Idyllic guesthouse on farm with boat rentals

Welcome to our guesthouse at Namsenfjorden We are glad that people are enjoying their time on our farm. They give feedback that they are finding peace and that the place has a lot to offer. In the guesthouse it is nice to just be or you can walk in the forest, on the mountain, along the country road or explore the sea life (boat/canoe/kayak) and try your luck at fishing. The guesthouse is small and cosy. Suitable for those traveling alone, but also for family/group, see photo for sleeping places. The house is disposed of alone. Pets are allowed.

The cottage was completed in August 2021 and is state of the art furnished with everything you need. The views towards the world heritage Vega and the sunsets in the sea are unbeatable. The cottage is situated alone with no insight from neighbours and is a great starting point whether you just want to enjoy the silence, go for a walk on one of the many hiking trails at Leka, rent the host's boat or kayak or go for a ride to watch the famous Ørnerovet. New apartment with great kitchen and bathroom. Heating cables in all floors and wood burning in addition. Great hiking opportunities in the immediate vicinity. Private patio, and your own entrance. Possibility of sleeping space for 3. Lovely view of Namsen and Spillumsfjellet. It is about 15-20 min walk to Namsos city center. To the nearest grocery store, it is about 5 minutes to walk.

Stor moderne hytte med hems/loftstue. Hytta ligger fredelig til og man kan kjøre helt frem til døra. Det er vaskemaskin/tørketrommel samt oppvaskmaskin og fryser. Kjøkken er godt utstyrt med kopper/kar/kasseroller ol. 3 soverom med dobbelseng og hems med sovesofa. Stor terrasse med utemøbler og bålpanne. Ligger ved sjø og ved mange flotte tur/fjellområder på vakre Helgeland.

An over 100 years old trønder loan on Marøya located 50 meters from the seafront. Only 10 minutes drive to Rørvik center, yet is sheltered for neighbors and visibility. Here there are opportunities for fishing from land, canoe/kayak, swimming or just quiet summer days. The house also has a small barbecue house that is provided. A unique space with a lot of soul.
