Господин Dimitriou очень гостеприимный и отзывчивый хозяин с прекрасным вкусом. Сама квартира удобна, все функционально, с современными технологиями, особо понравился декор квартиры( возможно ручными изделиями), кухня оснащена всей необходимой бытовой техникой. И вообще все продумано до мелочей. Я осталась довольна своим выбором. Хотелось бы особо отметить предупредительность и гостеприимство хозяина. Еще по пути к дому , уже были получены четкие инструкции и весьма полезные советы касательно достопримечательностей и еды. С удовольствием вернулась бы еще раз Спасибо хозяевам - господину Трифоносу

Πεντακάθαρο κατάλυμα και μέσα το διαμέρισμα και έξω ο περιβάλλων χώρος. Πολύ όμορφος κήπος, πολύ περιποιημένος. Φιλικός και άμεσος ο οικοδεσπότης, ήταν εκεί για ό,τι χρειαστήκαμε με καλοπροαίρετη διάθεση. Όλοι όσοι προσφέρουν υπηρεσίες στο κατάλυμα ήταν εξυπηρετικοί. Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία, πολύ βολική για οποιαδήποτε δραστηριότητα, εύκολη πρόσβαση παντού, στο κέντρο της Αθήνας, σε μουσεία, πολιτιστικούς χώρους, χώρους ψυχαγωγίας, εστιατόρια Συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα το κατάλυμα του Μάριου. Θα το προτιμήσω ξανά.

This place truly is a hidden gem of Athens - the view alone is PRICELESS! Konstantinos has put a lot of effort into creating an electric experience at his place. It’s very large, has everything you could think of needing, very comfortable bed and a view that is spectacular, day and night. Don’t skip this spot!

Παρα πολυ καλο δωμάτιο, πολυ καθαρό παντου,κοντά στο νοσοκομείο που χρειαζομουν.Πολυ επικοινωνιακη η οικοδεσποινα και πάντα διαθεσιμη τις φορες που τη θελαμε.Η τιμη του δωματίου πολυ καλη.Σιγουρα αν χρειαστεί να παμε σε αυτην την περιοχή θα παμε ξανά. Ήσυχα γειτονιά με πολλα παιδιά!

Nikos and Georgia were so nice and they stayed up late waiting for us to get in. Which I was most grateful for as the location wasnt as easy to find. I lived that they were proactive and shared that others have had trouble in the past and gave me the step by step instructions on how to locate their beautiful home. Although it felt pretty remote, navigating to the city center was pretty easy. I loved the welcome basket and the complete tour of the home. I truly appreciated how quiet the neighborhood was, especially having been in the city center the whole day. It was literally a breath of fresh air. I would LOVE to stay there again if they would have us.

Όλα ήταν άψογα! Το δωμάτιο ήταν όπως φαίνεται στις φωτογραφίες, καθαρό και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο με ό,τι χρειάζεται κανείς για μια άνετη διαμονή. Θα το προτιμούσαμε ξανά χωρίς δεύτερη σκέψη.

Great place with a fantastic pool in Gazi. The hosts are very quick to respond. We loved our stay.

Great communication with host, very central location, easy to navigate Athens

This spot is nothing short of Unique! The host was so kind and very responsive. We loved the accessibility to local restaurants and bars. We were able to get and Uber very quickly if we needed. The rooms were great and spacious. The pool was definitely a unique touch. I’d be mindful of the shower situation though, no shower curtain in the claw foot tub and the shower curtain in the downstairs shower didn’t prevent the water from going in the bathroom. Other than the showers the stay was incredible and so fun with a group of friends. I recommend if you want a unique stay in the arts area of Athens

Pj was an amusing owner. Place very lovely and romantic. She is very focused on customer and in apartment dont miss nothing. not so far from center of Athene where you can go with car or train too ( station is 10 minutes walk ). center of Kifisia is nice and we suggest an ice cream to Da Vinci shop. Only difficult thing is if you have a baby with stroller is very hard go truth sidewalks. thank you Pj for our stay. Andrea Veronica and Massimo 😀

