This place is amazing, the views are to die for. It was clean and quiet. Neighbors quiet as well. Parking spot a little tight but I found that going past and turning around much easier to pull into. Beds were comfy and my husband could not stop talking about the beautiful shower and how much he loved the rain shower facet. Andy is super quick to respond to every message and help out with anything you ask. We will definitely come back to this wonderful paradise cottage. Thanks for a great vacation get away.

A great place with a great view!!

Water Island was absolutely beautiful! Our stay was amazing—even when we ran into island-related issues like a power outage, both Isla and Erin were quick to jump in and get everything up and running again, even over Easter weekend! This was our first time visiting the islands for my birthday trip, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The location was stunning, with the best views! Haze was an angel—such a sweet boy who kept us company while we missed our own cats. We’ve already decided to make this a yearly tradition and plan to stay at Isla’s for many years to come. We absolutely loved this place—it was the perfect getaway!

Jon is a wonderful host. We have stayed there multiple times and are always pleased and amazed at the house. So much room, and the kitchen and living area are incredible to hang out in. Looking out of the house through the sliding doors to the bay cannot be accurately described. Great location for a direct walk to downtown Cruz Bay and all restaurants. You have to stay here!

This place was spotless! We knew right away it'd be amazing. Everything we needed was there, we didn't want for anything. I highly recommend it. We loved relaxing on the patio and by the water in the evenings, and morning coffee watching the ocean and ships was perfect.

Great place. Good price. Convenient location for exploring. We had a great trip and enjoyed our stay. The place was stocked with anything we may possibly have needed.

The place is exactly as pictured. Beautiful interior, comfortable beds, good AC and great view. The owner and manager were very responsive and great to deal with. My only recommendation would be to provide turn by turn directions along with the map as we had a tough time finding the house.

I absolutely loved our stay at this place. The views are incredible. Restaurants are 4-5 minutes away. Grocery store was also near by. It’s very private. You do need a car to get back and forth but the place is wonderful and very comfortable!

We really enjoyed our time here, which was a short drive from CRUZ BAY and not difficult to navigate to using Google Maps. This unit was a peaceful and comfortable place to come back to after a day of hiking and snorkeling, and the accommodations were simple but perfectly sufficient for our needs. The very friendly Peter the house cat welcomed us back every day, and we loved hearing the symphony of nature sounds at night on the front porch. The A/C and ceiling fans in the unit kept us cool and sleeping well. We made dinner and the kitchen had everything we needed. The washer/dryer and beach chairs were convenient to have access to. There were a few instances of brief power outages and loss of water pressure in the shower, but travelers to USVI should expect this from time to time as part of life on the island. The important thing is Tina and Joe took care to quickly address anything that came up and it never affected the enjoyment of our stay. We'd love to come back someday.

Loved the space!! so quaint and nice! The attention to detail is impeccable!!! The instructions so clear and listed out. The space is so clean and beautifully done. What stood out for us were the small little things- the shower has 2 different modes, the welcome snacks, Keurig Coffee Machine, torch lights, toiletries, storage areas and other amenities. We even did our yoga outside on the deck. Loved the place overall!

I absolutely LOVED it here and really wish that I would have found it sooner than what I did! If you are looking for an amazing place to stay… look no further. You will not regret it! Feara is the greatest! I could not have felt more at home. Everything that you will need plus more is here! My only complaint was that I couldn’t stay longer & that my vacation ended! When I return this will definitely be my spot!! Once again I cannot thank you enough for your wonderful hospitality and accommodating services. I was last minute with booking coming from a different and not so good AirBnB and she even allowed me to check in early! She saved me in so many ways!! I will return! I already gave you five stars, but here are the other five stars that you deserve because this was an absolute 10 star service and stay ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Grace’s place is amazing! Extremely close to sapphire beach and by the red hook area where there are lots to do. Her place is convenient for a lot of the beaches just a short drive away. She was very responsive when we had questions such as parking. Her place is also close by restaurants and coffee shops 3 min drive. Had pots and pans to cook along with cooking utensils. The great part was the foot bath by the entrance so we could rinse our feet from sand before entering.

We had such an amazing stay at this condo. Communication from the hosts fantastic with detailed arrival/departure info. Offered personal recommendations which I highly recommend taking them up on! Managed to lock ourselves out in the first 30 min after arriving (completely our fault!) and the hosts were incredibly responsive and quick to aid us in gaining re-entry. The condo was perfect for our family of 4. Three patios with furniture to sit and enjoy. Quiet air conditioning units for each room. Beds, pillows, couch were all extremely comfortable. Three full bathrooms all updated, clean, and stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body soap-such a great surprise! Kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed including saran, baggies, tupperwear, coffee, dish soap. Washer and dryer in unit were clutch. Restaurants on-site were delicious and convenient. Finally, a perfect location in east end for all sorts of activities. Can't wait to return and would 10/10 stay here again. Thanks!

