We had a great week in Teresa’s townhouse. Everything was as described and looked just like the pictures. We didn’t have any issues while there. Would definitely stay here again.

Thank you for this wonderful stay! We were lucky to spend nearly six weeks in this beautiful place, with the ocean on one side and Sabine Bay on the other — truly a little piece of paradise. Anne was an exceptional host: kind, accommodating, and thoughtful, especially with the welcome basket filled with treats (pastries, milk, water, fruits, etc.) for our first breakfast. The condo was very well equipped, both inside and with everything needed to fully enjoy the beach. An unforgettable experience!

Sabrina’s place was in a beautiful place. I enjoyed waking early and reading on the deck overlooking the key.

This stay Definitely felt like home away from home. Ainslie was sweet, very informative, and quick to respond to any concerns i had dealing with our visit!

We loved staying here in March. Loved the area and Kate’s place has everything you need to make it a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Can’t beat the location, lots to do within walking distance. Kate was super responsive and answered any questions that may have popped up quickly. Love to stay here again !

Perfect place to stay during your beach vacation! The condo was clean and had everything we needed. We loved the screened end porch and the golf cart! Any questions we had were answered quickly. Highly recommend for your family trip!

We had an amazing experience! We stayed for only two nights, and it truly felt like we needed just one more, maybe next time. Elena was wonderful and very helpful throughout our stay. What stood out the most to me was how incredibly clean the house was, and how close it actually is to the beach. It made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Other than a small hiccup with the timing of the cleaning crew, our stay was exactly what our family wanted. The home (and bedroom configuration) fit our family of 9, that included 3 grandchildren, very well. Great location, easy walk to beach, short drives to groceries, restaurants and activities. Kitchen was well outfitted. Nice to have an ice maker! Bonus chairs and canopies for the beach were fantastic. Appreciated the body wash and shampoo provided in each shower. Shannon was responsive to our questions and concerns. We enjoyed our beach time at Summer Wind!

Everything we hoped for a relaxing stay in Navarre. Home was fully stocked and had a closet full of games and an outdoor storage full of beach supplies. Especially enjoyed sunset cocktails on the upper balcony overlooking the sound. Beds were comfortable. Grill was nice. Great communication from host. Wonderful stay.

Lisha was very quick responding to any questions. She was very polite and professional. We loved the townhome and the ability to do laundry in privacy. Has full kitchen that is stocked with cookware if you want to cook yourself. Has roku TV if you want to sign into your streaming services. Area was really quiet. Never heard any neighbors. There is also a Polaroid camera and notebook that you can use to leave a picture and note. Definitely recommend staying here.

The house and view are beautiful. We loved the living room and master bedroom with amazing views of the ocean. The other bedrooms do not have any nice views. A little stuffy in those rooms but they provide fans for all the rooms which is nice. The walk to and from the beach was short and so convenient for our family. Took just a few minutes to walk back and make lunch or use the bathroom. The beach is clean, quiet and sand is soft and pristine. Be aware that only 2 of the beach chairs from the property worked, the rest broken. Most of the umbrellas were broken and same with the beach wagon. We made do just fine and I let the owner know, but didn’t hear back. Hopefully they replace all the broken gear for future guests. Saw our neighbors once or twice but not issues hearing them through the walls or anything. Would definitely go back!

We enjoyed our stay here. Walking distance to the beach and loved that it was dog friendly. The pond in the back was nice and my niece and nephew enjoyed feeding the ducks.

We really liked the condo. There were issues with the e-lock so we ended up using keys for the stay. Donna & Karlotta (co-host) were quick to reply to any questions/concerns we had. The only thing I would recommend is bringing your own pillows if you prefer softer pillows. They were too firm for us but may be perfect for someone else. Overall, it was a nice, relaxing stay and we would definitely book again!

Very nice place. Layout for us was just what we were looking for. You could just walk right in from the parking lot. You had everything you needed for your stay. Appliances were top notch. Very clean. Pleasurable to sit on the couch and look outside two big windows. Sitting area in the back had privacy. Stocked with kitchen accessories. The stairs going up were nice big wide stairs. There was a beautiful king bed with a full nice size bathroom. You had two big tv’s down and up. Close to gas stations, restaurants and stores. The Pensocola Beach was very close by. There where beach accessories to take with you. So accommodating. Host was great. Responded quick. We will be back and tell others about this place.

What a great place to stay. Nice and pretty neighborhood. We have family in Lillian, Alabama so the location was perfect for us. We were also a short drive to a lot of good places to eat and shop. The beach was a short drive too. We loved being in a neighborhood instead of in the middle of all the hotels and tourist attractions. Much more relaxing. We compared prices with hotels and the local KOA campground cabins and this was by far the best option and the best value. We had a whole townhouse to ourselves. The hosts were very friendly and easy to communicate with. We thought we might have an extra person coming and they had no problem with that. I will definitely try and stay here again when we visit family.

Great place! Very clean and close walk to the beach. Lots of beach towels provided and a hose to rinse off sand on the ground floor patio, which was helpful. There are two different descriptions of beds, but there is a king size bed in each bedroom.

Carolyn’s place was ABSOLUTELY beautiful and was JUST as advertised in the photos! The home was cozy and very accommodating. She was also very responsive and had stellar communication!

We had an amazing stay!! The townhouse was in a fantastic location. We were able to walk to the pier and beach. It also had the best stocked kitchen I have ever seen. The stay was perfect and peaceful. Our family enjoyed the docks most of all. Every night we were out there and the kids had a great time catching fish! Hope to stay again next year!!

We had the best time! We loved the house, it was perfect for our family vacation. The beach is a very short, easy walk from the house. Everything we needed was provided and the house was super clean. We will hopefully be staying here again soon!

sorry clean house, got fully stocked kitchen with absolutely everything you'd need, everything you'd have in your regulqr home and more. every detail in this house is thought through. great location on a main road, super quite and peaceful neighborhood. enjoyed it very much. thank you for being such responsive and great host!
