Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Na Kluea

We had a rocky start mostly due to jet-lag and my own inability to follow simple directions but once we got settled in this was everything Panatda said it was and more. Panatda was very responsive and and answered questions quickly and completely. Great location and great host

The condo was very nice and clean. It looked just as pictured, and the view was incredible. I got a perfect view of the Pattaya City sign. Would definitely stay again.

This place was by far the best AirBnB experience I ever had. They provide so many amenities that are not listed on the property description and was such a surprise when I checked in. They provide free of charge a refrigerator full of snacks, drinks, coffee, tea, toiletries, toothpaste, bath gel, shampoo, conditioner, toothbrushes, combs, hair brushes and so much more that made me feel right at home. It was so well stocked I had doubts about leaving a review as I might not be able to rent this place again once the word gets out how "GREAT" this place was. It is close to everywhere in terms of location. I really liked the room. It's very clean and tidy. I had no problems with communication. I definitely want to book the same place the next time I come. It's definitely worth the money you pay. The host Maneerut explained everything we needed to do in detail. He helped in every matter.

The room is exactly as pictured. Everything is good and comfortable. There is a little problem when you stay: the air conditioner is small, not cold. If you can fix the air conditioner, that would be great. I will definitely stay again.

The house is great.

The accommodation is spacious and you can cook (but the fire is not strong😁). Everyone likes it. But the path to the beach may not be very convenient, but it is possible. The beach is muddy, and it may rain. Overall, it is suitable for large families to gather and socialize, not focusing on the sea view.

Great location, literally 1 minute from the beach. There are many cafes and restaurants close nearby. The pool was fun, and had a slide which the little kids enjoyed. The whole house was clean. The kids also really liked the karaoke machine and sang songs for many hours. Overall a great stay.

Pascal’s condos are very clean and beautiful. He is very friendly and helpful if you have any questions about anything in the condo or in Pattaya. His wife is also very friendly and welcoming. The maid Pascal sends every 3rd day was very sweet and mindful. She cleans whatever you want done on top of the things she cleans already. If you’re visiting Pattaya for the first time this the place for you. Right next door is the famous central mall for your everyday needs. The beach is only 2 mins away walking and there are plenty of bars and restaurants in the vicinity. The view is amazing every morning and you watch the sunset from the balcony as well. I recommend Pascal’s place to all travelers whether solo, couple or more. Pascal thank you for the wonderful stay and i will be staying here every time i come back to Pattaya from now on. I usually book my accommodation from Unixx because it is within walking distance (10 minutes on foot) to entertainment venues. This is the most tidy, clean and best quality house among the houses I have stayed in so far. Everything that should be in the house has been thought out very carefully. Communication with the host was very fast and solution-oriented. Would definitely recommend to all

Best place to stay in my personal opinion. Right next to my favorite restaurants. Few blocks from the mall . Right next to the beach. I get like I was actually able to relax, and get some rest stress free. Beautiful place just like the photos. I will book here every time in Pattaya.
