Great place in a nice neighborhood. Even a little sitting area outside! Very walkable to nice cafes and restaurants.

Heather's cottage is well outfitted and very comfortable. Great neighborhood, too!

David is exactly what the reviews said about his responsiveness. My family and I can say this was our best experience ever in San Diego. We felt at home and this experience made it easy for my wife and I to conclude that when traveling with our young kids, we would be better off reserving an airbnb with a great host like David. Melissa was super sweet! The location was such a steal for the price, we were able to be in the city while still enjoying the suburbs. They have so many things packed in the room, literally everything you might need during the stay! The view from the patio was amazing.

This was a convenient ten minute walk to our family members home, and offered a king bed, which we prefer. It had everything we needed , and was nicely decorated. It was private with easy access. There was a market, coffee shop and a few eateries nearby. Would stay here again!

My stay at Eric's place was just as expected. Everything was just as described and the place was cozy and comfortable. The place is in a quiet, residential neighborhood and easy to find, though having a car (which I did.) is recommended for staying here. Eric was responsive and friendly and he even checked in a couple of times to see if I needed anything. I'd definitely stay here again.

We loved staying at Wil’s place. The place was amazing, cozy and everything we wanted for our family. We loved the aesthetic, and the pool was so fun to play in. It was quiet but close to everything we wanted to do, so it was the perfect place to come back to after a long day out. The host and hostess were amazing, friendly and extremely helpful. We can’t wait to visit again.

loveddd this place, was so comfy.. had private rooms with options to make it all feel like an open space. we are even hoping to stay here in the future for our next san diego trip, would also give extra stars for the fur babies that welcomed us during our check in while still staying in their own personal bubble

We had an incredible stay at Rosie’s home. It was comfortable, spacious, and in a great location/with a great view. She went above and beyond to give us an amazing experience. The space was so unique and thoughtfully decorated/designed - incredible for Harry Potter fans and non-fans alike. We loved the thoughtfulness and little, interactive surprises also!

Cozy and clean little back house with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The hosts were super friendly and even let us park on the side of the driveway. Only minor issue was some noise from a nearby bird's nest, but it wasn’t too bad. A bigger trash can and freezer would be helpful, but for a quick trip, this place is perfect. Would definitely stay here again!

This place is amazingly comfortable, cozy with a beautiful path through a large wild garden. I was definitely impressed by the quality of the accommodations, snacks and plenty of hospitality from the host. There is nowhere that I would rather stay than this exclusive famous (former champion’s home)space. I’m coming back just to stay here again!

This place has been one of the next airbnb’s I have ever experienced! They’re so complete with what they have in their space and you can really tell that a lot of care and thought went into it! The host, Kirsten was responsive and nice. We wish we stayed one more night, hope to be back soon!

Our family had an amazing week-long stay and would highly recommend this AirBnB. Overall, this was probably the best AirBnB experience we have had! We felt right at home! Throughout the week, the host was incredibly friendly and responsive, providing us with clear instructions on how to check in/out and supporting us whenever we needed anything. The place matches the description - the backyard is gorgeous with a beautiful view overlooking the city, and the indoor area is very spacious. The kitchen was equipped with everything we could have possibly asked for, which was very helpful for our family as we liked to cook some of our own meals. The entire place was very clean when we arrived, and we had a great time moving back and forth between indoors and outdoors, with both areas having plenty of seating options. The host provided good recommendations for nearby stores and restaurants, although the nature of the location meant that those weren't the easiest to access without a car.

Harold was a wonderful host, very fast at communicating and friendly. It’d love to stay here again the next time I’m in San Diego. There are tons of walkable restaurants and the neighborhood is fantastic with lots of street parking

The view cannot be beat! Walkable to Gaslamp & Petco. Close access to convenience stores and great restaurants. Highly recommend!

Stay was great, perfect size for our weekend getaway. Quiet area but not far from beaches or restaurants!

Dana’s casita truly felt like home. From the moment we walked in, we noticed every small, convenient detail—from the decor to the thoughtfully placed light switches. The bed was comfortable, the living space perfect for winding down, the kitchen in great condition, and the bathroom squeaky clean. Our dog loved the neighborhood too! It’s walkable to restaurants, cafes, and the famous Balboa Park, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We only wish we stayed longer. Dana was a gracious, responsive host who made everything easy from start to finish. We’ll definitely bookmark this gem and keep it in mind for future visits!

This place looks exactly like the photos. It was very clean and worked for 2 guests for just 2 nights. We didn't have a car but it was easy to call ubers. It was a bit noisy though as the space is connected to the hosts' main living quarters. You will hear children, music, and TVs but that was mentioned in the description.

Great space! Comfortable, clean, and liked having access to the patio. Host is very responsive and easy to communicate with. Overall enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back.
