Welcome, here you have a cheap home with a private entrance, bathroom with shower and a kitchenette with everything you need to cook simpler meals. Are you interested in travel? You live right next to Bergsåker's racetrack. There is a bus stop about 100m from the property. These run every 20 minutes and it takes about 15 min to Sundsvall city center and stops outside Mitt University on the way. If you have a car, you are free in the parking lot belonging to the house. Cleaning, bed linens and towels are included in the rental rate rate.

Relax in this quiet home directly by the river Ljungan with its own jetty. Lake view from all rooms. High standard, newly renovated inside. The main building is about 65m2 with open floor plan for kitchen and living areas. One bedroom with double bed and small hallway into incineration toilet/shower room. In the living room there is also a sofa bed 140 cm wide. Extra guest house ( built in 2016 ) is 15m2 with double bed/divider bar. Large solar balconies for those of you who want to sunbathe . Or fish (fishing license needed).

Im wunderschönen Ljungandalen vermieten wir unser neu erstelltes, voll ausgestattetes Schwedenhäuschen auf unserer privaten Wiese. Mit wenigen Schritten erreichst du den Fluss mit Feuerstelle, Tisch und Bänke, einem Floss, 2 Kajaks, ein SUP und 1 Ruderboot zum Vermieten. Brauchst du eine Auszeit, Ruhe, die Natur vor der Haustür, mit endlosen Sonnenauf- und Untergängen, Nordlichter und vielen Ausflugsmöglichkeiten? Dann bist du bei uns genau richtig. Villa Järvsö, with sauna by the lake

Quality living in a quiet place with lot's of opportunities in the winter like slalom, cross-countryskiing, skating or take a sauna bath. In the summer you can use the rowing boat for fishing, take a swim from the private pontoon in to the lake or relaxing on the veranda or the greenhouse. Perfect place for family and friends. A big modern kitchen and a living room with a lot's of space. The house is close to Järvsö, the Bike Park and Järvzoo.

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home. Which is close to nature but also centrally located in Söråker. It is a completely newly built cottage with high standard standard. One bedroom with 180 cm comfortable double bed and one room with a 120 cm comfortable single bed. We have a nice sofa bed that will be 140 cm wide where you can sleep two as well. Wifi is available and a nice bathroom with shower and both washing machine and dryer.

Here you have your own apartment, in part of our house, suited for up to 4 people. An extra bedroom in a cottage a few meters outside can be used during summer. You have 4 km into the town square. Busstop 100meters away from the apartment taking you strait there passing the university on the way. Close to the apartment you have a pizzaplace, hairsalone, foodstore and the horsetracks.

Guest house in Berga Village

Relax in this peaceful home in rural idyll. The cottage is beautifully located overlooking the fields of Berga village. Within a few km there is the sea, Bergafjärdens beach and camping, good climbing, golf course and fishing or swimming in Ljungan. The Njurunda urban area with shops and communication (bus, train) is two km away. 20 minutes by car to Sundsvall.
