The place is amazing, the hosts were great. They have a 24/7 care taker in the property named Sachin, who took care of all the needs we had on commuting, eating and sightseeing. The rooms are exactly as described in the listing, the view from the balcony was breathtaking. Though the property requires some stairs and I understand it is structurally required because if the terrain of the houses Nainital, and the hosts really cannot do anything about it, but Shivang was really helpful to inform us of the prior to that, and since no one among us had any mobility issue, we were fine. But for someone who has, this property is not recommended. The property is walking distance to the bustand and there are lot of eateries and activities to do around the area. The furnishings in the property were new and fairly maintained, the bedsheets were fresh and the blankets were good and fresh too. The bathrooms were clean and modern, kitchen had all the amenities. Overall our stay was amazing.

If you are someone like me who prefers staying away from the hustle and bustle of commercial hill stations this place is a perfect retreat. Tucked away from the chaos of Nainital it offers a peaceful and scenic environment that feels like a breath of fresh air. We were traveling with our pet so finding a pet-friendly place was important and this one truly delivered. The area is serene and ideal for long, relaxing walks surrounded by beautiful views. It’s the kind of place where you can simply enjoy nature take in the fresh mountain air and feel completely at ease. Highly recommended for those who love quiet escapes, nature walks, and traveling with their furry companions.

The place was exactly like photos and all the amenities were there it felt just like my own home, the host was amazing and extremely helpful, I would greatly recommend this place if you are looking for home with all the facilities and a peaceful environment.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this property in bhimtal, and it was a truly amazing experience. The property is perfectly located, offering breathtaking views of the lake and surroundings, which added great value to our trip. The staff was extremely courteous, especially Mr Gaurav Negi, and he was attentive to our needs all the time even at 11 pm, we felt comfortable throughout our stay. The rooms were well-maintained, spacious, and equipped with all amenities, making it a perfect blend. Food quality was great too. Overall, Gaurav provided us with a memorable stay in Nainital. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for all in one.

What you want when you are away from your home, you want a place where you can find yourself comfortable like home. So for me the stay was really awesome. The host Ritumbara ji was not there in person but still she was able to communicate with us effortlessly, anytime I am texting Ritumbara ji i am getting response within minutes so we didn't faced any problem during our stay. Hotel staff was always available there for you, what ever you require wheather it is local sight seeing guidance or you need to order food or room cleaning service they are always there with a smile which shows their dedications towards the hospitality. So overall it was a great experience and I can say that I would like to recommend this property to my and friends in future also.

everything is great. since the weather is cool it will be nice to put the bedsheets to sun during change over of guests. nevertheless I am carrying with me that bhimtal view from the house as a sweet memory. this is the highlight of the homestay thank you Deepak Kuahik and Vimal.

we had a very pleasant stay at this four bedroom Buransh Terraces. The location was scenic and peaceful with exquisite views from rooms as well as dining area. The caretaker "Mahesh" was welcoming and supportive in catering our needs. The food was also homely.

The property itself is absolutely stunning, nestled in a serene environment that offers breathtaking views. I must say, enjoying lunch with such an amazing backdrop was a highlight of our trip. The scenery is so picturesque that it feels like you’ve stepped into a postcard! One of the standout aspects of our stay was the food. The chef at Da Alohas is a culinary genius! Each meal was a delight, showcasing a menu that speaks for itself. We savored every bite, from local delicacies to international favorites, all prepared with such care and attention to detail. If you're looking for a getaway that combines relaxation with adventure, I highly recommend visiting Da Alohas at least once.

Awesome stay and a memorable one. The way it is made with all chosen and fine interior is just next level. Kids enjoyed so much due to ample space, Indore games and adorable doggos. If one needs to stay near Mall Road then this is going to be a picturesque stay. Away from market chaos yet so near that one can hop in and reach market. I must say…. Very very mindfully made. the place was good and spacious but have some suggestions 1. please get things fixed like door lock and water taps 2. please groom current caretaker or hire a good cook otherwise the stay was perfect. big spacious rooms and daily cleaning services. the food was ok. I would have liked if they could offer some local food options. best wishes.

