House holiday rentals in Napier

The house was amazing. We travelled with two families and there was so much space. The outdoors is gorgeous and exciting for children. We hope to come back in summertime to enjoy the pool. Thank you.

We chose this house to celebrate my wife’s birthday. I was absolutely perfect. We enjoyed the pool, the rooms, and how beautifully the property is set out. Highly recommend and my wife has already asked if we can come back.

Fantastic stay at Wendy and John's property. Peaceful and private. Especially Impressed with how clean and tidy the property was. Very close to some excellent wineries. A great place to base yourself if visiting the Napier / Hawkes Bay region!

We had such a lovely time at the property, thank you. Plenty of space, both indoors and outdoors - nicely decorated and homely. Fantastic heated swimming pool! The kitchen was really well equipped - the coffee machine was excellent. Also really appreciated the aircon on a hot day. Would love to come and stay again sometime, thank you.

Thanks to Melanie - was a great place for an extended family - lots of room and things to do. Was pleased with the location and space. - kids loved the air hocky and parents liked the ability to have separate bedrooms :) Would recommend :)

We went there with my families for the easter holidays (4 nights) . The place was very homely. The master bedroom had entrance way to another room so could be good for family with children sleeping together. The outdoor and fireplace was great to sit around. The kitchen and sitting room area was great. The pool is heated but if the weather is cool the pool is cold, not as heated as we would have wanted but was still enjoyable for our family. If you are planning a visit to Havelock North or nearby it is a lovely house for hire .

Truly amazing!! We had such a special time here, overseas family came and it’s such a perfect place to spend together without feeling on top of each other. Wish we could have stayed for a few more days as it’s the best base for exploring.

This beautiful suite has comfortable beds with gorgeous sheets and duvet. We had a lovely time sitting in the living room and enjoying a glass of wine. The patio is adorable. All in all we were so impressed with the fit and finish of the place. Comfortable living in a space that was so well put together with many thoughtful touches. Well worth the stay. Quiet and peaceful; close to amenities. Loved it. This is the place to book!

What a beautiful place. Went there beginning of 2025 and again for my birthday early February. Absolutely loved it and a beautiful long beach. Good to walk or run on. Surfing spot.

Easy and convenient check in with good instructions. Kitchen has a small electric frypan which made cooking meals super easy. Bedrooms and lounge were a good size and managed to accommodate our two young kids really well. And the toys helped too for the raining days.

We had a fantastic stay at Jane's beautiful cottage. It's private, quiet and peaceful with a gorgeous view over farmland. The home was extremely clean, comfortable and felt like home. Jane is a superb host. Very friendly and helpful. We arrived late at night and Jane had fresh eggs, toast & jam all ready for our breakfast. Peaceful and safe place to stay within an easy drive to Napier. Thank you again for your wonderful hospitality Jane! Best wishes

We loved our stay. Felt right at home while also feeling like we were on a holiday. The house is beautiful warm and clean. Tracey was an amazing host, she made the experience so enjoyable and easy. Great amenities. The location is perfect it’s close to everything while also feeling rural. We will definitely be back. I would recommend for both families, groups or work trips. It has everything you need.

We had a great stay away in Napier, were warm and comfortable, within walking distance to the town centre. Our hosts were proactive, helpful, friendly and informative meeting all our needs. Good location for Green Meadows, Taradale area. Assistance was close at hand when we needed it.

Great living area and indoor/outdoor flow for our group of six adults. Great off road parking that accommodated (with owner permission) a large caravan and also a medium sized campervan our group had. We also had another car but the double garage is not available for parking in, although there is room for storing push bikes.

Excellent accommodation. Suited our needs as a family and the plans for our stay. Would rebook 👍

I think this is the best air BnB I have ever stayed at. It was so beautiful and you can see how much time and effort they have put into this place. It was so clean and so peaceful. Kelly was super responsive and communicated well. The bed was so comfy, the shower was amazing and the couch was super comfy too! We loved the spa and Kelly had stocked the kitchen with lots of utensils and appliances so we had everything we needed. Kelly left us lots of recommendations of places to go and eateries to enjoy which we did. Lots of places were really close so we never had to go far for everything we needed. Can’t rate this place high enough it was absolutely perfect.

Had a fantastic time there, house is super clean, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Everything is quite new.

Chic little cottage - had all that we needed for a two night stay. Loved being just down the road from the popular Red Bridge Cafe and easy access to cycle trails.