Me and my partner stayed here for 4 days in the Athens and it was nothing but amazing!! The room is exactly how it’s pictured if not bigger in person, the balcony has a shutter you can put down to completely black out the room which was our favourite feature and helped us sleep amazing😍the outside entrance does look a lil scary at first but as soon as you enter your room it’s a completey different vibe we could not recommend this air b&b enough

Wir hatten sehr schöne Tage in Smaragdas Appartement. Die Dachterrasse ist wunderschön. Die Lage gut für Ausflüge nach Athen und Umgebung. Wir hatten einen Mietwagen. Der Strand mit einer tollen Bar und Club liegt 10 min zu Fuß. Smaragda war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.

My family and I have been lucky enough to stay at Rhodric & Angeliks place a few times while we are in Athens. It has consistently been tidy and clean each time. We are mostly grateful for the hospitality they provide, if anything is needed from us they make sure to meet any needs we have. The safe and quiet neighborhood makes this home the best place for a family getaway. Cannot recommend it enough!

This is a clean, centrally-located apartment. Would definitely recommend it.

Host: Thanasis is one of, if not, the best hosts I’ve ever had the pleasure of staying with. Checked on me regularly to see how I was doing and how was my stay. Offered help where he could. Even offered to pick me up at the airport for my late night flight. I did not take him up on this but in hindsight I believe he’s worth trusting! Location: Neos Kosmos is a peaceful with a lot of character. Affordable compared to city centre and a lot of restaurants/markets/bars. The location is literally 5 minutes away from the metro and 2 minutes away from the tram line. Very close to the Acropolis, Plaka, Pantheon and the city centre itself. Easily accessible. I deducted 1 star from neighbourhood is due to a very VERY loud motorbike outside the flight which seems to work at all hours of the night (so loud it shakes the window) hahaha Only recommendation is to add curtains to the bedroom. There is light on the street 24hrs/day and it was hard to sleep. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THANASIS!!!

I stayed here with a friend and it was just what we needed for a day in Athens. We were able to enter a few minutes early after the cleaning was done which nice as we had just taken a train in from a long flight. AC was off when we go there but worked FAST which was great for the warmer summer days. Kyriaki was friendly and helpful when it came to questions and making sure check in was alright. It seemed clean, we just used it as a home base and for naps and to rinse off. Amazing price and walkable to all major sites within 30 minutes and close to the 2 train which connects to 3 from the airport. Shower head does not have a high clip which may have been inconvenient for a longer stay but was good for us :)

Themis was very responsive and communicated well with me for all my inquiries. The bachelor is a lovely spot for one or maximum two people and is within walking distance to some of the nice parts of Athens such as Plaka. The metro is also not far. I appreciated the cleanliness of the place as well. Would definitely recommend it to anyone seeking a cozy spot in Athens!

We had a fantastic stay at George’s place. It is in great location, 15 minute walk (roughly) to the main attraction in Athens: The Acropolis and only a 1-2 minute walk across the road to the metro so you can easily travel anywhere around Athens. The apartment was very modern, clean and cosy. We felt at home straight away. Shower was awesome! Thanks for a great stay!

We had a wonderful stay! Our host was incredibly kind, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. She surprised us with delicious cakes and a thoughtful gift, which was such a lovely gesture. She also allowed us to leave our luggage after check-out and generously extended our check-out time, it really made our trip so much smoother. The apartment was clean, cozy, and perfectly located. Highly recommended ! we’d definitely come back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Anna's. The apartment looks exactly like the pictures and was perfect for the two of us. The apartment is in a super convenient location and very close to a grocery store, bakery, fruit stand, the Metro, and numerous cafes. As Anna mentions in the description, you do have to go up 3 flights of stairs to reach it. But, that just meant we could enjoy our guilt-free gelato each day! The only small issue is that the address was not set to be released until 26 hrs before check-in which made it difficult to plan/research our transportation needs (not sure why that is as other bookings released it earlier than that). But, I messaged Anna for the address and she immediately responded. We would definitely stay here again!
