We are renting out this little charming house with a sea view. Perfect for those who want close to Stockholm but stay close to nature. Located right by Nackareservatet and it takes about 20-30 minutes by bus to Stockholm (nearby Slussen). The house has a sleeping loft with room for two people, a small kitchen and toilet with shower as well as a small lounge with two armchairs. There is a small patio and possibility to borrow kayaks. You can also rent a small motor boat located in the harbor in front of the house.

Sickla shopping neighborhood is at 10 minutes walking distance. There are shopping, restaurants, cafes, cinema and activities. Nacka Forum 1.8 km away. By car is easy to get to Älvsjömässan. The bus to Stockholm city takes about 15 minutes and runs 24/7. A good mix of a quiet home with proximity to distractions.

The house spans 140 m² and features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a sauna, an open fireplace, a TV room, a laundry machine, and a fully equipped kitchen.
