About 2 hours from Tokyo, Kobuchizawa, the foot of Mt. Yakatake. The lodge overlooks the Southern Alps with a B&B, all 6 hotel-style rooms. I hope you have a great time with your family and friends in the natural and refreshing air. Room features It is a spacious twin room with a single twin and a 3-tatami fold corner. The room is set up with a cafe table set in addition to the bed. Up to 2 futons can be laid out in the folding corner, so you can accommodate up to 4 people (+ infants and toddlers). All rooms overlook the majestic Southern Alps, including Mt. Kai Komagatake. Fuji can be seen from the private balcony. * It depends on the season and weather. The room is fully equipped with a private water circle, and there is a relaxing 1 tsubo bath where you can stretch your legs, a separate washroom, and a shower toilet. From Karuizawa, more than 1 hour drive, 1 hour from Kusatsu.1 hour by bus from Ueda station. There is no public transportation to Nagano.Less than 1 hour from Nagano Station by car, 1 hour to Zenkoji Temple, about 1 hour and a half to Togakushi. There is a convenience store, post office, etc. in the Sugadaira Kogen about 7 minutes by car. The nearest hot spring is about 20-minute drive away. Kamesei Ryokan is a family-run traditional onsen inn with mostly warm wood construction and gardens throughout. We are an American-Japanese couple that are happy to share our onsen town Togura-Kamiyamada with visitors curious about the Japanese countryside. You can relax wearing yukata robes in your private tatami mat rooms and enjoy the hot spring mineral baths rich in sulfur content. (The onsen baths are tattoo-friendly.) Our chef's creative kaiseki-style dinners are highly recommended.

The building is renovated traditional Japanese house so that you can enjoy cozy Japanese atmosphere and have a relaxing time on the Kotatsu, hammock and couch sofa in the common area. The room is Japanese-style dormitory room with bunk beds. Each bed has a reading light, outlets and a storage box for valuable items.

We are a small inn called"wooribow-ryokan nakadouri eurrabow", located in a back alley one step from Chuo-dori Street leading to Yubatake.