**The guest house name should be displayed on signage—I didn’t see any boards mentioning it.** The house itself is amazing, offering a peaceful and friendly atmosphere that makes it well worth the booking price. However, the kitchen is quite small for a large family occupying four rooms, and some plumbing work needs immediate attention. Additionally, it would be great if washrooms could be attached to the two ground-floor rooms, similar to the upstairs setup. The garden is a highlight, filled with local fruits, chirping birds, and lush greenery—absolutely excellent! The caretakers are incredibly friendly, helpful, and honest, always willing to assist in any way they can.

I had a truly wonderful stay at Mr Sharang’s place in Nainital! The property was exactly as shown in the pictures – peaceful, beautifully furnished, and spotlessly clean. It had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay, and every detail felt thoughtfully taken care of. One of my favorite spots was a cozy room filled with books, especially the collection of Urdu ghazals – such a unique and charming touch! My toddler absolutely loved spending time there too, which made it all the more special for us as a family. The location was perfect – just a short walk to Mall Road, yet tucked away enough to enjoy some quiet and calm. A big shoutout to Chandan, the caretaker – he was incredibly helpful, warm, and an amazing cook! His service truly added to the experience and made us feel right at home. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a serene and memorable stay in Nainital!

We had a nice and comfortable stay at the property, as it is situated almost at the hilltop with fruit farms all around, providing peace and solitude. The views of The Himalayas are mesmerizing along with the experience of watching the 'Golden Hour' while listening to the chirping of the birds. All our needs were well taken care of by the staff, having polite and helpful nature. I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Nainital. The host Ravi was very responsive and made the booking process smooth and hassle-free. Navin, the caretaker, was extremely helpful and always available whenever we needed anything. The property itself is clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully set up with all the necessary amenities. It felt like a perfect blend of comfort and nature. The location is peaceful and scenic, away from the hustle and bustle, yet very easily accessible from the main town and all major tourist spots. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay in Nainital!

Great view from the room. You would have to walk down 50 stairs which can be an issue for older people. Apart from that, the apartment was clean and great. Felt like home

Property was extremely beautiful, I loved the interiors of the apartment it felt like a home away from a home. Highly recommend for a group travel of upto 6 guest if you want a combination of beauty and peace.

The place was exactly as shown in the pictures. The check-in was easy. The rooms were clean, beds all made up, toilets were well maintained. Kitchen was great. The best part was the location. It was beautiful, the property is surrounded by mountains, it is a quiet and peaceful place. The lake is just in front of the property. One thing I would like to add is that the lake is not accessible directly from the property, for that you have to go around the property, which is not much of a task though. The caretaker was helpful and could also cook food if told him beforehand. The only problem I encountered there was of mobile network. Jio network did not work there but Vodafone-Idea worked flawlessly. The place doesn't have a WiFi which is not a big issue, but would be cherry on top if made available. Overall the stay was excellent, the rooms were huge and there was also provision of bonfire.

This was a much awaited postpartum getaway that absolutely met our wishes. Thank you so much Mr. Pande for we got it touch and experienced the stay at your humble bnb! Mr. Pande has been proactive and always responsive for all the queries and resolved the issues at most. We are neighbours living in the same sector in Noida but Airbnb got us to acquaintance each other to exchange a few laughs on how small the world is. Spotless cleaning and always there to help Chandan also took really good care of us. The surroundings are amazing, we all work up to the sound of birds and people working on their feel, it was such a delight to be back and connect with nature again. The drive to this place is smooth however there are few sharp bends to reach the location, but once you are here you have all that you need. Once again, thank you much Mr. Pande for everything. ☺️

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful Airbnb in Khurpatal and it was an unforgettable experience for me and my parents . This place is perfect for those who want peace and calm. Property is amazing, with every possible amenities. Kitchen was well-equipped. Cozy living space. Lovely outdoor area, with beautiful flowers. View is breathtaking, area is secure, you can walk outside the condo and enjoy the serene landscape. Overall it’s perfect spot for relaxation and rejuvenation. Hosts were amazing, gave me all the necessary information and were available for any requests. Wifi is not available, however mobile network works fine. Not many restaurants around, however it’s just 20 mins drive to Nainital. It was a memorable stay, would love to return soon. Highly recommended.
