A wonderful stay surrounded by gardens. Hosts were extremely welcoming and responsive. Great place in the mountains!

Perfect location ,clean & comfortable

Highly recommended. This is a beautiful, compact house in Japanese style located in a quiet side street 10 minutes’ walk from Nagoya JR station. Convenience stores and restaurants are just a few minutes’ walk away. The house sleeps 8 people comfortably, in two bedrooms of three plus a two person loft. All beds and rooms are in Japanese style with very comfortable Japanese futon. The house is finely crafted in beautiful unfinished wood with airy, high ceilings – a really pleasant surprise. All areas including bathrooms and kitchen are spotlessly clean. Bathroom is in traditional Japanese style. The kitchen is equipped for simple cooking. Electric kettle, tea and coffee bags are provided; you may prefer to bring your own french press etc. Highly recommended for a stay in Nagoya!

This is a spacious Japanese home appointed with wonderful furnishings, creating a trip back in time to the 1960s. We stayed following a few days of hiking on the Nakasendo and this more than met our needs. Just be aware Sakashita is small and is not a destination unto itself.

The sauna while listening to the murmuring of the Itadori River and the birdsong was really the best! There were plenty of options for meals, as the kitchen and BBQ facilities were well equipped. It was fully equipped with electrical appliances, and I was able to spend a stress-free time in an environment with easy-to-understand instructions. It was beautiful wherever you walked on the large grounds, and I really wanted to stay here forever🏠 In addition, the owner was very attentive and polite, so I was able to relax. I would like to stay more consecutive nights next time, as it is even more worthwhile! I think this price is exceptional for this quality, even if you don't stay consecutive nights. I don't want it to be too well known, but I want to recommend it to everyone😊

We stayed here for two nights and we only wish we've stayed longer and have spent more time exploring Kameoka while we were there. This house has a beautiful layout and structure that provided us so much serenity and the opportunity to appreciate the nature in surroundings. At the same time, Christian Is the warmest host we could ask for, being a dad of three kids with the youngest at 2, he came to pick us up on both evenings (the second day was actually quite late at night), helped us arrange the amazing experience of making and tasting soba with a sensai from the area, and made us delicious breakfast in the mornings.. We'd definitely love to come back and explore more of the area with Christian and recommend It to anyone who would like to experience the countryside life with easy access to the city!

We had no trouble finding the hotel from the train. It was a walking distance and it was quite a lovely walk because you see all the different stores and restaurants. We arrived early so we rested in the lounge and then went shopping and had lunch. Finally, our room was ready and we were very impressed with the decor as well as a cleanliness. We especially loves the outdoor onsen which made you feel really relaxed as you listen to the birds. Our next night was with another Iori property so they transported our luggage to the next destination (so that we didn’t have to lug it around on the bus). Overall, we would be returned!

Lovely, modern place. Spacious, comfortable. Good instructions. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again when we are back in Gifu.

It’s located in a peaceful neighbourhood in Shinsakae-machi, walkable to the station within 6mins. One station away from Sakae (main district). Not much restaurants around— mostly are western or fine dining restaurants. There’s 7/11 beside the apartment. The apartment is clean and it got all the utilities/stuff you need except toothbrush. Overall we loved our stay here!

a spacious convenient space for two nights!

We had a nice stay, the space was like, or even better than the photos. It was also pretty spacious. Location was super near a subway, and a donki if you want to go for a late night souvenir run. Kyohei gives you a manual for the place. It may look overwhelming, but thats because it has all the info you would probably need. We liked that the neighborhood itself was a bit more laid back than the busiest areas, but still quick and easy to get to from Sakae or Nagoya stations

The accommodation was clean and spacious, so it was good for a family of 5 to use. The accommodation is equipped with the necessary items to prepare your luggage. I don't think you need to bring several clothes because you can wash and dry them. I received a lot of information and help before the trip, and it was nice to have quick and accurate answers. This is a property I'd like to use again on my next trip to Nagoya.

Tina is very friendly and responsive. The place is nice and close to the downtown, supermarkets and subway are around. I strongly recommend Tina’s place.

Very classy and nice place. Appreciated luxury interior. We had a short night stay so didn’t venture out much, but the area was nice.

The apartment was as described and the location was off from the main road so it was very quiet and also a very nice location. Mr. Mizoguchi and his wife were so nice and kind to us. I would definitely recommend the stay!

The Kyoto apartment was well positioned, close to several bus lines and only about a five minute walk from the river and many restaurants and bars. The washing machine was appreciated and it felt more down to earth to get the experience of a proper apartment while on our travels. The hosts were very communicative and made us feel well hosted.

We had a great time at this apartment! This was the perfect place to stay in Kyoto. there is a ton to do in the immediate area around the neighborhood and May was an amazing host!

Summer is great! The location was perfect for shopping and fun restaurants. It was perfect for us, very clean and comfortable. I actually felt. very lucky to find a place where we were so close to so much. Highly recommend 💞

Great little apartment which was surprisingly spacious for Japan!

This is an extraordinary place. The location is in the heart of the buzzing Gion district, and everything easily walkable. They hosts were helpful & flexible with us leaving bags before and after. The space is unbelievable and rare. It's very spacious, which was a relief after being crammed in prior hotels. Basically it is a giant and very cool room, with attached bathroom and laundry wing. Bedding comfy. The place feels funky. It has absolutely everything you could need. It is not a shared space with anyone else, it's all yours and private. We travelled with 2 toddlers and the space was perfect. Huge room to run and climb, with plastic kitchenware, toys and books. As the host mentions, it is across the hall from a rooftop bar that can be a little noisy, but also distant bars and the district is noisy and busy in general, it was okay. It was neat and fine but could use a deep clean (it would be a hard space to keep perfect), but overall wonderful. 10/10.
