Glasfaser garantiert eine stabile Internetverbindung, mit der ihr auch zu zweit sorglos remote arbeiten könnt. Die Wohnung ist für 2 Personen, wir berechnen einen Aufpreis pro Haustier pro Nacht.

2022 neu erbautes Studio (ca. 35 m2, Erdgeschoss). Das Studio befindet sich im ausgebauten Heustall vom Engadinerhaus "Chasa Pütvia" aus dem 16. Jahrhundert. Zentrale Lage an Quartierstrasse, wenige Schritte zum Skibus/Postauto und nur 5 Gehminuten vom Dorfzentrum Scuol mit Geschäften, Restaurants und dem Wellnessbad "Bogn Engiadina" entfernt. Zum Langlaufzentrum und Loipe sind es ebenfalls wenige Gehminuten. Belegung bis 2 Personen (Kleinkinder nicht inbegriffen).