For a getaway with a beautiful view, this is the place. Up high in the hillside with the beach around the corner. Fellow travellers at the beach were great. One bit of advice... Roads are tight and twisty everywhere but for up in the hillsides, don't rent a Nissan Versa. It will struggle going up. This place is a simple studio style bungalow with birds that will greet you in morning on the balcony rail. Watching the sun set and see the hillside across the bay light up in the night is the best. No need for bug spray here.

Our stay at Eric’s place in St. Thomas was absolutely amazing! The view was breathtaking. The space itself was cozy, spotless, and had everything we needed to feel right at home. Eric was an outstanding host, super communicative and full of great recommendations that really enhanced our trip. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would definitely love to come back again!

This place was *almost* exactly what we expected. Judging from the photos we thought this was beach front, but its not. Its a short walk to Sapphire beach, which has a beach club atmosphere (dont skip the wings at the pizza spot) Despite this fact, Jennifer was an incredible host. The place was clean and inviting, and not so luxurious we were worried about anything. We loved the patio, the neighbors, the stray kitties and chickens and would definitely stay here again. Our flight was early and she accommodated an early check in, no problem and was really responsive with our questions. Anyone who stays here who doesn't love the beach club vibe at Sapphire, we recommend Lindquist and Secret Harbor for sand and snorkle fun, they were both within 5 minutes from the house and day trips of a lifetime ♡ Thanks Jennifer! Our time was so special and its all thanks to you and your lovely place.

My daughter and I (girls trip) had a first time trip to St Thomas. Molly’s condo was the absolute perfect place for the two of us. It was so convenient to Sudi’s restaurant and one of the pools at Sapphire Beach! The actual beach was just a short distance away. Also very close to Red Hook. We loved hanging out on the balcony with the beautiful view of the marina. It was so peaceful. This was such the perfect place and I can’t wait until we can visit again!

We had such a great time at Deb and Rob’s place! Deb was extremely responsive and always asking if we needed anything. We went on their Sail the Cosmos snorkeling tour and had so much fun! I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

My husband and I stayed for the month of April 2025. The condo was spacious, clean and well equipped. We had our grown kids visit us during the stay. The space accommodates 4. We had our own bedroom with connected bath, which was very spacious. The bed was super comfortable. On the other side was a nice murphy bed and another bathroom and nice kitchen. Also two large private balconies. Elllsbeth and her team were very responsive and courteous. Acces to Elysian resort with a beautiful pool. You are on the beach, on a beautiful harbor with great views and snorkeling. Very peaceful location. Ritz next door. Close to many restaurants and St John Ferry. The on-sight restaurants were both very good. Overall a great experience. Would come back. Highly recommended.

My fiancé and I stayed here for our annual trooical getaway. We're from the mountains of Colorado so we're very active and adventerous. This place was perfect! Close to the Red Hook ferries, some great restaurants, and everything was very driveable. We had a rental car and I'd recommend it for this location. It made life very easy. We enjoyed multiple dinners at home because the windows really do look like that and they're SPOTLESS. Enjoy that patio but definitely light a bug candle. We did everything! Hiking, snorkeling off beaches, snorkeling using boat charters... everything. We love this island and Veronica's little condo was exceptional. We did lose power for 1 night. I would recommend blasting the AC the minute you get back to prepare for having to go a night without it and do not open the windows if it happens. Just ride it out. Blame WAPA. I use a CPAP machine and brought a travel battery. I strongly recommend you do the same and bring battery banks for phones at least.

Thoroughly pleased with our stay. The condo had so many supplies provided- nothing was lacking! The pool was clean and very pleasant. The onsite restaurants were also good snd convenient. Location was awesome for getting to various beaches we wanted to visit, as well as catching the ferry to St. John. Teresa communicated multiple times before our arrival to provide information and to welcome us. No complaints and would definitely recommend!

Ben and Erica were great hosts. They answered our questions promptly. The location was perfect, and the condo was as described. Would recommend Ben and Erica’s place and plan to return.

This is the second time we've stayed in one of these units. Location is great, right next to Sapphire beach with plenty to do. We really appreciated the use of beach chairs and some swim accessories and the pool was great! Laverne was very responsive, even for very minor questions. Thanks for a great stay!
