Family-friendly holiday rentals in Neos Kosmos, Athens

We were blown away by both Anna’s beautiful house and superb hospitality. We arrived at the Airbnb at around 2 AM and were greeted by Anna who made sure to give us a tour of the rooms and amenities and welcomed us with a taste of her homemade wine. She stocked the fridge with eggs, fruits, and beverages for us. Throughout our stay she was available to help us with any questions we had and even gifted us her homemade authentic Greek cuisine! Anna’s house itself was very clean, gorgeously decorated with her art, and spacious. From one of the rooms, you can catch a glimpse of the acropolis. We had a fantastic stay here, thank you so much Anna!

great apartment right at the heart of Athens, butefull area of Kolonaki. 5 min walk from Evangelismos metro station. apartment is butefull, hut tub is grate. hosts are available and answer very fast. apartment has 2 balconies and the rooftop. amayzing. the place is amazing, kolonaki is amazing Athens is amazing, greece is amazing. very recommended.

Lovely Airbnb in a great location! Close by to many great restaurants, wine bars, and walkable to the acropolis and sight seeing destinations. The space was extremely clean and comfortable, the perfect amount of space for our group of 5 (and could have fit 1-2 more). Aircon in each room was a huge plus in the Athens heat. If I could give Andreas more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. From the moment we booked, his communication was outstanding. He proactively reached out and helped us navigate a taxi strike on our arrival day, ensuring a smooth start to our trip. He personally welcomed us and shared thoughtful recommendations — every restaurant, whether off the beaten path or near the main sites, was exactly what we were looking for. Andreas went above and beyond by helping us make all our dinner reservations and making sure we felt completely taken care of by periodically checking in throughout our stay His apartment is immaculately clean, with a peaceful outdoor space where we enjoyed morning espresso and birdsongs — the perfect start to our days. The location was ideal: close to everything we wanted to see, but tucked away enough that it felt calm and relaxed. This was one of our best Airbnb stays ever, thanks to Andrea’s hospitality, attention to detail, and warmth. Don’t hesitate — book now.

Absolutely stunning. The view from the apartment is second to none, and looks even better in real life compared to the photos. Within walking distance of many great attractions and restaurants. Quick to reply. All in all superb experience.

We stayed at Maria’s for about a week and enjoyed our stay! It was fairly close (7min) walk to the metro and one or two stops away from all of the attractions. Very peaceful and quiet location, with lots of space and nice balcony to enjoy a different view of Athens.

We are completely satisfied with the accommodation. tidy, clean and well-equipped apartment. Close to a bus stop and a 15-minute walk to the metro. and nearby attractions. The neighborhood is calm, quiet, and hassle-free. Nearby shop, cafe. Kal was very flexible, we could check in at an earlier time.

The arrival in Athens to this area was eye-opening. We were on/near a busy street and there were restaurants down below. What was the surprise? No noise! We felt like we were home but with all the amenities outside we could walk to. Tried several of the nearby restaurants, walked to pharmacy and shopping. This place is so perfect I made a note to stay here again. And I never repeat a place! So excited to go back to be welcomed by Haidi’s perfectly clean, perfectly location apartment!

I had a wonderful stay at this flat after my two-week adventure through Mykonos, Athens, and Santorini. Lida was incredibly pleasant, responsive, and informative, making the whole process smooth and enjoyable. She was thorough, organized, and had a charismatic approach that made me feel welcome. The location, while slightly removed from central Athens, is in a prime spot. It’s very walkable, and I felt safe exploring the area. When I didn’t feel like walking, Ubers were affordable and convenient. But, honestly, I enjoyed walking everywhere and soaking up the local atmosphere. The seventh-floor penthouse was fantastic. The flat is spacious, with a surprisingly roomy bathroom that looks even better in person than in the photos. The foyer has tons of useful information for tourists, which I didn’t end up using, but I can see how helpful it would be for others. Overall, I had an amazing, relaxing time decompressing after a whirlwind trip. Thank you for a lovely stay!💙💙💙

Highly recommend Peter’s spot! Super affordable, central location. It’s a bit busy but nice to be near all of the neighborhoods you might want to hang in. Peter went above and beyond to make our stay easy. He was always responsive and super kind. One bummer was that we woke up to loud construction right above us on our first morning. We talked to Peter about it, though, and it wasn’t a problem after that. Overall, great stay :)

Very nice home. Thelma was always responsive and we had a wonderful time in Athens and her place was convenient for shops and food and we had taxis for our others locations. Close to the markets as well!

A stunning apartment, very large, equipped, with air conditioning in every space, with a terrace like a botanical garden, we just didn't want to leave And her husband Froso are very nice and answered everything

Panos is an excellent host, very kind and generous. He arranged and paid for transport for us and airport pick up for our son on a separate date. He even gave us a lift home from a restaurant one evening and then we had a nice drink together. Panos and his family live on the floors above the Airbnb rental, which is on floors-1 and -2. The pool is excellent, although not large it is deep and has an “endless swim“ function that gives a great workout trying to swim against the current. The view of Athens is also amazing, especially from the -1 floor large picture window. Note that the -1 floor is open plan containing a double bed and the kitchen, but the -2 floor bedroom has a door for privacy. Steep hills nearby give you a serious workout when walking but taxis are reasonable (usually about 8-11 euros from the acropolis)

An incredible oasis in the heart of a hip neighborhood in Athens. Great food, accessible to other parts of the city, very walkable, and the apartment is GORGEOUS. One of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept on, and the pool is *chef's kiss*

We had a lovely stay. The apartment has all the necessities. It is in the immediate vicinity of a small peaceful quiet area where there are many restaurants. The apartment is quiet, the terrace is ideally exposed to the sun all day, the building is very secure. Host is responsive. Recommended.

The purpose of our trip was to attend a concert at the Lycabettus Theatre. We didn’t expect the apartment to be as perfect as it was! The apartment is clean, trendy, cool from the air con and the private pool was just the best!!! We loved the area, with it being slightly out the way from city centre. Kolanaki has so much hidden gems with great food spots! Thank you for having us X

This spot is nothing short of Unique! The host was so kind and very responsive. We loved the accessibility to local restaurants and bars. We were able to get and Uber very quickly if we needed. The rooms were great and spacious. The pool was definitely a unique touch. I’d be mindful of the shower situation though, no shower curtain in the claw foot tub and the shower curtain in the downstairs shower didn’t prevent the water from going in the bathroom. Other than the showers the stay was incredible and so fun with a group of friends. I recommend if you want a unique stay in the arts area of Athens

An absolutely magnificent place! Hard to imagine that you can find a place like this in a large city! It was a short walk from restaurants, supermarket and the metro. Rooftop pool with great privacy was wonderful on hot days and also swimming at night with the city lights in the background. Rooftop terrace was overlooking the city and with views to Lycabettus hill and nature on the other side. On many evenings we ordered food in and ate at the rooftop terrace. We were a group of six and could not have been more pleased with our stay. Dimitris was very helpful and a great host!

Perfect location to experience the local scene, close to markets and local restaurants, all well within short walking distance. Home was really clean, no complaints, beds were comfortable and ample hot water. The area is some what dated since it appears to be 40 years old or so but that adds to the ambience of the area. Great food & drink all around and Uber really makes travel quick within the City.

I highly recommend Kostas's apartment . Kostas was answering quickly, the pool is great, not to far from the city. I will come back for sure.
