Absolutely magic. The location is next-level — peaceful, private… and those views! Aside from the property being spotless, beautifully styled and with every amenity you could possibly want, Andrea made us feel genuinely cared for from the moment we booked. Incredible communication, fresh sourdough from a local bakery on arrival and our groceries picked up and unpacked for us — the greatest luxury! We travelled in late Autumn, but that didn’t stop us swimming in the beautifully heated pool and curling up on the balcony with blankets. The board games were such a fun way to spend our evenings and the dog treats and beds had our pups feeling like royalty. We will absolutely be back. Clare's place is at a prime location, especially if you have dogs, the dog beach is right there. The property = lifestyle + living, great area downstairs for a BBQ and games. Place was neat and tidy. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Our stay at the Redhead Beach House was fantastic. The house itself was well designed, spacious, clean and beautifully decorated. We were welcomed with a platter and wine waiting for us and everything was well stocked and easy to find. Great selection of board games, table tennis and arcade game meant there was plenty to do when we were at the house. The area was beautiful and quiet. A great beach over the road - both our 11 year old daughter and our dog loved it! Overall, I would highly recommend. Thank you Natalie and Collin for your hospitality.

We had a great stay at Arabella. Very well furnished with high quality furniture, appliances and all the kitchenware you could ever need. The property is well located, less than 5 min drive to Nelson Bay and Salamander Bay and beaches at the doorstep. Communication with the host was excellent. My group of 8 with seniors and children enjoyed themselves and look forward to coming back!

caves beach is absolutely beautiful and the Williams house is in a perfect location. Two beaches very close by and walkable and plenty other activities to do in the surrounding. The house is perfectly set up for families with kids and the views are stunning. We actually thought the pictures do not do the views and house justice.

This is the second time we’ve visited Paul’s place and hopefully they’ll be another. It’s a quintessential Australian coast house, full of character and warmth. The beach is across the road and you fall asleep with the sound of the ocean. Heaven! Great back yard, everything you need and Paul is a 10 out of 10 host!

What a beautiful and incredibly well designed house. The style and finishing touches were just perfect. I literally couldn’t fault a thing it was just perfect.

We went with a couple of friends to enjoy a quiet weekend. Naomi’s place was more than perfect, it’s a very cozy and comfortable home. It has plenty of space and games to have a great time. Totally recommended.

We had an amazing stay! Perfect set up for groups of friends or two families like we were. We loved the extra touches like balled ice cubes and lots of extra bath and beach towels! Our kids loved the spa/pool and it was nice and warm which was a perfect activity for them even in the rain! This place is walking distance to the shops, marina and cafes/restaurants! Richard was an amazing host and communicated very fast with any questions we had about the spa! The set up is great and so relaxing! Nice to have three different areas to sit too and chill out with enough space to not be on top of your other guests! We had a great time and will be back!! Thank you!

We absolutely loved staying here! It is a such a beautiful home and in a great location. So close to Avoca town centre as well as great local walks to cafes, shops and the beach. The house was beautifully kept and had everything we needed. Being so close to the lake was such an added bonus! Felicity even provided a fantastic travel cot and highchair for our little ones. It's a great place to stay both with or without kids. As a family of 5 with 3 babies we were very comfortable and really enjoyed our stay. We will certainly be back. Highly highly recommend!

We stayed at Daniel and Sasha’s property in Picketts Valley, what a gorgeous home it is. Everything is just like the photos. We enjoyed every bit of our stay here. With a large family catch up, their place had plenty of space and so much to do for the kids. Apart from the kids swimming in the heated pool and feeding the cutest little ponies every day, the bottom level of the house is a kids playroom. With something to do for all ages. The kids were so entertained. We are a family who love to cook, so the kitchen was fabulous. Lots of boards for a grazing table and a glass of wine in the afternoon watching the sunset with beautiful views. We appreciated the attention to detail and the simple things provided by Daniel and Sasha that made our stay really relaxing. We will be booking with them again. Thanks for making our 4 day break so enjoyable!

beautiful place. my travel group gasped out loud at first peep through the doors. ample space for all of us without getting into each other's way. place is exactly like the photos. hot water and heater worked excellent in the cold weather. really nothing to complain about. would love to stay again. Ziona was a wonderful and friendly host. thanks for having us!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 'The 19th Hole'. Beautifully appointed accommodation backing onto the Nelson Bay Golf Course. Everything you could wish for was supplied; breakfast supplies, plenty of fresh fruits and a pantry full of goods. Comfortable beds and a private setting made for a good night's sleep. Two separate living spaces ensured everyone had their 'own space'. The best appointed laundry facilities we have ever seen. Internal access to the double garage was ideal for storing our golfing gear overnight. An easy 10 minute walk to the centre of Nelson Bay. Thank you for the wonderful stay. We will be sure to book in for our next holiday in Nelson Bay!

Easily one of the best Airbnb I’ve stayed at. You can tell Adrian & Fiona really care about the guest experience, everything was thoughtfully arranged, from the amenities to the cozy touches around the space. Gabrielle was a great host and very responsive to all our emails and messages. The house was great and very close to the location we needed to be. For a group of friends of 7-8, it is well worth the money.

We really enjoyed our stay at Lee’s place. We had 13 adults so we had plenty of room between the 2 houses. Place is walking distance to Wests Nelson Bay, Shoal Bay Beach, Tomaree Head summit walk. The place can accommodate 8 cars max on premise (4 in the garage) and 4 on the carport.

Onda is a beautiful house with everything you need and so much more. Modern and extremely well appointed. Close to the beach and not far from amenities, this is the perfect holiday home for a large group. They even provide beach umbrella, towels and beach bags. Giuseppe and Rosa were also very helpful and responded immediately to questions. We love Onda!

The house was beautifully renovated and felt like home. Everything matched with beautiful decorations that gave off a lovely vibe and made the place feel welcoming. Excellent amenities. Each room was well equipped with needed essentials and I love all the extra additions like laundry detergent and stain remover. The kitchen was fully stocked with an array of equipment so you could easily cook if desired. The shower upstairs was excellent and the bathroom modern but the downstairs bathroom did not match the rest of the house, once this space is renovated the house will be perfect! To those who want to sleep in the larger room, note this is downstairs so if people are walking around upstairs this is quite easily heard. The beds were comfortable, excellent high quality washing machine and dryer (with multiple options), and the outside areas were perfect for groups and picturesque. Great host who left a sweet welcome cheese hamper on arrival and gave a late check-out! Can’t wait to return!
