lt was wonderful stay at the Rizz, Bhimtal for our large group of 6 families. The location of the property is extremely beautiful, calm and tranquil... lt matches with the description on Airbnb... The caretaker Dinesh ji was very responsive and a very good cook. Everyone enjoyed the food prepared by him. The other house keeping staff was also very polite and attentive. The host Ankita and Dhruv are also very responsive. We faced little issue during our check-in. When it was brought to their notice, they made sure that we didn't face any issue subsequently during our entire 6 nights stay... Overall it was very memorable stay for all of us...

It was an amazing stay, loved the property and the pahadi dinner which we requested for. Hosts were reachable and caretakers were really nice and helpful. We enjoyed every moment in those 2 days, would definitely wish to come again. The only feedback is the way to the property is risky, specially if someone is coming in the night. This needs to get a permanent fix. Thank you again for having us. Loved this property to the core.

Great place! Away from the hustle bustle and crowd. There is this tranquility about the place that brings comfort. The drive to reach there was a challeng though. Nevertheless, it was absolutely worth it. The view of the lake is breathtaking. Rahul took care of all our requests promptly! Would definitely visit again!

It was a great stay. Sunidhi and Bela were very helpful. we had a beautiful view of Nainital lake from the house. we couldn't have asked for a more beautiful house. All of of loved the stay and would prefer to stay again whenever we visit Nainital. Only recommendation is to have someone to receive the guests from the point till which vehicle can come and help in carrying the luggages. Road is steep so it is really tough to walk with luggages after having a long travel

the place was good and spacious but have some suggestions 1. please get things fixed like door lock and water taps 2. please groom current caretaker or hire a good cook otherwise the stay was perfect. big spacious rooms and daily cleaning services. the food was ok. I would have liked if they could offer some local food options. best wishes.

This was my first Airbnb experience and it was excellent! The property looked exactly like the pictures – clean, stylish, and full of luxury. It had a spacious bathtub, smart TV with ott, fully equipped kitchen, modern bathroom, and a small library that doubled as a work room.Every corner of the house was thoughtfully planned and well-maintained. The rooftop sitting area with a big umbrella was perfect for relaxing at night. Car parking was convenient, and the property was easy to reach by car. Sarang ji and Chandan were very supportive and helpful throughout our stay. Special thanks to Chandan for his extra efforts in making our trip smooth – truly appreciated! We were also served a tasty breakfast on both days, which was a lovely touch. Every place has its pros and cons, but what matters most is the effort and hospitality, and this place delivered both. We are fully satisfied and would highly recommend this Airbnb for a comfortable and memorable stay.

Serenity ! From the moment we arrived, the home's tasteful design captivated us, surpassed only by the magnificent views. We felt incredibly fortunate to witness the Himalayas peeking majestically through the clouds. Shalini's personal touches truly elevated our experience, making it feel uniquely special. A wonderful surprise awaited our toddler: a fantastic collection of He-Man and She-Ra books! I couldn't resist diving into one of the books chosen thoughtfully by her and kept in the shelves. The food was great and Raju, the caretaker, was very prompt and helpful. To add on to this, Shalini sent delicious home made desserts post our meals. We were really touched by her gesture. This was more than just a home; it was a memorable escape.

Our Family Visit at Pine Wood BnB was no less than a serene and exceptional experience! The cottage like house is at a location far away from the city hustle and road honking! We trekked a bit to reach at the place and it felt like we were living in the middle of the mountains. The house was neat and clean with all the facilities provided including the washing machine and iron. The caretaker Vinod cooked us delicious home made food and his chhole bhaturas was one of the highlights of the trip. Since i had a 2.5 years old, the house was also equipped with colors, coloring books, toys, soft toys, and lots of books! It was like a home away from home! The connectivity to Bhowali, Baba Neem Karauli Mandir, Kapileshwar Temple was good. Took 1-2 hours to reach there depending on the location. The house overall had a beautiful warm feels, with good and clean linen, a 360 Mountain View, birds watching experience and we would definitely visit it again! we had a nice stay there. though it was only for one night but our toddlers enjoyed freely. they were too happy as there was a large open area to explore. it was a great deal.

The staff — Krishna, Chandan, Himanshu, and Anmol — were incredibly polite, warm, and always available when needed, yet respectfully invisible when we wanted our space.
