Holiday rentals with a pool in Negombo

This stay was extremely comfortable. The apartment was spotless clean with beautifully decorated interior. 24hr security is given to the complex and the layout of the apartment was perfect. Hirushke and his family were very helpful and responsive. Communication was great. Also the apartment was well equipped. It had a microwave, electric kettle, clothing iron and the whole apartment was air conditioned. Overall our experience with them was 10/10. I would recommend this property to anyone and everyone. We’re looking forward to our next stay already.

The villa is very nice and even though the owner was out of town they arranged their family to give and take the keys. The terrace is huge and the villa is spacious.

I rented the accommodation to celebrated a get-together with a local Family which basically saved my Life another night. I am so Happy this Host supported the stay. Miss Suwandi was acting as intermediate and just so sweet and understanding. The House was perfect. The kitchen had all necessary. Beds have been cozy. All was in good condition. Having a Pool was fantastic. The neighbours have been nice. We invited them to have Pizza. I Just can highly recommend renting this House for your stay at Negombo with your Friends or Family. All "child Security" recommendations have been directly accepted by the owner as well. so weather Friends or/ and Family - that's the place to Rent.

This was our first stay out of a few others in Sri Lanka. We had an amazing time. We, as a family of 5 stayed 2 nights at Lalin's place and it was a great start to our trip. Luxurio villa with greenery all around, not too far from city centre. Well spacious rooms and all available amenities at the kitchen made it a perfect stay. Cherry on the cake was the swimming pool which calls you to take a dip after a busy touristy dayout :-) Lalin and the caretaker was proactive, helped us with a flexible early check-in and also took care of our queries in advance. I stayed at Sumudu's place with my mother for nearly 4 weeks. we felt right at home. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. The complex was secure and had gym and a pool. Sumudu is such a responsive and helpful host. Event hough the apartment complex was right next to a busy street, the apartment was very quiet. There are lot of supermartkets and restaurants nearby. I would highly recommend Sumudu's place to anyone who is looking for a place near Colombo.

Heshan is a nice person and a great host,he is very much co operative and reaponsibe host . First I stayed with my friends and then with my wife and daughter, in between two booking there was a gap of one night which I wanted to stay in a different place but This gentleman allowed me to stay one night free of charge . I have been staying through Airbnb since long time and I never met such a nice person . The. Location he explained is exactly the same as description, the location is very much amazing! In my next visit to colombo I must knock him to allow me again .

As per the pics and Ramesha was a great host. Late check out was available which was really good. AC worked well and washing machine was fab. WiFi also fast and easy to connect to. Rooftop gym and pool also good.

Was very pleased with finding this apartment as it was in a very convenient location making it easy to go to all the places we needed. The apartment is exactly like the pictures- the ideal size for a small family. Loved how elegantly it was furnished as well, and included all the amenities we required. It’s also fairly spacious for a one bedroom apartment which made it easy to keep our toddler. Eresha is a lovely host, very responsive to all my inquiries and very understanding to our needs. The security is also also very helpful and friendly, which made checking in a smooth process. Highly recommend this place and will definitely book again!

Wonderful Stay – Clean, Spacious, and Full of Amenities! We had an amazing stay on this beautiful property located in centre of colmbo . The space was immaculately clean and very spacious, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The complex offers great amenities – we especially enjoyed the pool, gym, badminton, and table tennis facilities. There’s also ample car parking, which made things so convenient. There are several nice restaurants nearby, offering a variety of cuisines within walking or short driving distance. Our host was extremely responsive and helpful, making check-in smooth and answering all our questions quickly. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Beautiful pristine apartment in a very good location. Pool area very quiet and a great place to relax. Excellent security, felt extremely safe. Overall we were extremely happy with the apartment and we have no issue about recommending this apartment.
