Apartment holiday rentals in Neos Kosmos, Athens

Host: Thanasis is one of, if not, the best hosts I’ve ever had the pleasure of staying with. Checked on me regularly to see how I was doing and how was my stay. Offered help where he could. Even offered to pick me up at the airport for my late night flight. I did not take him up on this but in hindsight I believe he’s worth trusting! Location: Neos Kosmos is a peaceful with a lot of character. Affordable compared to city centre and a lot of restaurants/markets/bars. The location is literally 5 minutes away from the metro and 2 minutes away from the tram line. Very close to the Acropolis, Plaka, Pantheon and the city centre itself. Easily accessible. I deducted 1 star from neighbourhood is due to a very VERY loud motorbike outside the flight which seems to work at all hours of the night (so loud it shakes the window) hahaha Only recommendation is to add curtains to the bedroom. There is light on the street 24hrs/day and it was hard to sleep. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THANASIS!!!

Themis was very responsive and communicated well with me for all my inquiries. The bachelor is a lovely spot for one or maximum two people and is within walking distance to some of the nice parts of Athens such as Plaka. The metro is also not far. I appreciated the cleanliness of the place as well. Would definitely recommend it to anyone seeking a cozy spot in Athens!

The place was clean and comfortable. The host and staff, such as cleaning personnel, we met before and after our stay were very nice and professional. I would recomend you stay there. The kitchen is operational so you can shop for materials and cook. If you are looking for a lively area this neighborhood is not. But, the metro is 10 a minute walk and the tram is literally outside the appartment and a taxi to visit somewhere in the city is about 10 euro max. So yes rent it.

This was a stunning apartment in a vibrant neighborhood. The amazing view of the Acropolis was breathtaking and memorable. The bed was extremely comfortable and we felt right at home. We will definitely be booking this place again.

Wish I had more time to stay here! Place was perfect for what I needed. The comfortable bed and the super clean bathroom allowed me to rest and relax. They even had plenty of toiletries in case you forget any. I also REALLY appreciated the host arranging for airport pick-up. As a solo female traveler landing kinda late at night, this helped TREMENDOUSLY! Getting out of the airport and into this home was a breeze. I would definitely stay here again.

Good location, very clean

The stay was amazing we felt right at home, the area is perfect not right in the center so you will feel like a local with an easy walking distance to the touristic places, the apartment was really nice and total banger for the price, Thank you will definitely recommend this place 10/10

Amazing terrace wtih an amazing view. Don't bother eating out, just order in! Had two great evenings there with tasty Greek takeaways, some wine and metaxa and that view. The apartment is very well maintained, modern and comfortable, and the photos don't do it justice. Its 2 mins walk from the metro/tram station, a short walk into town in a peaceful street. Easy to check in, very responsive and helpful hosts, lift to the top floor, great local supermarket. Perfect place to stay if you like outside space with a view, and great place to retreat to after a busy day walking the streets of Athens. Thoroughly recommend!

The apartment is fully equipped and really contains everything we needed. The design of the apartment is stunning.

The place was wonderful and decently close to the Sygrou-Fix train station! Only issue in finding it was that AirBnB’s direct directions are inaccurate — do copy and paste the address into Google Maps instead. It was otherwise lovely :)

The description and previous reviews do not exaggerate! We loved so much about this flat: the view, location, communicative host, the view, the size, wonderful hot water in shower, the view, close to many restaurants, and did we mention the view? Seriously, we highly recommend Peter's flat in Athens. Book it as soon as you read this!

We had a fabulous stay for 10 days at Venice’s wonderful apartment. We loved the location with lovely restaurants, 2 supermarkets and bakery nearby. The apartment is comfortable, spacious and clean and tidy. Venice was lovely, she responded quickly to my inquiries and met us on checkin which was so nice. She left some milk and an array of snacks, drinks, condiments etc for us to use. We felt right at home and were sad to leave. Koukaki a perfect spot, far enough away from the busy areas of the Plaka etc but easy to walk most places. A metro and buses around the corner. Highly recommended.

Very good location, peaceful, but still close to Plaka and downtown. The bus runs from the adjacent street. Metro stop a short walk away. We often walked downtown and back. We enjoyed our stay. I can recommend!

Absolutely loved Zoe’s apartment. She was an excellent host and if we were evet in Athens again we would definitely return. Highly recommend.

Great apartment, great host, great view. Grocery store right downstairs. 5 minute walk to bus stop, 15 minute walk to metro. I highly recommend Djerbi, very friendly and professional.

Incredible place to stay! The home has so much space and is filled with luxury items and accents to utilize and enjoy during your stay. But the real show stopper is the view from the balcony — a clear view of the acropolis! Me and my family stayed here for one night before we flew out early and are sad we didn’t know about it when we stayed for a week last week. It’s so walkable, so spacious, and has all the amenities you could ever want and need. the only two things that kept my review from being all 5s is that the lock boxes to get the keys were challenging to open (minor but still an inconvenience) and the couch had quite a few stains on them so we laid towels down (easy to fix). would highly recommend staying here and next time i’m in athens, ill definitely be here again!

The apartment was beautifully decorated. Alfiario met us at the apartment and explained how everything worked and gave lots of helpful restaurant recommendations . She even arranged the airport transfers which made everything seemless. Thank you soo much!!

we loved our stay here. modern and clean, and plenty of space for 2 people! tons of good restaurants right around the corner. walking distance to metro and so many other things. it is 3 flights of stairs up, but the view of the acropolis is worth it!

My wife and I enjoyed our stay and ending our honeymoon trip in this beautiful suite.

This is great location for exploring all Athens has to offer on foot or using public transport. The accommodation offered everything we needed and despite normal city centre noise levels we had no problem sleeping. We would certainly stay there again.

Romanos 5th floor apartment in Athens worked well for our stay. It is a large studio apartment with beautiful windows on both sides, a large deck and an amazing view of the Acropolis. It is in an excellent area with great restaurants and close to everything. We felt very comfortable there. The bathroom really needs to be redone since the shower is in a jacuzzi tub that doesn’t have a flat bottom. We knew this when we booked because very accurate photos were included. We loved the rest of the apartment and appreciated the cancellation policy so we booked anyway. If the bathroom was redone with a normal shower, this apartment would be ideal for everyone. As it is, I would recommend anyone with mobility issues to choose something different. It worked fine for us. Romano responded quickly to our communications and was very helpful with recommendations. We loved Athens and had a great stay.
