Yttervik, 2nd floor 5 rooms and common area, charging station

Yttervik can offer newly refurbished rooms on the second floor of a Trønder loan. Five bedrooms, shared kitchen/livingroom, bathroom. Altogether there is room for 12 people, but only one room can also be rented. The farm conducts company business and often has companies in its premises that are in greenhouses and barn with capacity from 20-150. Yttervik has its own outdoor paintball park, if anyone needs to create some action in the group. The farm is 90 mph and the view from the farm is calm, harmonious and beautiful, just as we comforters are :-)

New and modern apartment, with fantastic views to the west, located in the middle of Brønnøysund city center. From this apartment you have a super starting spunt to explore the wonderful nature and attractions of the South of Belgium, including Torghatten, Ylvingen and Vega. The best restaurant of the city (and Helgeland) is located on the first floor in the same building. There are lovely views of the strait, the guest harbor and the quay, in addition to the Vegafjellene to the west and Dønnamannen to the north.

The cottage was completed in August 2021 and is state of the art furnished with everything you need. The views towards the world heritage Vega and the sunsets in the sea are unbeatable. The cottage is situated alone with no insight from neighbours and is a great starting point whether you just want to enjoy the silence, go for a walk on one of the many hiking trails at Leka, rent the host's boat or kayak or go for a ride to watch the famous Ørnerovet. The grandma house! Under the city mountain Klumpen you will find this gem. Only 400 meters down towards the city, then you are in the center of Namsos. Nice and quiet area where you can hear the birds chirping and the cats playing. The house is an old house with a good soul. The house was originally built in 1950, but is modernized and last time in 2009 and 2013. The loft staircase is squeaky and the wooden floors are squeaky otherwise in the house, but I think you will like it.

Kjøkken er godt utstyrt med kopper/kar/kasseroller ol. 3 soverom med dobbelseng og hems med sovesofa. Stor terrasse med utemøbler og bålpanne. Ligger ved sjø og ved mange flotte tur/fjellområder på vakre Helgeland.
