La maison est toute neuve, moderne, belle et spacieuse. Dans un environnement calme au bout d'une impasse. Le point fort c'est la piscine, très longue, avec un spa et une zone de détente idéale pour les bébés et les jeunes enfants. Les pièces sont grandes et tout y est très bien aménagé. Une télécommande vous permettra d'utiliser le garage. Un ponton privé agrémente l'accès au canal pour y pratiquer la pêche ou accoster un bateau. Contrairement à ce que montre les photos, une autre construction a été édifiée juste à côté, c'est mieux qu'un terrain vague. En face de l'autre côté du canal c'est encore un terrain vierge mais plus pour longtemps j'imagine. La maison est située sur la 27ème rue, c'est un peu excentré mais très facile d'accès par Cape Coral Parkway. Un gros point positif pour les famille c'est le parc situé à quelques minutes à pieds, il est immense ! On aurait juste aimé une chaise haute et un lit bébé, car difficile à emporter en avion, sinon c'était parfait.

The hosts quickly responded to any questions we had prior to and during our stay. Especially enjoyed the fact that they had all necessary beach accessories. Neighborhood was very well maintained, and peaceful. Neighbors were very friendly. Overall, a very pleasant and enjoyable stay. Would highly recommend.

Thank you, Dennis and Claudia, for sharing your beautiful home with us. It was everything we had wanted. We loved the home's location in the quiet neighborhood. The central location made it prefect to visit our relatives in Punta Gorda and travel between Marco Island, Naples, Fort Meyers, Sanibel Island, Captiva, Englewood, and Venice. I highly recommend guests check out the beaches of Siesta Key (our favorite) and Marco Island. We absolutely loved the heated pool and hot tub with those views of the canal and those gorgeous sunsets going over the edge of the infinity pool! The home was equipped with everything you needed from a well-stocked kitchen and including chairs and umbrellas for those relaxing days at the beach. Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit Tom und Rachel, die wir in eurem Haus verbringen konnten! Es war nach 3 Wochen roadtripp einfach toll bei euch anzukommen. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt und vor allem den Pool so sehr genossen. Für meine Mutter war es ein Traum! Sie wollte eigentlich die Euer Haus die ganze Woche nicht mehr verlassen. Wir waren aber doch froh uns für die Poolheizung entschieden zu haben. Auch mit eurer Idee bezüglich der Poolabdeckeng! Es war herrlich und alles wie beschrieben. Wir wünschen Euch auch weiterhin sehr zufriedene Gäste. Ein kleiner Hinweis noch…. Bitte sagt den anderen Mietern, dass die Feuermelder sehr sensibel sind. Wir haben uns jedenfalls sehr erschrocken, als plötzlich 3 Männer von der Feuerwehr am Haus waren. Dankeschön und herzliche Grüße aus Berlin!!!!!

The house was above our expectations. It was very luxurious yet comfortable. The beds and pillows were of high quality and there were plenty of extra pillows for those who needed an extra. The kitchen had everything you needed to cook meals at the house. The rain shower head was extra nice in the master suite. The whole family enjoyed the pool. The host answered every question we had. We can’t wait to return!

We had a wonderful time in Cape Coral. We'll definitely be back because we felt right at home. Everything was organized when we arrived. The house is very well located, easy to get to, and has everything you need and more. I almost want this to stay a hidden gem so it's always available for me.. This was my top three vacations!! They literally thought of EVERYTHING! We never wanted to leave the house!! I travel a lot mostly hotel stays but lots of BNB’s this was #1 it has to be experienced!!

We had an absolutely amazing time at this beautiful house! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning property and its gorgeous design. The highlight was definitely the private pool and spa — we spent hours relaxing and enjoying the atmosphere. The house was spacious, spotless, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Absolutely incredible stay. Beautiful home with every amenity needed. Very kid-friendly with many games, activities and pool toys. Was fun to see huge iguanas by the canal. We enjoyed cooking outside by the pool and watching the sunsets over the canal. Loved the home so much we didn't want to leave! Perfect family getaway and close to Sanibel and Fort Myers beaches. Would love to return.

Thank you Mack. We had a wonderful stay. !! The home is beautiful and spacious with lots of room and beds. The kitchen is clean and well equipped. Our family and I enjoyed the Memorial weekend . The place was clean, and had everything we need for our stay. The private outdoor patio was really peaceful . The pool was perfect and heated all the time. The location was perfect. Very quiet neighborhood. Close to the beach ,restaurants and shops. I hope to be back next year. We will definitely recommend it to friends and family.

We loved the house, loved the view, appreciated that there was cookware. We had a few glitches but Christina was super responsive and helpful and was very kind and compensated. We would definitely stay here again. I don’t think anyone would be disappointed with this home or hosts. I love the Cape Coral area! Love this house

Ours was a 3 generation family vacation. Our choice was excellent for our needs. (from the Grandgifts to Grandma and Papa. Felt safe. Clean and comfortable surroundings. The patio area was above and beyond! We do intend to return God willing. Thank You David and Crew! One Happy Grandma! Diane

Niki’s house was great, exactly as described. Its well appointed kitchen has everything you need. Beds were comfy (pillows could be refreshed) pool was great and the layout was great for privacy from each other. Niki was very responsive and I’d definitely recommend her house.

As advertised! Often things don’t come as advertised. Mariana’s home was as advertised and more! It was perfect for our month long stay in Naples. Over the last 25 years we have stayed in many different homes in Briarwood. This was the absolute best! The home was extremely clean and wonderfully appointed and decorated. Moreover, Mariana is a great host. We hope to stay there again.

CoralVilla listing was exactly what we found when we got there. The pool area was where we spent most of our time while at the house. Great amenities and beautiful sunrises & sunsets. We would definitely stay there again!

Darlene’s place was wonderful. She is a very respectful and responsive host. My husband and I drove 13 hours overnight and she offered early check in for us, which we were incredibly thankful for. Darlene provided the necessary beach equipment that you would need to enjoy a relaxing day. The binder they have of the house information is super helpful, all the way down to local restaurant recommendations.

Belle's Tropic Spot was one of the best Airbnb experiences we have had. Lindsay was very responsive and clear in her instructions. The house was cute and extremely clean and tidy. It had everything we needed to cook meals and light breakfasts. The beds were comfortable, with plenty of pillows, linens, and pool towels. The pool and patio were amazing and we relaxed and enjoyed the pool and sunshine. We had 4 adults, but this place would easily work with children as well as there is another bedroom with 2 full beds. The laundry facilities were a plus as well. Perfect location for us. Great place!

We had a wonderful time at Todd’s place. We fished, swam in the pool and had everything we needed for a day at the beach. Was a kid friendly home!

We had a great stay. Location is great for boaters looking for a spot convenient to Sanibel Island or other spots like picnic island. House is very clean with everything you need to relax and enjoy the Florida weather.

Very Clean and well maintained house in a cute town with friendly people. We enjoyed the pool and kayaking on the canals.

This was the best rental property we have ever stayed in. Instantly felt right at home. Eyal has made sure all amenities you could possibly need are taken care of. We traveled with children and the crib and toys there were available were a hit. When at the house we spent most of our time in the amazing pool and watching for iguanas, turtles and different birds in the canal. While the home was perfect for our family with young kids, this home would also make a great adults only get away! The location is amazing. We took morning trips to Sanibel Island, Venice beach, and Ft. Myers beach. Eyal had everything we could have needed for an awesome beach day! We ate in every evening, but grocery shopping was convenient and the lunch places we tried out near by were great! This home is even better than the description and the photos are very accurate to the cleanliness and comfort of the home! We will for sure be coming back in the future!
