Studio Lu is a unique and cozy space and is 800m from Nelson Bay cbd, restaurants,the marina,cafes and clubs.Shoal Bay is less than a 10 min drive. You will have private access to your accomodation and 1 undercover parking space. You have a HD TV with Netflix and a Sony blue-tooth speaker for your use. The adjoining room has a comfy 3 seater lounge,table and chairs.Lovely large deck off bedroom. For my guests I offer loose leaf tea,herbal teas and a coffee plunger for some delicious coffee!

Breathtaking views | Private retreat

This apartment is only 600m to Nelson Bay marina, shops, bars, cafes & restaurants. It has magnificent beach views and only a 2 min walk to Fly Point Beach. Living area flows to an undercover tiled terrace, then onto a grassed area. This is a perfect getaway, well equipped and beautifully presented. Linen, bath and beach towels provided and bed made. There is a construction site next door though the noise is minimal or if any. Portable cot available. Pet friendly. Weber Q bbq available.

Beautiful apartment in a stunning location. Gavin is very friendly and provided some great suggesions for areas to explore in the local area. The Instructions for finding the property were very clear. Everything was very clean and functioning. Also really liked the undercover car park. The property is also walking distance to shops and restaurants. The Bouys in Nelson Bay is an amazing restaurant/cafe and very close to the property, absolutely incredible food. Overall, it was a great stay! 😄

I highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay. The apartment was spotlessly clean, beautifully furnished, and incredibly well-equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable visit. The highlight was definitely the stunning view—it truly exceeded our expectations and made every moment spent there even more special. Bec was an absolute pleasure to deal with. From the moment we booked, communication was clear, friendly, and efficient. She made the whole process seamless and stress-free, and went out of her way to ensure we had everything we needed. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. A perfect combination of comfort, location, and outstanding service.

We had a wonderful stay at Josie’s pool house. Everything was excellent. Josie was super friendly and proactive with wonderful recommendations and always available for any requests we had. The pool house is properly relaxing, the pool, hot tub and mini golf were a lot of fun, we enjoyed spending quiet time and star gazing at night while enjoying the hot tub! We enjoyed all the little extras Josie left for us in the pool house too to make our stay extra comfortable. This is an amazing place to stay when visiting Port Stephen’s, fabulously located close to everything but still very private - the view was stunning. We loved Josie’s café where we enjoyed some yummy brunch - thank you for the extra coffee coins! We will definitely recommend!

Chanell is a very friendly host, thanks for the baby cot provided, which makes life easier and we all had a good night. The place is clean and tidy, easy to find and self check in. Thanks for the little treatment too, recommend it for an overnight stay.
