A lovely private stay. Comfortable and had everything you needed. Host is very responsive and helpful. Lots of nature around and friendly quiet neighbours. Near an elephant sanctuary which was nice to see. Easy location and easy parking.

Our stay at Hai Ya was truly special. Khun Ae and Tony were responsive and helpful, and Mr. Lhur went above and beyond—attentive, kind, and full of humor that made us feel right at home. His cooking class was a highlight: we made five Thai and Northern Thai dishes with great techniques and cultural insight (definitely recommended). The home is spotless, peaceful, and full of Chiang Mai charm—thoughtfully decorated, cozy, and welcoming. The kitchen reflects the local culture and made the class even more enjoyable. Breakfasts were fresh, delicious, and tailored to us each morning. They also offer affordable laundry service, which was so convenient. Mr. Lhur and his team were respectful and attentive, always making sure we had what we needed. We loved their local recommendations too—they helped us explore Chiang Mai beyond the tourist spots. This place is full of heart, culture, and care. Highly recommended—thank you for a truly unforgettable stay!

Stunning villa, beautiful walking in the surrounding village and countryside, close enough to Chiang Mai but just far enough to feel away from the hustle of the city. 7/11 close by for all your needs, lot's of local restaurants near by. Host's really helpful and responsive. If I'm back there again I would certainly revisit.

The host and his wife went above and beyond to make us feel welcome—greeting us personally, helping us unload our luggage (and kids!), and even surprising us with local desserts and bikes to use during our stay. When my son accidentally bumped into a wall and hit the water main, a neighboring technician was called and fixed the issue at no cost to us—something we were incredibly grateful for. The hosts didn’t just check in to make sure everything was okay—they gave us personalized recommendations for activities they thought we’d enjoy, which made our experience even more memorable. Honestly, the hospitality we received here was on another level. The host was the absolute best—we felt cared for, respected, and right at home. Highly recommend!

This house was perfect for our family of 5 to stay for a month in Chiang Mai. The house had everything we needed and was in a convenient location, close to Kad Farang with a grocery store, restaurants, and other fun stores. Every room had an air conditioner and the kitchen had what we needed to make meals for our family. Definitely recommend!

I liked the swimming pool. The water was clean, and the kids had fun. 7 people visited, but we stayed at a low price without any shortage.

If u ever considering of this accommodation and reading my review.. u are looking at the right house with the most perfect environment and a very super friendly host , Vinita. Not only the house is sparking clean the interior design is placed in the best way it supposed to be! I have stayed here for 4 nights and I wish the days would just stop there and I’ll never need to check out! There are very nice cool chill cafes around the premises and a very nice restaurant next door that u can have superb Thai food there too. It is a very safe at night so u don’t need to worry. Beds are comfy and I slept well.

John's place is one of the finest Airbnbs we have ever stayed in. The building is beautiful and the apartment is delightful. It is spacious and very well appointed. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom is modern. John has furnished the apartment with everything a traveler would need. He has perfect instructions for everything in the apartment. His guide for the local area is outstanding. Many people are Airbnb Superhosts. John truly deserves the title as does his fabulous place.

The condo was in a quiet area of Nimman. Nice view, nice furnishings, good kitchenware, comfy bed, good bathroom facilities. Security guards were always on duty and very friendly and helpful. Pimpinan was easily contacted when we asked to extend our stay one day. This is a great place to stay if you want to get the feel of Nimman. Everything you could want is close to you.

Great communication, flexible while helping and a really nice apartment. Quite silent and everything nearby by feet.

It is a very nice apartment, well-equipped with everything you need. The bed is large and very comfortable. The apartment building itself feels like a high-end hotel, with the rooftop infinity pool, which offer absolutely stunning views. The host was the most welcoming I've ever meet on Airbnb. Though it was a self-check-in, they provided incredibly helpful information to me. Including recommendations for excellent local spots like the JJ Market (a great weekend market in Chiang Mai), some nice restaurants, and very useful local tips. All of this info greatly enhanced my trip.

This apartment is a little far away from the city center, but there is market just in front of it. There are also restaurants and seven eleven, lotus's etc. around. So you can have a peaceful stay away from the hustle and bustle of the center but still be in the city. Thomas and Aunya are wonderful hosts! The Songkran I enjoyed with them was unforgettable!! The apartment caretaker Fon is very attentive and helpful. The place was clean and just as shown in the photos on Airbnb.

A very nice stay, the room is very clean, the location is very good, there are many restaurants around, and it is also very close to Nimman One and the mall.Next time I want to stay here, recommend it to everyone!

don't think twice! really felt like home . just a quite base to go out from. nice wooden floors. apt was super nice, clean, great views from the window. the rooftop is amazing. shower 🚿 is just perfect. everything is good. just book it.

Everything was perfect! A gorgeous view of the mountains which the sun set behind in the evening, and very secluded area meaning very peaceful and quiet. The location is absolutely adorable with coffee shops, markets, and shops. Lin is super friendly and communicative and she had great recommendations for chiang mai and instructions on check in and how to use the facilities in the apartment. I also cant believe the kindness that we got when we opened the refrigerator to a number of free waters, fizzy drinks, coffee pods for a coffee machine, tea, and snacks! We really wanted to stay longer but someone booked the room so we moved to another of Lin’s and are currently there now. Will review there at the end of our stay ☺️ overall great place to stay, highly recommend, we felt at home 🥰

Natasa was a wonderful host - her place was incredible, comfortable and excellent value for money in an area near to popular markets and every restaurant I tried nearby was up there with the most delicious food I’ve tried in Thailand for excellent value. She communicated very swiftly and well as well as providing great general advice and guidance for recommendations in chiang mai. Would defo stay again.

Natasa is a responsive and attentive host. She offers a cozy, clean, quiet and very well located studio apartment not far from night bazaar. I enjoyed my stay there I couldn't ask for more. Highly recommended .

The apartment at the Astra Condo was so great. We felt so incredibly comfortable. Check-in was super easy, the apartment was modern, very clean and fully equipped. The location is ideal for quickly reaching everything. Arthit is super kind and communication was always easy and courteous. We would have loved to stay much longer.
