Waterfront holiday rentals in Naples

The stay here was great. Beautiful location. Easy to get to Marco Island and downtown Naples. Very peaceful community with tennis/pickeball courts, a pool with nice grills, small gym, all right out your front door. Coffee machine worked great and the beds were super comfortable. A beautiful view off the balcony as well. The only reason I did not give this place a full five stars all around was for a miscommunication upfront. Within the Lely resort complex, there is a Players Club, which provides some very nice amenities, that we thought we had access to. That was one of the reasons I was willing to pay a little bit higher for this place. I think it was the mistake of the realtor/company managing this property, not being fully aware of the Players Club access on Lely property. When I called and talked to a rep helping manage the property, he seemed a bit confused.

I would highly recommend this hidden gem! It was exactly what we were looking for, for our weekend get away. Perfect location, lots of privacy, very clean both inside and out and a comfortable king bed. I am very happy with our stay!

Very clean and well equipped condo on the 10th floor overlooking the gulf and bay.l From our lanai we watched dolphins, ospreys and one morning a bald eagle diving for fish. Scott was a great host and responded to any questions we had within minutes. The property has a nice private beach, pool and 4 weber gas grills. Flippers restaurant is only steps away. The only issue is that the new bridge onto Ft.Myers Beach is under construction so at times there is construction noise and access to the beach south of the bridge is blocked. This was not a big issue for us and overall we had a very enjoyable week.

This little beach house was super cute and clean! We had no issues at all and we had a great stay. We’d definitely come back!

Nicole was very responsive, helpful and pleasant. The whole stay was easy and the unit was as described. It’s a safe, quiet neighborhood that is very close to 5th Ave South. I’d stay again.

Extremely responsive hosts. Location is perfect - the resort itself is beautiful with great amenities and staff. Easy to get downtown to beaches.

Very happy with stay/house/amenities/pool/spa. Newer construction with tall ceilings, beautiful appointments, bathrooms, fixtures and appliances. Kitchen provided with every imaginable item needed to cook and entertain. Salt water pool and spa were wonderful and overlook canal intersection. Lovely step down from pool to wrap-around deck overlooking canal. Easily accommodated larger family gathering for dinner/swimming. Certainly one of the nicest homes we've visited in Florida. Highly recommended.

Beautiful property I enjoyed my stay!

My family and I had a great time staying at this property for the weekend. We got to make great memories by the pool and were less than 15 mins from Naples beach. Dara was available and responsive during our stay and we can’t wait to come back here next time we’re in Naples. If you’re thinking about booking, think no further!

We had a fantastic stay at Tucker’s beautiful home in Naples, FL! The house was clean, spacious, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a holiday getaway. The pool was a major highlight, and the serene lake view made every morning feel like a peaceful retreat. Tucker was an exceptional host—friendly, responsive, and accommodating throughout our stay. We especially appreciated that he allowed us to bring our dog, even though the property typically doesn’t allow pets. That kind gesture made our trip even more special! We had a few internet connection issues during our stay, but it didn’t hinder our experience at all. Highly recommend this place for a comfortable and relaxing stay in Naples

Meghan was always responsive from check in to check out. The house was everything we wanted and needed. It was our second time there so we knew what to expect. It was even better than the last visit! The house had everything we needed. All we did was get our groceries and relaxed for the entire week. We’ll definitely be back!

We holiday twice a year in and around the waterways. This property is without doubt the best we have stayed in. The location, the furniture, everything in the house was excellent. Crissy was always on hand and on a couple of occasions had some items delivered immediately to the house…. Such a superb host and a pleasure to deal with. Nothing was a problem at all for her…. We have stayed at the Estero Beach and Tennis before and this unit is the best yet!! I am super picky on cleanliness and it was very clean! The unit had some high end touches along with furniture and decor being very tasteful. The bed was really comfortable, shower nice, outdoor chairs perfect and the towels were amazing. It’s all those little touches that made our stay pleasant, comfortable, and relaxing. We plan on booking again in the future. ☀️

Kelly was extremely responsive with clear check i/building access instructions. Pictures don’t do the unit justice and it bugger than we realized. Beautiful view of ocean and canal. Walk to ocean is approx 5min and easily accessible through private walkway. Thank you for the wonderful stay and look forward to returning!

I’ve never experienced a more helpful and easy going host- wow! She drove miles away to a bar my friend and I were at to give us in person instructions, beach passes and keys. Everything was perfect, super comfy beds, clean and walking distance to restaurant and bar next door that was a blast. We even got to see a mama manatee and a baby right in the little canal outside our door. We had a little car trouble and she was more than gracious to let it stay there until it could be picked up and even included a late check out. Townhouse furnished with all you need. I’m definitely coming back here- Nathalie is awesome!

Caihlin was a fantastic host. Very responsive to our questions/concerns. The place was just as beautiful as the pictures showed and we enjoyed everything about it. There were plenty of beach items to use, so we didn't need to purchase anything to enjoy the beach. There were plenty of games to play, books to read and even a drawer full of extra batteries for the TV remote if needed. We even had access to their 2 bikes and took an enjoyable morning bike ride into Fort Myers beach. You will not be disappointed at all with your stay.

I loved this place! It was well kept, clean, beautiful big kitchen, dishwasher, spacious rooms, washer/dryer, spacious clean bathrooms. Had a lot of space outside to hang out, beautiful backyard view of the canal. Super peaceful and quiet area. Walking distance to a great little Mexican restaurant. Host provided great recommendations to beach and restaurants. I look forward to staying there again!

Christopher's condo is modern, well-organized, clean, accessible to golfing, and full of other amenities. We love the beautiful view of the lighted, water fountain in the courtyard from the balcony. It was a wonderful weekend getaway for us to enjoy Naples and Marco Island. Highly recommended for those visiting the area!

It was a beautiful property. The view was so nice right on the beach, there were a lot of accommodations, including beach chairs and an umbrella that we did not have to pay for. I love that we had our own private parking spot right by the door. I will definitely book again. It was so peaceful and perfect. The host was very responsive.

We had a fantastic stay! Our host was incredibly responsive and made communication so easy from start to finish. The unit itself was absolutely beautiful. it was stylishly decorated, spotless, and very comfortable. The beds were cozy and perfect for a restful night's sleep. There was also plenty of storage space, which made unpacking and settling in a breeze. The resort grounds were exceptionally maintained, making the whole experience feel relaxing and upscale. Highly recommend booking this place, you won’t be disappointed! We hope to visit again.
