Holiday rentals with a pool in Neos Kosmos, Athens

Beautiful apartment that had everything you needed, very comfortable, great indoor heated pool, squeeky clean with great modern styling, and right near the center of the city. Will definitely keep this place in mind for next year, thanks again Petros!

We had a great time at the accommodation! We stayed for two nights and it was all we needed for a little getaway. The house was clean, comfortable and very welcoming, with all the amenities we needed. The location was excellent – quiet, but close to everything you need. Niko was very helpful and kind, always willing to help. We highly recommend it and we would definitely come back!

Stayed in Nasos’s lovely apartment for a month Was a great location, close to the metro so could easily travel around Athens The apartment was very clean and comfortable with a pretty little garden which was beautifully lit when the sun went down I would highly recommend it Nasos is a thoughtful and efficient host Thank you!

Angie & Stavro's place is fantastic. We stayed for a month in total, and this is such a great place for when. you want to feel close to the center, but not have all the nosie etc. The pool is such a good touch, the fact that it is heated, means you can use it no matter the weather. Everything was as expected, the amenities were perfect, and would 100% stay again. They are both really nice people, and helped us a lot with recomendations and what to do during our stay.

Naso and Luisa were easy to talk and very proactive with the last minute information. They helped us each step of the way and they careda lot to feel welcomed and to completely embracing the serene location, the view that is indescribable because one has to experience it. Be mindful of the car you rent because it has some peddles till you get there. Its close to big central points suchbus Varkiza, Vouliagmeni and Ag. Paraskevi. Work experiencing the Vouliagmeni four seasons Astir for a dinner night. We only went to a restaurant once because my husband and mybfathwe in law took advantage of the he barbeque and we found the pool and garden areas great for shadow and sun. Perfect for yoga in the morning or just a gentle waking with a nice cup of coffee. Updating some amenities like the coffee machine would be a plus but we found our ways. The place offers a lot of towels and sheets so you'll never feel like you run out if you have multiple guests. Its a little oasis of peace.

Very cool and very nice place

Rhodric’s apartment is a superb place for as longer stay in the Athens region. Lovely and quiet neighbourhood, many restaurants and beaches less than 10 minutes drive away, easy access to downtown Athens and to the south of the Attic Peninsula. The apartment is spacious, the garden- like backyard and the pool are nicely shielded from local winds - you feel like in a villa in the countryside even though you’re right in the middle of Athen’s Glyfada suburb with even a direct view onto the sea. A rental car is highly recommended; you can park it in a private and covered parking lot. The place easily accommodates four guests. Excellent communication and every wish fulfilled within minutes. Couldn’t have been any better!

the apartment is very nice ,quiet and well-equipped. The rooftop pool is a real asset , we enjoyed it. When we arrived, we had coffee capsules, savory and sweet cakes, orange juice from mineral water, tea, in short it was really very pleasant and very attentive. Georgia was very flexible for schedules especially for checkout and it was very appreciated. finally we tested 2 restaurants indicated by Georgia in a small booklet and they were perfect i recommend this place with confidence

Great apartment, very clean. Swimming pool and terrace were a nice touch. Some slight confusion with check in and scheduled maintenance however the situation was resolved quickly with efficient communication. Would choose to stay again if I'm back in Athens.

The villa is amazing and the host Marika is more than welcoming! We arrived late at night and she waited for us with snacks in case we were hungry. She gave us great directions for beach and restaurants. The house is driving distance to beach, not walking. But the beach is one of the best I have tried. Beach clubs and beautiful sand beach. I’m coming back!

Our 11-person group had a fantastic stay! A short drive from the airport revealed a breathtaking view that set the tone for our trip. Our host was incredibly helpful and responsive, making our stay smooth and enjoyable. I highly recommend this place! With good weather, it's paradise, but even on cloudy days, its charm shines through.

We had a two-week vacation in the apartments provided by Alina and felt like home. The house is not far from the sea, evening walks to the sea were a special pleasure. Shops, taverns in walking distance, parking, chic pool, brand new house, furniture, all necessary appliances, internet ... what else do you need for relaxation?!
