What a grest place to stay to get away from it all. It is quite remote but easy to get to. Natural beauty is just wow! Would deffo recommend.

Had a lovely, peaceful stay at Enjo farm! Louren was a great host and was readily available at the house for anything we needed- even providing a loaf of home made bread on request during our stay! The farm itself was beautiful, with lots of swimming spots and access to ample scenic trails to enjoy around the property. Our cabin was cosy and well-equipped with an outdoor bath, great kitchen facilities, a lovely braai area and a gorgeous view of the stars at night, making for a magical, peaceful stay. Will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay at Wolfkop. We booked in at Harpuis and had the most beautiful view with peaceful surroundings. The house was clean, comfortable and well equipped with all the necessary amenities. They even offered a laundry service, which my international friends were super happy for as they had limited clean clothes after their travels. The only downside was the hot tub/jacuzzi temperature was too hot and we couldn't regulate the heat, so we sadly could not make use of it. Otherwise a lovely stay - would return again:)

An absolute gem. I have not experienced heat like that, but our private plunge pool and the farm dam were an absolute dream. We had such a wonderful time taking in the beautiful views and incredible stars.

We had a great stay in Sutherland. Everything was there, Marne was very helpful and the cottage offers all you need. Would come back :-)

Amazing breakaway from reality. Absolutely breathtaking views, hundreds of proteas, views of the mountains, great plant and bird life. Very private, quiet and off the grid house. Pearson (property manager) was very helpful and kind. Very organised check in etc. Farm is up Middleberg pass - dirt road is well maintained but does require a slow drive up - especially in rain and mist. Would recommend for a breakaway from city life.

A breath of fresh air. Such a comfy and wonderfully private location. Everything you might need is there. Host Holly is very responsive and very helpful. We loved our stay and will definitely be back!

Ronelle’s house offers you really a one of a kind stay. Never have we stayed in a house so remote and still feel at home. The surroundings are beautiful, if you like remoteness. The house offers all you might need (we only missed a washing machine, but that was not a big deal), and it is definitely a place to unwind or reload. Calvinia is not around the corner, but after a scenic 45 min drive you will find enough shops to refill for yet more days in tranquility. We definitely recommend Ronelle’s house and sure hope to come back in the nearby future.

The most incredible Tankwa Karoo escape. Incredible location with views and a gorgeous river and dam. Would highly recommend.

We had a perfect, restful stay in this little gem. The cottage is carefully sited on a rocky hillside overlooking the surprisingly green valley below. Stephanie was the ideal host, and was available throughout. The best part of this place is the indoor/outdoor lifestyle, highlighted by a verandah that felt larger than the home itself. We highly recommend this tranquil getaway, and look forward to our next visit in the future!

My son and his two friends stayed at Kristina’s cottage for two nights. Beautiful cottage and perfect location as it was a few steps away from the surfing spot. The hosts made sure the boys had everything they needed and they were very comfortable. We will be staying here in a few months time and we can’t wait ! Thank you Kristina .
