Convenient location, host handled quickly! Recommended!

We had a great stay at Mikkun’s Airbnb. It was clean, well-maintained, and spacious enough for our family of three—could easily fit four. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the clear instructions for appliances and Wi-Fi were very helpful. There’s a large bed and a sofa-cum-bed our daughter used comfortably. The location is lively and walkable, with easy access to the station and plenty of places to eat nearby. A few things to note: the apartment is on the 4th floor with no elevator, so carrying heavy luggage was a bit challenging. Also, there's a karaoke bar on the 2nd floor, which can be a bit noisy at night—but earplugs are thoughtfully provided. Mikkun was a kind and responsive host. Highly recommended!

Great place to stay and the room overall is very clean

Only stayed a night but if we had stayed in Takayama this would have been an excellent place for it. Amazing location that was so walkable to the best places, new building that looks fantastic inside, shower room and bath was a highlight.

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful and clean airbnb during a trip to Nagoya with my daughter. The early check in allowed us to easily move in after checking out from a nearby hotel. The hosts provided us with an extra bed after a simple request. The large monitor/TV, connected to my laptop using the USB-C and HDMI cables in the apartment, was great! I could do some work while the movable movable partitions created a separate bedroom.

Great experience! Staying near Nagoya University is also very safe. There are two subway lines nearby, the Motoyama Line and the Meijo Line, which can go to many places ~ There is also a delicious Furaifan nearby, and I highly recommend their chicken wings. Common spaces have a shared kitchen, iron and washing machine available for guests to use. But the shower in the room is small and not very convenient. Everything else is worth recommending

We had a wonderful stay at Sonoco’s place! The house was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. The location was peaceful and convenient, making our trip even more enjoyable. Very nice accommodation

Great place! It's a bit out of the city centre but not very far to walk anywhere in Takayama - about 30min walk across town. There's some pretty steep stairs up to the bedrooms here but otherwise we felt right at home here!

We stayed at Chika's beautiful little house for only two nights, but we absolutely loved it. The house has a great Japanese ambiance and is well equiped and super clean. The location is also great. It's just a few steps to the main streets and interesting sites in Takayama, but at the same time it is very quiet, because the house is not directly situated on a street. Overall definitely a place to recommend!

Mr. Koji and Mr. Koji's wife were very warm. They greeted us at the subway station in the evening and introduced the nearby facilities. After arriving at the residence, they also introduced the room and the use of various equipment to us very carefully. Mr. Koji also helped us move our luggage to the living room. Thank you very much. The room and kitchen are retro, but they are very clean, and the couple is very attentive to organizing and running it. It is very convenient to have a washing machine, the bedroom is tatami, it has a Japanese feel, and the mattress is very soft.Very close to the subway and convenient nearby, with a variety of supermarkets and delicious restaurants. It's great to be able to stay in such a clean and comfortable house and meet a friendly host the first time I use Airbnb!

We had a lovely stay at Asami's home. It was very conveniently located within Matsumoto, and a short walk away from an amazing Yakitori restaurant which our family visited on both nights! the house was clean and as expected!

Yoko was an incredible host. Yoko went above and beyond to make our stay very enjoyable. The house was beautifully decorated and extremely clean.

It is beautiful and has a calm view. It was a great place to stay to forget the hustle and bustle of the city. Parking is also large, and two wagon cars can be parked. It's hard to find on google maps. There was a guide with photos, and the message was polite, and I was able to go without hesitation. Be careful if you go by a large car because it passes through a slightly narrow road. I used it for 6 adults, but the living room is spacious and you can stay comfortably while watching Netflix and YouTube with a projector. The kitchen is also large and equipped with basic cooking utensils, so you can cook with a few adults.(Frying pan, earthenware, rice cooker, dishes, chopsticks, cutting board, knife) There are no condiments, so you need to buy them at a nearby supermarket, etc.(There is a cheap supermarket about 5 minutes away by car) There were basic amenities such as toothbrushes, comb, cotton swabs, shaving, lotion, cleansing, and facial cleanser, so I didn't have to bring it with me. There were shutters on the windows, and some areas were difficult to open. It looked like you could use the Nintendo Switch in the living room, but I couldn't find the main unit.(You may want to bring your body or make a reservation in advance) I left something behind, but as soon as I checked out, I was contacted by cash on delivery.The polite service was very helpful. It's hard to get to Gifu, but I'd love to stay again.

Place was as described and host was great in communication and responding to our needs. He even came personally to deliver items we needed in the home. Thanks for going the extra mile to make us feel welcome. The location was good just a short walk to Jingumae station and many bus stops around. It’s a shop house converted to a home. Good for small families or couples for a short stay in Nagoya. There’s a washer and dryer which was useful. The kitchen allows basic cooking and there is a rice cooker. The kitchen amenities is pretty basic and probably good for cooking instant noodles or simple rice and eggs. Toilet was very small and there’s steep stairs so not so friendly to elderly. Bathroom needs improvement in terms of ventilation and doorway to bathroom blocked by outdoor sofa. We do have occasional garden pest in the bathroom like slugs during rainy days. Other than that the place is ok and host was friendly and attentive！Thanks

The hosts, Junichi san and Puy san are very accomodating and hospitable. The tourist spots are accessible from their airbnb. Hida Kokubunji is just accross the place. Our family enjoyed our stay.😊😊😊

It is a little suburban, but if you have a car, there is nothing to worry about, and there is a coin parking lot nearby, so it was not inconvenient.

Very fun and beautiful place. You can tell that they took a lot of time and planning to create the layout and atmosphere. It’s by far my favorite Airbnb I’ve ever booked.

Great for a large group with very well equipped kitchen and heated flooring. Check in process was a little lengthy and car park was tricky to find as it was further from the house - we had to stop at a random car park first before double checking the photo directions. Second car used coin parking that was very near the house and capped at 500Y for 24h. Overall very clean and comfortable place wish we could stay longer! Very worth what we paid.

Transportation is very convenient, there is also a lot of food at the door, the room facilities are very convenient, the host is also very good, I recommend staying here ~
