New self-contained studio on owners' property. Great size for 1-2 adults. Situated on a main road so unfortunately not suitable for children. Public transport is infrequent, so a car is advisable. Super fast broadband, TV with Netflix etc. Views of Richmond hills. Bed linen and towels provided. No surcharge for cleaning. Well equipped kitchen with Nespresso coffee machine. Small private patio. Great location in Hope, 3 minutes from Richmond by car, 25 minutes to Motueka, 20-25 minutes to Nelson

Space for trailer parking and even your horse by arrangement. Level entry and wheelchair accessible bathroom. Kitchen has hob, combination microwave, airfryer, dishwasher and essential kitchen utensils. Peaceful location. The cottage is separate but close to our property. There is privacy between the cottage and main house. No check in after 9pm

This apartment has received a new paint job, appliances and is sparkling. A comfy Queen Bed, shower with great water pressure, large tv, on-site parking and small kitchen area with hot-plate, air fryer oven, and all the essentials. Your host Inez is well-travelled, friendly and helpful and lives upstairs. If you need anything extra, don’t hesitate to ask!
