A fantastic stay out in the Irish countryside. Despite the peaceful location it is only a short drive away from Naas or the Wicklow mountains

Red Sheds Villa Portarlington

Red Mills is an incredible stay. The photos don't do the house justice. The kitchen is incredibly modern and made catering for a large group a breeze. Will certainly consider booking again soon !

We had a great few days in Marys this weekend. House was gorgeous and clean. We were super impressed and would recommend it to anyone. Mary was great to deal with too and nothing was a problem! Thanks again

Deluxe 1 Bed Apartment Wifi/Netflix/Farm Stay

Margaret was a wonderful host, always communicative and welcoming. She made me feel at home from the very start. The house is charming, spacious, cozy, and fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The outdoor area is large, peaceful, and full of life. There are horses and sheep on the property, which makes the experience even more special. It's a perfect place to walk, relax, and enjoy nature. I truly enjoyed every moment and would definitely return. Highly recommended!

The Bog Man's Rest @ Martins of Kildoon Pub

RyanRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Staying at the Bog Man's Rest was a wonderful experience. Brian was away during my stay, but his Dad, Paddy, who runs the pub next door, was a friendly and helpful host, helping with questions on how to lock the AirBnB door, answering questions about Irish culture, and pouring the best pints of Guinness I've ever had. The bed was quite comfortable, the water heater was easy to use, and the surrounding countryside was beautiful. If you're looking for a home base in Co. Kildare and want to experience a living, breathing, family-owned pub and grocer loved by the community, stay here! One note - I think the accommodations are sized for an individual or couple (or maybe with one small child). The guest house is grand, but it might be tight for a family, and I only say that as I would stay with my family if we could fit (I was by myself). You won't go wrong here! Plus, Kildare town is only a 10 min drive away, so you're near the old historical town, shops, and more.
