friendly, proactive, helpful and makes you immediately feel at home. The beach nearby is perfect for families of all ages. This is my favorite apartment and location I’ve been to in Croatia by far. Absolutely perfect all around.

The accommodation is located in a tiny, very beautifully situated mountain village above Martinšćica, surrounded by oleander, figs and cacti. Although some construction sites are still active nearby, they hardly affect the overall harmonious impression. The landlords are very nice! The water comes from a cistern and is not drinkable, which is why drinking water must be purchased separately. The furniture is simple, but new, functional and tasteful. The bathrooms are very well maintained, the kitchen is solidly equipped, the air conditioning works reliably and effectively. However, the house is quite noisy. Both inside and outside, the house is very clean, well maintained and almost as if freshly renovated. The seat in front of the house is idyllic, but visible from all sides and is illuminated by a very bright LED street lamp. In addition, the outdoor unit of the air conditioning is located directly above, which slightly affects the comfort.

This place is realy nice if you want do disconnect from the noise: calm, silent, and private and beatiful surroundings complementing stylish furnising of the apartment. Here, you'll find everyhing you need for a comfortable stay (but do bear in mind, that you are staying in a remote bay and that the closest groceries shop is 20 minutes ride away). The hosts are really something special, too: if the lady of the house asks you, whether you drink "gemišt", do not say no! :-). Wonderful experience, will try to come back again, the sooner the better!

We spent with our 3 children an absolutely fantastic week in Nicolas and Lydia's beautiful house in the middle of nature. We loved the secluded location, the closeness to nature, the visit of the wildlife and the comforts of this perfectly and modern equipped house with all amenities. The location overlooking the sea, islands and Velebit mountains has delighted us every day. Lydia and Nikola are two remarkably nice and accommodating hosts who were always there to help with advice and practical tips (e.g. where to find shopping on the island in the fall, etc.) and can be reached at any time. We were very happy to meet you and will be back for sure!
