The farmhouse is fully equipped, beautifully decorated and has a peaceful environment. In the old part, visible timber walls and several of the rooms overlook the lake. The house is 130 sqm and has a new kitchen and bathroom with tiles, underfloor heating and lovely shower. 4 beautiful bedrooms and spacious living room with fireplace. Patio with table and chairs, barbecue area overlooking the lake and trampoline for the children. By the lake wood-fired sauna for rent as well as rowboat & barbecue area you can use. Bed sheets & towels can be rented. Cleaning can be booked.

Guest Suite with Hotel Feeling

Welcome, here have an inexpensive accommodation with a private entrance, bathroom with shower and a kitchenette with everything you need to cook simple meals. Are you interested in trotting? You live right next to Bergsåker's trotting track. There is a bus stop about 100 meters from the property. These run every 20 minutes and it takes about 15 minutes to Sundsvall city center and stops outside my university on the way. If you have a car, you can park for free in the parking lot that belongs to the house. Cleaning, bed linens and towels are included in the rent.

Relax in this quiet accommodation right by the river Ljungan with its own dock. Lake view from all rooms. High standard, newly renovated interior. The main building is about 65m2 with open floor plan for kitchen and living room. One bedroom with double bed and small hall into the combustion toilet/shower room. In the living room, there is also a sofa bed 140 cm wide. Extra guest house (built 2016) is 15m2 with double bed/dividable. Large sun terraces for those of you who want to sunbathe. Or fish (fishing license required).

Cabin with lake plot - hot tub/sauna/boat/diving tower

Fantastisk stuga alldeles intill sjön. Bastu, badtunna och båt med motor. Lång brygga vid stranden och badflotten med hopptorn. Stugan ligger i ett område med 7 stugor men helt avskilt från grannar. 5min från E4. Affär finns 10min bilfärd från stugan. Stugan saknar elektricitet och rinnande vatten. Färskvatten förses under vistelsen med vattendunkar. Gasolspis med ugn samt gasolkylskåp. Badtunnan tillgänglig påsk- okt. Water hot tub ok to use during Easter-october.

The farmhouse

Welcome to Bergsåker, which is 10 minutes by car to Sundsvall city center. The bus runs regularly and stops on the road to the city outside Mittuniverstetet. Here you live in a completely renovated courtyard house with kitchen, bathroom and a double bed. If you want to get to Birsta shopping center, it is only a straight distance of about 10 minutes by car, then you are there. Bed linens, towels and cleaning are included in the rent. Free parking in the yard.

Villa Järvsö, with sauna by the lake

Quality living in a quiet place with lot's of opportunities in the winter like slalom, cross-countryskiing, skating or take a sauna bath. In the summer you can use the rowing boat for fishing, take a swim from the private pontoon in to the lake or relaxing on the veranda or the greenhouse. Perfect place for family and friends. A big modern kitchen and a living room with a lot's of space. The house is close to Järvsö, the Bike Park and Järvzoo.

Private and nice Swedish cabin – modern and close to nature

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Located close to nature but also centrally in Söråker. It is a newly built cottage with high standards. One bedroom with 180 cm comfortable double bed and one room with a 120 cm comfortable single bed. We have a nice sofa bed that is 140 cm wide where you can sleep two as well. WiFi is available and a nice bathroom with shower and both washing machine and dryer.
